Unbelievably awful service! I used this company in an effort to help local businesses but it certainly backfired on me! The sales rep that worked with me would only text me instead of calling, so the whole process was very unprofessional. To make matters worse, the carpet installer didnt properly connect the room carpet to the hallway carpet, and left half an inch obstructing the door from closing. When I called the sales rep to send someone to fix the problem, the sales rep texted back saying he didnt work there anymore and couldnt help me. It was impossible to get someone to call me back, so I went to the store to talk to the owner. I explained the problem and how simple it was to fix it. I was appalled to see how rude the owner of the store was and unwilling to help with this problem. He simply refused to fix the problem despite acknowledging the error and said I had to cut the door the down. The hallway carpet and bedroom doors have lived in harmony in my house for about 10 years, so unless the door grew an inch from the bottom, I dont understand how he could say the door was the problem. I have never known of any company to service a home, create a problem, and then refuse to fix it.
