My mom used them through her insurance and they did a amazing job on her vehicle. The workers were all nice and friendly. And they kept my mom informed on everything they did to her car. My car was almost new. I had only had it a few months when some hit the car in a public parking lot, then left without leaving a note. I was upset. The people at Caliber Collision were so precessional, & the shop was so state-if-the-art - there was no way another shop was going to work on my new car.

Had our Subaru Outback in to repair several deep scrapes across our tailgate that I may or may not have accidentally done via a collision with the garage door. I cannot tell the scrape was ever there. The color was matched perfectly. They also buffed out some other minor scratches while the car was there. Super happy with their work and their price was very reasonable for the quality of their work. Highly recommend them!

Great customer service! They were in constant communication, via text, and seemed genuinely concerned. Especially when our daughter (19yrs old) got into her 1st accident. They treated her with respect and explained to her the entire process. We knew we were in good hands when she told us what the next steps were. Communication is second to none. Never had to wonder what was happening with my car. When I dropped my vehicle off, I was given a tentative schedule and expected completion date. Received a text update a week later. Couple days later was notified when an expected part did not come in as scheduled. Was given the new repair schedule and expected completion date. Was notified again when part did not arrive, and given new completion date. When part arrived, my vehicle seemed to be prioritized and was completed flawlessly by the second expected completion date. All the while, Steve kept me up to date and informed of the goings-on.

Awesome customer service! Got a rental for us from Enterprise, when Hertz was unable to do so. Finished the repair quickly and gave us back a clean car.

Brought my truck in for hail damage repair. StTe farm had them recommended as the top provider. I was really impressed with the work and the how professional they were. I’ve had a bad experience in the past with a body shop taking short cuts to make more money off me, but not the case with these guys. They use new parts and the parts they did have to paint look just like the truck did when I bought it.

Caliber Collision (CC) of Rockwall on 276 has phenomenal communication and customer service.  My questions were answered before i even asked.   They kept me up to date on the plan, any changes in schedule, price changes,  and options when possible.  This CC team goes above and beyond.  From start to finish,  they exceeded my expectations.  I am a crisis response nurse, so rarely am i in town.  I could name drop three names; however, i understand without the team, these three people could not do what they do and did! They stayed after closing so someone could retrieve my car. CC never mentioned my car was taking up space after the completion date.  So that Caliber Collision gets the recognition they deserve:  I was not asked to do a review.   Nowhere did i come across anything that hinted to me to complete a review.

I have never been so impressed with anything car-related in my life! Customer service is unmatched!! I’ve had my Jaguar fixed here twice and both times they were excellent, all around. My car was finished within 4 days, even with ordering parts and sending parts out. I was kept informed through the process. And best of all, the day my car was ready I didn’t have a way to get the car seeing as I was by myself that day. So Caliber sent a driver to pick me up 30 min away and drove me back to get my car! They are awesome and I won’t go anywhere else!

My son ran over a cement rock/stone and completely messed up the struts and axel and some of the body. Our insurance company contracted with Caliber and I am so glad they did. The entire process was easy from start to finish. They emailed daily updates which was really appreciated. When we went to go pick up his car we were very impressed with the repair work!!! Everyone there was very nice and professional. I will absolutely refer friends and will go back myself if ever I need to.

Absolutely amazing service I was not able to be with my wife when she picked up the vehicle. They were extremely professional with her walked her around the vehicle cleaned the vehicle whole nine yards. They sent constant updates on the work. We brought one of our fleet vehicles in to have the front bumper repaired and we were very impressed by the service. Not only did they have our vehicle ready within days, but they also seamlessly coordinated pickup with our wrap vendor down the road after the bumper was repaired. Carmen at the front desk was so friendly and helpful when we dropped the truck off and our service advisor, Stephen, was on top of everything and gave us daily updates. In my opinion this shop went above and beyond with the manger, Brian, even calling to check in as well to make sure we were happy with our service throughout the process. It definitely made a bad situation much better by getting our vehicle back out on the road quickly.

Brian’s team really stepped up for me. I bought a bumper cover online, and I asked them to paint it, intending to install myself. I didn’t know, but the cover had a huge crease in it from shipping. Instead of making me send it back and hassle with that, Brian used a heat gun to smooth out the crease, then he painted and installed it for me. Very reasonable, outstanding service.

The collion damage was invisible and the car looked brandnew.

Had two vehicles repaired at this location. Does excellent work but somewhat slow. Lost quote on last visit so headed to the new Rockwall Service King for a spin.

Their crew went out of their way to make sure special safety precautions were taken and social distancing measures were in place. But y’all, I have been meaning to get around to fixing a headlight that recently went out. They not only replaced the bulb, they also swapped out a dead battery with a new one. Just because! This is NOT Deans anymore. The reviews about the staff being great is completely false. This is not a family owned and operated place anymore. They could care less about your business or wellbeing.Body work on my truck looks decent so that much hasn’t changed. I asked for additional work to be done while my truck was getting fixed from a wreck. The additional work was coming out of MY pocket but they never followed up with quote for the work. Two weeks my truck sat in the shop while they waited on approval on supplemental work. Not once did they ask about the additional work I wanted done during that time period. Not until the day before my truck was complete did they ask about the additional work. What a joke.These new people could care less about your business. They are complete corporate employees. Thanks a lot Deans for leaving us with another corporate owned business.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The absolute worst service you could imagine. Not sure about any other locations but this one in specific is awful. They took a month to do the work, minus the fact that when they called and said it was done. They didn’t go through the checklist well enough and there were still things that they hadn’t done. If you deal with Brian, get ready for him to tell you lies and/or not know anything about your vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. Take your vehicles somewhere else. Also the place is a complete dump, just goes to show you that if they can’t take care of their own property, they’re not going to take care of your vehicle.

STAY AWAY...cannot do any finishing work. Only fixed the major items, none of the small finishing work to return the vehicle to before accident state was completed. A minor repair that took 4 months and had to take to another shop to finish the repairs correctly.

I would like to give a Huge Thanks to Caliber Collision of Rockwall for an excellent fast service we had with Chris and his team on 2/12/20 I got hit from behind on my Wifes 2018 GMC Acadia I do recall that day it was pouring rain on the way back from dropping off my daughter from school and due to the bad inclement weather that day I get hit from behind causing my tailgate not open it was pushed in really bad, luckly the person who hit me admitted his fault and we exchanged info as I got home to call his insurance company they were aware of the situation and will be helping with the repairs, In less than an hour his insurance calls me and were able to find a place to do the repairs as soon as today, I was extremely happy and they said that Caliber Collision will be helping me with my damages if I was interested I said yes the faster the better, to make my story short,On Valentines Day my Acadia was fixed and ready to go I was in shocked I didnt expect it to be done that fast. Chris gave me the thumbs up for pick up at 3pm, as we arrived with our rental ( Big Shout out to Ryan with Enterprise 👍thanks for your service as well) our Acadia was on its way back from a full Service carwash in Rockwall as he pulled in we noticed something was wrong and it appears that he lost the key of our vehicle but luckily for my wife she brought her spare ( not naming the business but its a shame for not properly handing over the key after the wash to the gentle man who drove it there) as we see Chris and his team taking time to search for our key in our car they were not able to find it it was unfortunate that it happened and of course it wasnt their fault so, Chris and his great professional service and again a big thanks to Caliber Collision they were going get us a new spare key and a Super nice Gift Card from his GM 👍👍👍 I Would Highly recommend this Amazing Team to anyone if they need repairs on their vehicles and could not thank them enough Keep up the good service guys we will be coming back for your bussines 5 Stars for me and our 👪

From working hard to fit us into a very narrow time frame, to their outstanding customer service, to the excellent workmanship (not to mention remedying issues created by a different Caliber location’s previous work)...could not have asked for a better overall experience.

I brought my car here to repair hail damage.The only good thing I can say about this place is that it was nice to work with the service advisor Josh. I was quoted a repair time of 12 days and I didnt have my car back until day 32. I believe most of the time was spent with my car sitting there waiting for parts to come in. Why they couldnt have ordered the parts in advance (since I made the service appointment weeks in advance) I dont know, but I guess this is common practice with every body shop.I was given periodic updates and did not have to call for updates, which is nice.When I finally got my car back, I found that the new hood was not aligned properly, and the inside was not cleaned. It was actually dirtier than before I brought it in and full of dust and smudges everywhere.I refused to accept it with the hood not being aligned and it took an additional 6 days to get the hood straightened out. When I got home, while I was putting all my stuff back in the car, I noticed that an interior panel was not put together properly. There were obvious parts sticking out and not assembled correctly. I really didnt want to bring it back so it took me around 30 minutes of pulling plastic pieces apart and putting them back together to fix it myself.The two things that were wrong were very obviously wrong. The hood was so misaligned that I could tell from 10 feet away that it was wrong. I dont know why they thought that was OK, like they thought I wouldnt notice? Also dont understand why, in the 32 days they had the car, they couldnt find the time to clean it.

This place is a JOKE! It was great when it was Deans Collision - but Caliber is awful. My car was in the shop for 37 days, when it only needed to be worked on half of that. It sat there for 12 of those days not being looked at or worked on at all, because THEY thought it needed to be totaled and didnt want to fix it. I didnt get a call or anything with their concerns. My car was completely repairable - it came down to them not wanting to do the work. It was just too much work for them. Every time I called they seem to be having a problem with a part and the completion date kept getting pushed back. Whether it was the bumper, the lights, or whatever, Josh made sure I knew that this is because it should have been totaled. Communication was hit or miss - sometimes theyd keep me posted every couple of days - sometimes Id go weeks without hearing anything. All in all - NOT a happy customer and I would NOT recommend this place.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experiences I have had here!this is a company that knows how to do business and retain customers. I was backed into in a parking lot and had my front end damaged. They were able to fix my car and have it looking brand new in three days. They even reapplied a new clear guard. When my cheap penny-pinching insurance company had them use aftermarket lights and they went out they warranty their work and replaced them both times they went out with OEM parts. They allowed me to bring my puppy dog in the waiting room and while corporate-owned feel like a family owned shop. Highly recommend

Took truck in for repairs after an accident and was told they offer a lifetime warranty on all repairs. The truck did need a lot of repairs including a new rear axle. After putting around 20,000 miles on a new axle it is now leaking so I called to see what I needed to do, they took all my info and said they would call me right back. Two days later I called them back, again they took all my info and they said they would call me back and again no return call. I called them a month later and was finally told that the warranty is only on workmanship does not include parts! It took me calling 3 times to get them to say we wont help you!

I had my car repaired in March. Took forever to be fixed, my rental was covered by insurance so I was ok with the extra time as long as I had a reliable vehicle to get myself and daughter around in. When I finally was able to pick up my car there was still a pretty large dent that should have been taken care of in the first place. I was told they were so sorry for the inconvenience and they would take care of it and cover a rental for me. Now 4 months later progressive withdraws 241.96 out of my account stating that caliber denied payment. The only reason progressive had my card info was for insurance purposes Incase any damage occurred to the vehicle. Not denial of payment by caliber. I did not approve now agree to payment for the vehicle. 4 days ago on Thursday I called and was told they would refund it back in to my account the next day since the manager was still on vacation. It is now Monday evening and my money hasn’t been returned to my account. I have bills due and no way to pay them. This is fraud and not ok for someone to be able to sleep at night knowing they have take. money from a single mother that has a child to feed.

Disappointed. Had car towed to Deans after my daughter was in an accident. His estimate on the car was really high, totally the car. We had it towed to another body shop in the area and the estimate was half of what Deans had quoted us. Deans also charged us 5 hours worth labor to give us the estimate. It cost us over $200 just to get it out of there. Didnt know that we would be charged for the estimate and also not sure they actually did 5 hours worth of work. It definitely didnt take 5 hours to remove a bumper that was barely hanging on.

Hats off to Pat Anderson, Jim Goodner and the rest of the crew for the awesome repair they did on my truck. Their great customer service and quality craftsmanship in a timely manner will keep me coming back to Deans.
