I inherited a potted dwarf lemon tree when my uncle passed way which has been in my family for more than 75 years. I was very concerned about this tree making the move to my home but MyProMovers did a great job. They were careful and did everything they could to ensure the move went smoothly. The tree arrived to its destination without losing one leaf. It is extremely heavy as well and they had the right equipment and staff to move this properly. The tree will eventually be moved to Florida and I will trust MyProMovers to take it this long distance.I am writing an update to this review. On July 1 MyProMovers delivered this priceless lemon tree to my dad in South Florida. This journey began on March 1 when the tree was moved to my home and then shipped to Florida. (see pics) Again, MyProMovers did a great job and at a reasonable price given the nature of the move. I was so relieved the tree was delivered with great care. My dad said the drop off was flawless. The drivers even watered the tree mid-trip. Thank you MyProMovers.

MyProMovers were great! The crew was on time, courteous, careful and professional. We had a POD container that needed to be loaded for a long-distance move and they did a fabulous job of packing, wrapping and securing the items. They called when they were on their way to let me know their ETA, arrived on time, were professional and friendly and got right to work. And I can say without hesitation, these two gentlemen worked incredibly hard from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. They packed carefully and professionally and when they unloaded in my brand new house they were careful bringing items into the house. Ive used MyProMovers twice, they have been fantastic both times. They have been prompt, on-time, and no incidents with broken furniture / items. I researched some other companies when preparing for my second move, but couldnt find anything better than what MyProMovers offers. The movers were wonderful. They were friendly and professional. I bought moving supplies from them and they delivered the supplies to my apartment. They were on time and worked quickly but carefully. I had a lot of art and breakable items and nothing was damaged. They put down runners to keep both locations clean. The home office kept me informed throughout the move. It was a very pleasant experience,.. I highly recommend.

The guys moved a 500 lbs solid cast iron tub up a flight of cornered stairs in 20 minutes. Little bit of chip paint but all is good and I’m a happy customer

I’ve never used movers in my life, but this move was about 6.5-7 hours away. And if it were not for my bed I would have just started over with all new stuff after I moved. But, I contacted MyMovers and got a quote. I signed up, and the day of my move 2 guys showed up at the agreed upon time, and when they started shrink wrapping my furniture I knew I made the right decision. I’m used to burst throwing stuff in a Uhaul and going.Then, the next day that showed up at the agreed up location at the agreed upon time, unloaded, and hit the road.When looking at doing it myself, and pulling a car, I would have spent 50% PLUS the stress/brain damage of doing it myself, of the agreed upon price. Using MyMovers for this was some of the best money I’ve ever spent.

The two movers who showed up on moving day were very hard workers and hustled the entire time. I was very impressed with how quickly they worked and were able to get everything moved. They also took good care of all of the furniture and we’re very mindful of scraping walls/doorways.

Elian and crew were great. Took extra care with some extremely heavy items, to include two pianos. They also moved a custom built dresser, which was a family heirloom that weighed about as much as an upright piano yet the weight was more awkwardly distributed. As worried as i was, they clearly had it under control and have earned my trust with my most valuable items. Overall, smooth transition to a new house.

Rob and Dan (regrettably forgot their 3rd guys name) were great to work with. They were very careful with our items and made sure to keep us up to date throughout the entire move! We did end up paying quite a bit more than quoted, but given that we moved from a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator into a house, I know it was a lot of work. They also confirmed our date and time at least 3 times which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend even based on professionalism alone!

I highly recommend this company. The price was reasonable and estimate was right on target. The three gentleman that packed and moved my things were friendly, responsive and took great care with my furniture. The move was difficult as I was moving out of an apartment that was on the second floor with no elevator. I have used movers in the past and these movers were exceptional. They checked to make sure everything was to my liking before they left. I was dreading the move and they could not have made this experience any easier and I could not have been more pleased.

I called MyProMovers at around 10 AM looking for help unloading our moving truck, and they were able to come that day, which was great! Moreover, I agreed to a price based on two hours (which is most companies’ minimum I believe), but when it only took them one hour to unload the truck, they deducted the full price of an hour’s labor from my final payment. The company was also very efficient and communicated frequently and clearly throughout the process. Did a great and careful job unloading our stuff. I would recommend MyProMovers to anyone; they seem like stand-up folks who do great work!
