Nicely maintained store. Visited to buy some baby essentials. Overall it was quick visit and I found what I was looking for. Staff on the checkout counter was nice and helpful.All sections were nicely maintained. Parking kot was clean.

Called to get a perscription refilled. Waited on hold for 10 minutes. Then lady said youre on the list for tomorrow. I asked when do they open she said 8 so I said can I come get it then and she said yes. Went in at 8:45 am the next morning. The lady now says you need to call it in. I told her I did yesterday and she said I could come pick it up in the morning. She said thats not how I works you have to call the same day. I asked why didnt she say that yesterday? No response then said itll be ready at 2. Never had good service here now I remember why I stopped going. Cvs or Walmart are so much better they would have said can you wait 10 minutes and well work on it now.

Worst Pharmacy experience today.. Scheduled an appointment(4:30pm) for a immunization showed up 5 mins early they couldnt check me in till 4:40pm, kept me waiting till 5:05pm then asked me to wait some more.. I told them have been waiting for 40mins and she says sometimes theres a wait why make an appointment then.. could have gone to my pcp and be done in 15 mins... 10 ppl running around in the back unable to serve 3-5 customers.. cancelled my shot and walked away.

Vaccine experience was pleasant, nurse was great

Waited well over an hour for my second dose of Pfizer vaccine. Hardly anyone here.

Don’t get your passport picture taken here, the DoS won’t accept it

Needed 10 passport copies and luckily I ran into someone else when I went for pick up, who printed the extra copies for no extra charge; paid $30 instead of $300.

Very friendly and helpful staff!! Clean location with a drive thru pharmacy.I have been here a handful of times and each time I was greeted and offered friendly assistance.

I went to the post office before coming to Walgreens, and I was a little upset for didn’t get a good customer service. The guy who helped me at Walgreens (sunset blvd., Rocklin) was the exact opposite. I came to pick up the photos i needed and he was really nice. I wish I knew his name, Indeed little things does make a huge difference.

I tried calling to get info, and after 3 minutes no one picked up. Called a second time and waited almost 2 minutes, still no one picked up. Not even a, “Can you please hold?” There is no reason, other than a natural disaster, that a retail operation can’t pick up the phone within 30 seconds. Again, just asking a customer to hold will do if you’re slammed.Note: Though out of frustration I wanted to give it a 1 star rating, I figured not being able pick up the phone is only one aspect of your business and wouldn’t be a fair review. With that said, please train your team to have decent phone etiquette.

OMG The Pharmacy!!Made 2 unnecessary and frustrating trips ( from 2 hours away) to pick up a prescription the doctor had called in! First the pharmacist had not filled it, even though it was received 2 days before and went to lunch earlier than the posted time. Next trip, she made a good faith decision not to fill it, and didn’t bother to call with an explanation.. What incredibly horrible customer service!!!

This pharmacy is very focused on customer service and needs. I have been using them for over two years and have always been treated with the utmost respect (including recognizing me and calling me by my name) as well as prompt support on any issues with a prescription or need.

Thanks to Store Manager Steve Pergis for his timely follow up to resolve our problem with the supervisor on duty last night. We were going to take our future business elsewhere but we will stay with Walgreens with the expectation that customer service will improve. Much appreciated!

This is the best Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff here are all so friendly and helpful, and are always willing to answer any questions. Toni is one of the pharmacy techs there and she is honestly one of the friendliest, most genuine people I have come across. I wont go to any other pharmacy unless I have to.

My husband first time to go to this store and it was the worst because he had to deal with a woman technician her name was Tony, she was very rude and idiot and she almost screamed at his face. The rest of the staff were friendly though.

The pharmacy is the worst. I was told since they only had 10 pills to come back and I will get the remaining pills the following day. They didnt tell me we are going to charge u 2 co-pays because they didnt have enough pills. Terrible customer service.
