From making a service appointment online(and actually getting the day and time I desired!), to the warm welcome and professional, same-day, service, I was duly impressed. Being 1) new to the area, 2) wary of literally EVERY repair shop, 3) prepared to feel talked over or dismissed, 4) a “new” owner of an older(albeit gorgeous) Jaguar Xk8....I was pleased to feel that I was a valued customer. Dana made every effort to keep things going smoothly and facilitate a simple, but important to me, repair. All in all, a very positive experience.

I dropped my 2014 Range Rover Sport for a diagnostic for low coolant light and check engine light. The vehicle also had open recall and the air bag light on. The lady “D” was my point of contact for this service. She quoted me $800 and some change for the diagnostic and i agreed to proceed. After few day she called me said that we couldn’t find any coolant leak and not sure why the coolant is low and advised to check for possible Head gasket problem. After I took the car from them to another mechanic and he checked out, he found that there was a broken heart is behind the engine coolant was leaking and it was very obvious and easy to see but unfortunately Rocklin Land Rover mechanics Charge me $600 for doing nothing. Very disappointed I would never take any range rover for diagnostic at this location ever again.
Where do I start!.... Discovery Sport broke down in Placerville on a Sunday June 27th @ 4 pm, temperature 102 degrees outside.I Live in San Francisco... AAA would only tow me 100 miles of which I was reticent as my dealer is British Motor Cars SF.Enter Rob the service advisor at Rocklin Land Rover :-)..... He was AMAZING..... took care ofeverything, kept me in constant contact and got my car back to me by Friday before the Holiday weekend!!....I’m forever in debt to him .... better customer service than San Francisco!!

I understand things happen unintentionally & this was during the whole remodeling & swapping of employees. This was my *first* negative experience with the dealership so naturally, it was easy for me to increase my rating of them once the issue was addressed by Damon. Ive been going to this Land Rover for a long time.

Would like to applaud the attention we received from Leo Alaniz on a drop-in visit to peek at some of the 2020 Land Rover Discovery’s. Leo had stopped what he was doing and gave us a thorough overview of the discovery we were interested in. We took it for a test drive and decided to purchase. He was efficient with the paperwork, friendly and even offered up a great lunch spot while we waited for the financing department to catch up. Not once did he pressure us or give us a hard sell. Also enjoyed chatting with Richard the Sales Manager and thought Andrew was especially courteous and helpful with the loan docs. All in all, a great experience at Rocklin Land Rover.

Wanted to get sidesteps for my car.was quoted 1100 over the phone and in writing.when I went to have it installed, turned out the person that quoted me made a mistake.it was actually closer to 2000 !it was a shocker, but we ended up having it installed and paid for it because we needed it.I was given the number of the general manager- who wasn’t available that day. couple of days later, he called me and allowed for the mistaken price!Given that we had already paid for this and it was installed -I was not expecting it and it was much appreciated! Great service and great personal care-specially given they were going through construction issues and covid shut down issues!!

It was such a pleasant experience, from the test-drive the new LR4 ourselves, to the demo of the car going through slope/bridge by the sales gentleman: Robbie. We highly recommend Robbie as hes been patient and great from the very beginning. The whole purchase process was also very smooth and quicker than we thought. The quality of work are just below average, went in there for service because I have a windshield rattling problem, they said they fixed it, but it comes back again a day after I got my car back. Asked for a system update for my parking sensors, but they mess up the apple CarPlay and I have to wait even longer. I’m tired of going to this dealership with always fully booked for at least a week, I’ll choose the one in Sacramento from now on.

Ive bought many vehicles, including another Range Rover and this was hands down the BEST experience Ive ever had. I found exactly what I was looking for thanks to Jeremy Drebin. He listened to my needs and matched them perfectly. We test drove the car and he got me through the purchase fast and easy with no pressure. Horrible Place I took my car for service for a knocking in the engine. They fixed it after four weeks they said it was supercharger . a month later I was back for the same noise .same repairs supercharger was bad again !I went to pick my car up to find out someone in service wrecked my car they sent it the there body shop and five weeks later I got my car back. And after driving it for a couple weeks it’s knocking again

Its like any other car dealership. I purchased the car got a quick tutorial on some of the key points. The salesmen did respond by text which came in handy. Ive heard they have a great parts department for when I add on the roof rack.
Great service, manners and follow up! We were travelling from out of state and needed to haul a trailer. However we didnt realize our vehicle didnt come equipped with everything needed to tow. These guys (Kyle) managed to fit us in on a Saturday and get us all fixed up. We are so appreciative. Kyle is on track to deliver top notch service to his clients. Weve been taking our Range Rover to the Land Rover Rocklin for services for years and trusted their service dept to help us maintain it. When it was time to purchase a bigger car (to fit our growing family) we checked out Land Rover Rocklin. Jeremy D. (our sales rep) and Richard (sales manager) made the car buying process very simple and stress-free, from working with our trade-in, to simplifying the financial paperwork. They did not pressure us to buy, and gave us the extra time we needed to make sure our decision was the right one, and it sure was! Jeremy was great at working within our budget and help us get the car we wanted. We also had our three kids (ages 5, 3 and a newborn) with us at the dealership so they made sure the sales process was as quick and simple as possible. Never imagined buying a car would be like this!
I dont know why there are so many good reviews? I had a very bad experience there with service department. I told service manager Matt Wetterland I will write review about there service and he told me go ahead like he didnt care. I thought customer satisfaction is their priority, buy I guess is not. I will never go back to this place for service again.The reason why I came there, is just to replace the battery, witch I bought from them a year ago and I still have a warranty on it. I told them if car parked for about 2 hours, car will not start, battery is dead.( I have a 2012 Range Rover Sport) Battery was completely removed from car and they checked and charge was 80%, and manager Matt told me we cant just replace a battery, we need to check vehicle first, maybe its not the battery, you need to schedule appointment for that (next available in 2 weeks). I asked him what I need to do then, jump car every time when I stopped next 2 weeks, and he said (unbelievable ) I guess so. WHAT A SERVICE. And in end of this conversation he checked battery (about 5 min later) the charge was 65% (battery was removed and nothing was drained battery) Even my 7 years old son understand its a battery, but not service manager Matt Wetterland.So dont buy a battery from them. To replace a battery with warranty, they gonna charge for checking your vehicle 3 times more then a new battery.WILL NEVER, NEVER BACK TO THIS PLACE.

He has even called several times since I purchased the vehicles just to check in and make sure everything was working right and to make sure I was happy with the cars. I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Land Cruiser from Rocklin Land Rover and my experience was fantastic. It was a complicated, long distance sale (I live in Massachusetts) and Martin the salesperson assisted me through every step from the inspection to delivery and I found him to be extremely honest and attentive. As would be expected with a long distance sale, several issues arose which Martin helped me solve quickly, efficiently and with seemingly endless patience and constant communication. This is the second experience I have has with this dealership, the first being when I used their service department a couple of years ago which was also excellent. I would highly recommend this dealership in general and Martin specifically.

Having purchased our last car from Niello Acura, (a good experience), we decided to shop Niello again, making the Rocklin Land Rover Dealership our first stop. Upon arrival; we were promptly greeted by Richard Huth (sales manager). Richard immediately made us feel at ease. He asked the right questions, to access our needs, and teamed us up with a particular salesman, Jeremy Drebin, that he thought would be the best fit. Boy was he right! We immediately found Jeremy to be knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. (all the qualities that make a great salesman). He showed endless patience as he educated my wife (it was going to be her car) on the Land Rover difference (it is our first one). She drove the Evoque, Range Rover Sport (V6 and V8), before finally deciding on a beautiful Range Rover Sport V8. During this whole process (which took about nine hours over two days) (mostly because of our indecision (too many beautiful models), Richard Huth continued to check in and help. (just the right amount).What an amazing experience! I just cant say enough about Richard and Jeremy. My wife and I used to dread shopping for a new car; not anymore. I receieved the most amazing service from Kevin Morrill at Land Rover Rocklin. He is very efficiant, has great follow up and is genuinely fantastic to work with.
We had been to a Land Rover dealer in Colorado while visiting our sons and were told that there were no Land Rovers available for six months. We needed a car so decided to shop other manufacturers SUVs. We were next store to Niello and decided to pop in and just take a look. We met Jeremy and he took us for a ride in a used LR4. Because I would be the primary driver my husband let me drive first. After a day of test driving other SUVs and 20 years of driving another model of SUV I had no idea what to expect. I pulled out of the driveway, accelerated up the hill and I was sold! After a trip on the freeway, a tight turn around in a parking lot we headed back to the showroom. Jeremy was informative, knowledgeable, easy going and no non-sense. We then found out that in fact Niello had availble to them from the manufacturer in the UK just what I wanted. Signed a paper and then the 3+ week wait began. IT WAS WORTH IT! Since we live 90 miles north, Jeremy sent regular emails to keep us updated and informed. When our car was ready for delivery, I walked in and everything was ready to sign. Only one problem, my husband wasnt with me and because he was on title, he needed to physically sign the papers. No problem for Niello. Jeremy and Richard had a driver follow me in my new LR4 to our home where my husband signed all the papers and off the drivier went. This was hands down the best experience in purchasing a new car. No pressure, no intensity, well organized, and friendly. Highly recommend!
