The food is good but they dont have the personnel to handle more than 4 clients at a time. Both times I waited a ridiculous amount of time for a sandwich. They need to hire more people and reduce the menu. They cant handle it.

I loved this cute cafe! It had a great atmosphere, I felt like I was in a cozy lodge on a chilly day. The food was great and reasonably priced. Coffee was spot on (we are pretty picky). Got the salmon eggs benedict special with and the veggie paul revere for the baby with the house made english muffin. Good options for vegetarians and coffee lovers and plenty of space to comfortably sit with the baby. We will be back for weekend breakfast and maybe bubble teas next time.

The perfect spot for Mothers Day weekend brunch. The Eggs Benedict is my personal favorite. Also love their coffee, taro, and chai lattes....This is my go -to spot during the week too for studying in this wonderful atmosphere.

I went today with my sister, Its such a cute place and I hope that there will be seating there soon because I would love to study there! The Latte is so good! And it only took around 5 minutes until I got it even though there was only one person working there! I highly recommend this place 5/5 Stars 100%

This little coffee shop is a gem of quality. Their sandwiches and pastries are fresh and delicious. The coffee is absolutely, consistently marvelous, and the staff wonderful.

Mickey and I are regulars here, good coffee and great pastries! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Today, they are closed because of a busted water heater. We had made our morning sojourn there, and we turned around to leave when we saw the sign. One of the servers saw us, and he ran out (properly masked) to give us a package. Coffee, iced coffee, muffin, and oatmeal maple scone (all properly wrapped, socially-distanced food, and no charge!). Sometimes you forget how amazing kindness can be. Shop here, folks. Man what a hidden Gem. Beautiful place to bring a book in the summer and sit outside. Sometimes it gets crowded inside as the cafe is not too big but it is worth it as the atmosphere is great and a nice spot to get breakfast and coffee.

This was my first time coming here. The atmosphere is very warm inviting and cozy. Limited seating inside not sure how much seating they have outside. I had the club sandwich very savory. Very good!! They have a nice selection of desserts I had the peanut butter explosion. Delicious!!! This would also be a nice place to come just for dessert and coffee in the evening. Definitely give it a try. Nice place for a date.

This is one of those great neighborhood coffee/restaurants that you wish you had in your neighborhood. A full breakfast and lunch menu with their own twist. I recommend. Easy parking !

Great little cafe tucked in a corner of the Rock Creek plaza. New owner who is trying to spruce things up and has added gelato and waffles to the large breakfast and lunch menu. They bake their English Muffins from scratch! I’ll be back!

This is my go to place to drink good tea and maybe a cookie or two lol .. I highly recommend this place. Food is also great. i have met the owner at this location and shes wonderful.

I did enjoy my Iced Mocha! They were really nice about it being my first time. I didnt get to purchase a sandwich, so I cant say how the food tastes. I do plan to go back and get one, but the coffee is great. The place seems like a great place to have a coffee date or just study and do work. I love the set up of the place and cant wait to go back.

Great coffee and deserts - and their sandwiches are especially good. AND they make accommodations for people with pets to sit with their humans in the lovely outdoor patio, with treats and water. Any time of day you will find groups meeting or working quietly. This is something that Aspen Hill dearly needs as a community meeting place.

Disappointing experience. Got the Capri Sandwich (I think they mean Caprese) the bread was soggy in some areas, the tomato wasnt ripe or flavorful, and there was very little basil. Maybe 1 leaf for the whole sandwich. there should be much more, about 8-10 leaves.Then I got an almond milk latte with pumpkin spice. She used 2 pumps vanilla syrup and 3 pumps pumpkin spice syrup. She says they do that because the pumpkin spice alone is too bitter... only do this if the customer asks for a mix of flavors. For people who like pumpkin spice the way it is, please leave it alone. Vanilla makes it taste weird, and the flavors dont go together. Vanilla has no business in my pumpkin spice latte.Nice people and good service, although it took awhile.

This has to be one of the best places I have ever eaten at. The coffee, food and dessert is unbelievable. I would have come here every day that I have worked in the area. If I loved close I would probably end up here multiple times a week easily. So many choices with everything. Sandwiches, hot or cold, salads, so much coffee and tea... Its incredible.

After just having moved to the area, we discovered this place hidden right nearby, and it has quickly become our go-to breakfast and coffee shop. The food is delicious and they have some great specials available. I am a huge fan of their bagels with lox and cream cheese!

The locks and bagel was very good! The double espresso was only so-so. Customer service was great from one of the young ladies and just OK from the other. It was a pleasant place to have breakfast.

I hosted a meeting with some members of my high school class as we were going to organize this years reunion. I decided to have it at this place. Im glad they werent disappointed. And why would they be. Their coffees are really good.

I love that it is a great place to sit and study while getting coffee and food. The coffee is not perfect, but the WiFi and food are so great. I also have wonderful service from the employees. I definitely recommend the sandwiches and baked goods.

Was somewhat disappointed. Went in yesterday after lunch at Moko to get some tea and hopefully get some work done. Ordered an iced tea. All it says on the menu is iced tea and the person taking my order said nothing out of the ordinary. I got the tea, and it was peach flavored. Not a huge fan, especially because it came as a surprise. Second surprise, you need a password for the internet, which you can ask them for (though, if they were really busy, it may be hard to ask). When I logged on, every website I needed, other than Google and Gmail, was blocked! And these are not malicious sites; most of them were job sites. Also, the internet was extremely slow considering I was one of 4 people in there, and the only one on a computer. The desserts looked good and I assume the food and maybe other drinks are okay, but I would avoid the iced tea and not choose this venue if I wanted to quietly get any work done.

Your are not welcome here. The staff are not rude just utterly indifferent and uninterested. This is not a good place to work. Coffee and food is ok, maybe 3.5 stars but the staff dont want you to be comfortable. They leave the door open for 30 minutes in mid winter so you freeze. Supposedly free wifi but 50% of the sites are blocked. I would prefer to support a local business but go to Starbucks, its better.

A super quiet place, I really liked the place and the salad and coffee I ordered I liked it a lot. I recommend the place to relax and eat something.

I am obsessed with this place. There just arent a lot of non-chain coffee/cafe places around. They have a great menu with a lot of options, its reasonably priced, and the staff is really nice.

I waited 10 minutes to order then 10 minutes to get a mocha frappe that was barely cold and bitter. When I returned it they didnt have the common courtesy or common sense to return the $5 I paid for it. And the place smells...and not in a good way.

I like this place. I come here for a bagel and coffee while the kiddo is in preschool. Good place to relax for an hour or two.Customer mix seems to be standard coffee shop: college students, seniors, and business people holding informal one-on-one meetings. Oh, and two guys (regulars) who are always here with their laptops, occasionally chatting on their phones, and basically using the free wifi for their business dealings (whatever it may be...my theory is that theyre Glengarry Glen Ross-type salesmen, selling fake real estate, but who knows? Maybe one day Ill be bored enough to ask them. Anyway...).Staff is friendly. Place is clean. Prices are...okay. A little high, but comparable to Panera. (Id rather support a small business like this, though, than Panera.)I like the way they grill their bagels like a panini. Different. They have a big selection of baked goods: cakes, cupcakes, etc., but Im not sure how often they change them out for fresh ones. I bought a brownie once and nearly broke my jaw trying to bite it. Ill stick to the bagels and coffee from now on.Give em a try. Small businesses need our support.
