Pretty good experience so far. Had a hitch installed on my Range Rover Evoque. After initial install, we kept hearing a bump from the rear of the car. Came back to the store and they spent a couple of hours fixing the issue (the bumper was hitting the hitch bar). All good after that. Wait in line can be long - the guy who installs the hitches really knows what hes doing. Would recommend.We expect to use the hitch to carry 5 bikes on holiday in a couple of weeks - will report back in case there are any updates.

Given the pandemic, there was a massive shortage on hitches and just about everything else (lumbar, metals, bikes, cars, etc). After two separate scheduled appointments cancelled to an unavailability of hitches, my answer came by the name of Jessica.Jessica went above and beyond with her customer service and support. She provided exemplary communication throughout the process, even when her store manager failed to respond to emails. Not only did she treat me with outstanding customer care, she assisted all of the customers inside the facility – it was packed, and it was only a Wednesday! Jessica’s ability to multitask and get the job done greatly improved my experience with U-Haul. Any customer would be fortunate to work with Jessica at this location.Give her a raise!

Its like a UHaul super center! It has lots of vehicles to rent, supplies to buy if you need them and its staffed well. Easy, no hassle process.

Great, officiant, reasonable. Great personal who really helps with the needs.

The staff are friendly and their services are solid, but every time Ive been to this location they have been woefully understaffed, to the point where a line to buy even a single box takes a half hour or more. Get there early, with time to spare.

Difficult place to park

There was some initial trouble about not finding my appointment in the system, but one of the owners (Freddy) was great working with me directly and making sure the job is done in time and properly. He even gave me a discount! Great place overall. I was coming in to install a hitch.

Fulp of morons. Avoid at all cost!
