This place is amazing, called on a Sunday about 1p as they close at 5, to check out a Mercedes that they had in stock as I am nearly 2 hours away, they did everything they could from the phone call all the way to leaving the lot. They could of easily told me to come tomorrow or someone will get back at you, as the day was getting late, they went outside and made sure the car was still available for purchase before driving down. Got there the process was super easy, the whole team is super friendly, my salesman Dylan bell did everything he could to make sure everything go smooth, felt like home the time I was there, would definitely recommend anyone getting a Porsche or a car that have to offer to go by, they don’t judge you and they treat everyone equally, nice place

I’ve actually avoided Rocklin Porsche since owning my first Porsche in 2003. Always had very subpar service on the customer service side. This is the first time ever service was fantastic. I don’t know what’s changed but what a wonderful change. You guys actually care about your customers now. I will highly recommend you for service now. Truly appreciate the level of service now.

This is a very nice place, with very competent and nice people. However, I think it takes too long to get a service appointment. If one calls the moment your car tells you that you have 1000 miles before service is needed, you might get in before the 1000 miles is up. Most likely you wont.

I was really shocked by the amount of care and attentiveness to detail showed by the service department. We live about 3 hours from Sacramento. The dealership (with special accolades to David Welling) made sure everything worked, where the diagnosis could be done from a distance, the parts acquired and coordinated with the tow truck driver’s arrival and the mechanic schedule. I would leave 6 or 7 stars if Google would allow. Thanks to everyone in the service department for an unexpected and very delightful experience!

I arrived to my scheduled service appointment and was informed there were no loaner vehicles available after driving for some distance expecting a loaner. This news was disruptive to my scheduled appointments that same afternoon. Fortunately a loaner vehicle came in during our discussion and was promptly cleaned and assigned to me allowing me to make it to my afternoon appointments. Very thankful for the courtesy and respect by the service technician Tim who remained polite and friendly even during difficult discussions. Bought a 2009 Porsche Cayman S, my dream car. I was about five years old when I decided that I wanted one day to buy a Porsche. Finally, at age 42, I was ready. I looked far and wide for a 987.2 with limited miles and found it (12k miles in change). The major challenge was that I live in Gainesville, Florida and Rocklin is in California. The Porsche Rocklin guys new exactly what to do and everything I needed to do, I did from my couch! It was the easiest car buying experience for me.

Referred a friend here who lives out of state and was looking for a 911, but having a tough time with his local dealers.The Sales Manager Kyle Cristian truly went above and beyond, not only with getting him financed, but also engaging the lender to get a more competitive rate. He said Kyle was very patient every step of the way as they negotiated the details of the deal and he even made the offer to pick him up at the airport when he flew in!After hearing how my friend was treated, Id have no reservations about referring someone to them and would definitely encourage you to visit their store if youre in the market for a Porsche. In a sea of mediocre car dealers, the experience at Porsche Rocklin stands above the rest.

Bought a brand new Car from here about 2 months ago for over 116k start having issues with check engine light on and some other Cosmatic issues that shows poor quality took Porsche about 6 phones calls and 2 months to finally tell me that Can take in my car in about 6 weeks from today because they don’t have a loaner car!! Which I do believe it’s not my problem. The moment I arrived and stepped out of my vehicle, I was greeted by Lee. He was courteous and asked me what brought me in. I told him what I wanted to see and the rest is history. Not only was Lee extra courteous, all of the staff was welcoming and kind to my 2 children. Anyone with kids, knows it can be extremely hard to car shop with a infant and a toddler. All of the staff was accommodating and kind. I have been to multiple dealerships in Roseville/Rocklin and received terrible customer service. So my expectations were really low when coming to Rocklin Porsche. But they really showed me that there’s still company’s that value customer service l. Thank you Porsche Rocklin!

I tried to schedule service via phone, online chat and.voice mails for two weeks, they wont respond. It.this point I think they are somehow avoiding me for no good reason.I am disappointed that there is no other Porsche dealers in the Greater Sacramento region. I have to now take my business to the Bay Area dealers, who are very responsive but does require a trip.that I would normally avoid.I have a few.doc friends who were looking into Porsche based on my rave review of the cars but I must say I wont advice then to go with the Rocklin outfit bases on my experience. Its a shame that a premium car doesnt come with a premium dealer.Ill let Porsche, America know they need to have some checks and balances when giving monopolistic dealers their trust. I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you are going to want quality communication and service from a premium car dealer. Niello Porsche aka Porsche of Rocklin let me down. Wont recommend it!!!

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this dealership. I inquired about trading a perfect condition (and very valuable) Toyota TRD Pro truck for a used Porsche 911 they had for sale. The salesman was confused and thought I wanted to buy the 911 and keep my Toyota loan--so of course--the banks said no. When I tried to clarify the situation, NOBODY would respond to my emails--including my salesman, the used car manager, and the sales manager. I bought a brand new Porsche Cayman a couple of years ago from Prestige Porsche Audi in Denver, and they treated me with respect and courtesy. If this dealership decides that you are not worthy of a Porsche, they will not give you the time of day. I could not be more disappointed in Porsche Rocklin. There are a lot of Porsche dealerships in California--do yourself a favor and go to one where they know how to treat potential customers with respect.

Brought in my 2010 Carrera for PDK service. A Bay Area Porsche dealer wanted to replace everything and keep car for 2 days at cost of $1700+. Car only has 29k miles. Niello service said no need to replace pan and filter. Just a flush and fill. Parts dept did not have drain plug so they over night shipped it. I had to have have car back in one day. They put fans on PDK to get proper temp. Very pleased. I gave 4 stars only because the drain plug wasn’t ordered. Would’ve been 5. Next time-r

Half truths and poor service.Purchased used Boxster S and were promised extra key, only to find out that extra key meant uncuut-key and without car+key programming to be done for extra $300+. I dont know about you, but an extra key to me means an extra key that works on the car, not an extra key that does nothing. I have teenagers - I dont need more word games from salespeople. Needless to say, we declined the extra key.As part of the purchase we requested to have car delivered to Chicago about 6 weeks after purchase, to avoid snow and have someone complete hospice in our house in Chicago (who passed away peacefully a week after the car came in). After the funeral we started to drive the car and immediately found several issues.We brought the Boxster to our local Porsche dealership who confirmed our initial concerns. At this point we were told that the repairs would be covered - not partially covered - but covered. Our local Chicago Porsche dealer can confirm the obvious poor communication and service from Niello.As the bills got higher the story from Niello changed - Within 45 days of receiving car we had over $6000 in repair bills - and were now told that it was not covered under 45 day warranty since 45 days had passed from the time of purchase - even though they had it in storage for about 6 weeks, and we only had it 3 weeks. This is in spite of being told that we would have 45 days to get any repairs needed. We are planning on filing a complaint with Porsche USA at this time.Fwiw, Im from the Sacramento/Granite Bay area. Ive had poor service but this is a new low. My Porsche owning friends in Folsom and Sacto are also dismayed by the poor service.The service people at Niello have been very wishy washy over the last few weeks - unanswered calls and misleading conversations. Both my wife and I have noticed this. Our BS meter has been going off since the start. At this time our Boxster has been at our local Chicago Porsche dealership for over a week, who say that Niello didnt return their calls. We finally pushed though communication to hear that the 45 day window has expired since the clock started at the time of purchase and not delivery. Do I need to remind you Niello that we asked to delay delivery, and that you said we would have 45 days to drive the car under warranty? What is going on there salespeople Alan and Kyle? Is $6000 the price of integrity?To anyone thinking about purchasing here, please consider buying your used Porsche elsewhere!As far as Im concerned - Niello Porsche gives you the minimum of service you pay for!Sincerely,E. Visited this location on three occasions with the intent to purchase a Taycan. Each visit we were never greeted. Instead we had to seek help. Horrendous customer service!!!! Can only imagine what we would have dealt with if we purchased from this dealer. We drove down the street one block to Tesla purchased a vehicle for almost half the price, better performance and range. Tesla over Porsche Taycan all day every day.

Worked with Zach on placing a new order for a 992 Coupe S. He was very responsive and provided great service. Nancy was also very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very efficient and fast with getting a 992 allocation locked for me. Though I wasn’t able to fulfill my order with Zach & Nancy due to some unusual circumstances involving another dealership that needed to be worked out. Purchased a 2018 Panamera Turbo back in October 2017. The sales team were great!! We have had several problems with the car that were covered under warranty, and usually the service team is responsive. Im unsure if they are too busy for me at this point, but they have had the car for almost two weeks and it has been a bit difficult to have them keep me in the loop. This has been a chronic problem before too. Very frustrating!

Update: Upgrading my rating from 1 to 4 stars. Niello stepped up after a slow start and after engaging their service manager. They got my car into the service bay within a couple days after elevating the issue and turned around repairs in less than a week. Ive had no issues with overheating since then, so Im hopefully optimistic that this repair will hold.Ill also add that my cars issue apparently was a first of its kind and resulted in a Technical Services Bulletin for Porsche, so at least theres a story behind missing it during the first 2 repairs.____________________________________________________My recent experiences with Niello Porsche service department have been terrible. I own a 2018 911 GTS with < 15k miles that I cant drive more than 5 miles without overheating. Niello has made 2 failed attempts to correct the problem during the past 3 months. Now their service advisor doesnt return my calls, making my manufacturers warranty irrelevant.Unfortunately this is the only Porsche dealer in the area, so Im stuck with a $150k paperweight collecting dust in my garage until/unless Niello decides to step up. Im engaging corporate separately to hopefully put some pressure on the local dealer.

Drove all the way up here from Oakland to buy my pre-owned Alpha Romeo Giulia here, and it was well worth it. I got the same service Id expect if I was buying the most expensive Porsche on the floor.
