Self Storage Plus has chosen to price gouge loyal customers during these trying times not because there is any solid rationale but simply because they want to. I have been getting 10-20% increases on my units EVERY 5 MONTHS. Once you have a big volume of items in storage it is very labor intensive and expensive to move to another location. In knowing that Self Storage Plus just sticks it to you. Shame on them.

Great experience moving in to my unit. Terrific service from Kevin who went over everything so carefully for me. So smooth. The place is also spotless and security seems to be a thing here. Very pleased!

I keep receiving spam e-mail messages from Self Storage Plus to provide a rating, so here you go: In less than 18 months since leasing a small storage space, I have incurred two rate increases, which in total raised my monthly rate by 60 percent. I find this increase to be unreasonably high and disappointing. Other than getting spammed to post a review, this is my only complaint since the facility seems to be clean and well maintained.

Price increases every 6 months, you ended pay the higher price with smallest storage.I don’t recommend this place to anyone. You can ask others and find better options than here . And FYI not all the self storage are the same that is not true each one is different by their rules.

Our family has used the Self Storage Plus on Southlawn almost as long as it has been managed by Paul and Amy. Over the years, we have used 4 or 5 units from the smallest size to the largest. The staff have always been courteous, friendly and helpful. No problems with climate control nor pests. I heartily recommend them! Thanks Amy and Paul and your staff!

Wonderful staff on the telephone and when you come in. The contract was explained to me very well and reasonable prices. I was treated like an old friend. Office kept clean and products to purchase are well marked and not dusty. The staff will take you to the unite cause to me it was like a maze. The whole area was clean, well lite and security system is good so I felt safe going in there alone. And loading carts kept in good shape.

I have had a storage unit at this facility for over 10 years. My unit is inside in the temperature controlled space. I dont visit often but when I do I find the employees to be very helpful and accommodating and the facility to be clean. Rodent droppings are to be expected and there is minimal in my space.

Ive been renting storage space here for years and Im amazed by the customer service. Paul is the one I encounter on most occasions, he lays everything out and I can handle business quickly. Ill likely never meet storage staff as attentive as these guys. Ill miss them when Im done renting.

What can I say about this place? The level of service here is awesome. Nay provided excellent service. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. She was very helpful with helping me choose the best size unit to store my items. The units here are very clean and the area is safe. Recently moved out of our unit after 2-3 years of storage. Found the owners to be very friendly, accommodating and easy to work with from our move in to our exit. We felt that our unit was safe and the office notified us immediately when they noticed our lock had not been put on properly. Autopay enrollment made monthly payments easy. Would recommend this facility for storage.

The storage facilities themselves are pretty standard (in a good way) from our personal experience—clean, well-protected and monitored, etc. I think it is SSPs customer service that makes them excellent. They are friendly and helpful, as well as very clear about the terms and conditions of renting in their location. Weve appreciated this, and are glad to know that our our storage needs are well met.

The husband and wife duo who run SSP were incredibly helpful and friendly. The units are clean and easily accessible. We took advantage of a special rate offer for our unit, and saved a bunch of money in the process. Getting in and out of the facility is easy; everything is well-lit and monitored via surveillance video, so safety is also well taken care of.

The Managers of this storage facility are first rate. The place is well managed and they go well beyond the norm to make sure everything is handled properly. My son is renting from them after my need for them ended. We left an item in the old unit and received a call that the item was in the office to be picked up. They are honest and should the need arise to rent another unit, I would rent from them again.
