Had an estimate done by geico and decide to go head and get work done call the schedule and was xfer to there office customer service rep was nonchalant and seemed like I was annoying her by asking questions and basically nothi g available till round thanksgiving…. Will just take my business to the nissan dealership because a company shouldn’t make me feel like my money doesn’t have value
I left my car to Service King Rockwall location two weeks ago! I called today and I was told that paint guy didnt show up therefore they will finish my car next week some time and I was told also they ordered wind shield but they havent received yet! Ms. Sabrina front desk adviser is very helpful and she is trying to give best customer service!
My truck was as good as new after repairs to my rear bumper were done. I appreciated the daily text messages letting me know what the status was.
These folks are awesome I have high praise for customer service and quality of work they were fantastic to deal with.
Did a great job! My bed and rear door got hit and run, they replaced both and looks new again! Even the picture of pick up looks like an advertisement! Very happy with the quality of the job. Only down side is that they left the bed liner extremely dirty from removing and installing the toolbox in the back, but nothing a wash can’t fix.
They were exceptional at keeping me informed of the process to get my car back on the road. Not only that but they had it ready 3 days ahead of schedule too. Absolutely highly recommended!!

Had my truck repaired and they did a good job. Missing one star because they call you constantly hounding you for a review. Ok after the second or third message you are beginning to get annoying.

Took it in because I had a damage rim and they said they could replace it for a new one. They took a while to get this done but I was fine with since I had a rental. Staff was friendly.2.5 month later decided to get new tires for my vehicle and was told/shown that the same rim that was replaced was damage in the same area I had taken it in for. I had not done anything to the vehicle and vehicle had not been driven as much from that period of time. I was told I had warranty on any job that they did. When I went back and told them about what I was told and showed them picture. They tried to accused me of doing it. And said they couldnt do anything. I paid lots of money just to get the rim replace but the job wasnt done properly.My only regret was that I shouldve save some time and money and taken it to a place where they will actually do the job instead of out sourcing the job..

They did not have any appointments left for the day but she managed to squeeze me in as she could hear the stress in my voice!Everything was curbside w masks took just a few minutes and I was into a rental. No stars for this placeMy suv wreck cosmetic damage and radiator or water pump god knows what and you guys didn’t fixed that problem now I’m the one dealing with this problem since they just fixed the cosmetic part so is this how Geico and Service King treat people by doing a dirty job just to save money for Geico ?!!!! Day of the wreck enough photos were provided with all the water antifreeze leaked out and my suv was extremely hot!!!For whatever reason this google app didn’t let me post photos ....

Repaired my wifes car after an accident. The job looks great.
Dropped my truck off for repair and the service advisor said, the computer says three weeks, but this is an easy fix. Give me a week, week and a half tops. Fast forward three weeks and my truck is finally finished. The actual repair was decent, but I was always told one more day, 2 more days, etc. I kept rearranging my schedule to accommodate Service Kings poor project management. I called corporate hoping they would help me straighten things out and was told they would call me back within the hour.... 5 days now and not a word. Save the headache and find another repair shop. Also remember that just because your insurance company recommends Service King doesnt mean you must use them. Trust me, your insurance company cares much more about customer service than Service King does.EDIT: And the response below from Service King demonstrates my point perfectly. Instead of pulling my name up in the system and giving me a call to iron out the issue they want me to spend more time running them down. Ill bite and edit this post again so everyone can see how they address my concerns2nd Edit: after emailing Servicing King the manager gave me a call. He was apologetic and offered to personally address the remaining issues I had with my repair. Still no word from corporate and frankly there isn’t much they can do at this point anyway. I’m happy the manager returned my call and apologized for the extremely poor customer service. I will still use other shops for future repairs. I have escalated the issue with Allstate as I don’t think Service King and Allstate share the same customer service priorities.

Amazing service at the Rockwall location. My cars drop off and pickup location was at the Rockwall location where I received exemplary service from all of the staff. Do to the Allstate adjuster not being available at this location my car was transferred and serviced at the mesquite location and my service was being handled by Gus at ext 82367. After receiving my car back, there were major issues that were not addressed to the point where it was unsafe to drive the car as well as paint markings on my bumper where the part was mishandled during the repair. I called the Rockwall location and Sabrina contacted their onsite Supervisor Steven Rodriguez to help me. While I was driving back to the Rockwall location, I received a call from Gus from the mesquite location asking me what the issue was. After explaining the issues, he began to basically accuse me of lying and that they repaired it right. My wife was in the car and was extremely upset. When I got to the Rockwall location, I was greeted with warm customer service and Steven R. standing by to help address my issue. Steven took control of my repairs, paid for my rental while the car was being repaired and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The Rockwall location restored my faith in Service King specially with the understanding staff and amazing customer service.A++++++ for this location
Not very attentive. Direct patrons to another staff instead of trying to help. Unprepared for appointment time. Was contacted quickly regarding personal experience. Just dont like unprepared lull or wait in our time. Other than that after re-evaluating eexperience would say over all good experience.

Got my car back fast and everyone I spoke to on site was very friendly. However, I didn’t care for the inaccuracies of their web site to track completion date. Car ended up finished 7 business days sooner but when I checked the site two days before the original estimated completion date was posted. Either update your tracking site accurately or take the feature down until you’re ready to do it right.

I didnt have the best experience at service King in rowlett. But Kevin went out of his way to help me and just take his time explaining everything. Really appreciate it. Sabrina was very helpful too. They genuinely care here which is not what I usually find at car shops so thank you guys.
Picked truck up with a broken gas cap! They had nothing to do with the gas tank as the body damage was on the rear passenger fender and bumper. How would the gas cap be broken if they didnt open it for some reason? (likely siphoning gas tanks hoping nobody would remember how much gas you had after a 2 week wait). I would give negative 5 stars if that was an option. You couldnt pay us enough money to go back to this place again. Obviously, I recommend you look elsewhere.Update: Forgot to update this at the time, but the owner paid for a new gas cap as well as a tank of gas. Hopefully the employee stealing gas from the vehicles was fired.
I call to schedule an appointment on 2/4/2020, I arrived at my appointment early, when I arrived at 3:39pm, one of the customer service representative Yessica and another guy came out to take pictures of the damaged tailgate, when this process was completed, she informed me that I will get the estimate in 2 hours, one sent to my insurance department and one to me, I never received the estimate, so I emailed a day later for the quote, later that day, I received the estimate from her, she has all my information, she did not call to explain the next step, when you call and leave a message for any of the representatives. The will not return you call, I left a message for Robert to return my phone call, nothing. I emailed Yessica on 2/10/2020 to asked how long would it take for all parts to arrive, so that I could drop off my vehicle, as of 2/15/2020, no reply via email, or phone call. Im having doubts about this Service King location, the advertisers that they treat you like family, all Im asking is for a little bit of communication from this location, but Im doing all the work by calling and emailing them and getting nothing in return. Maybe I should try the other Service Kings in Rowlett, they have great reviews, all there reviews have they believe in communication with the Customer. 😔
My car had to be towed to Service King after hours, because I was in a wreck on a Saturday. I didn’t have the presence of mind to remove all my belongings from my car at the time, just taking what I would need immediately. Also, my car had to be moved from the original shop to the Rockwall location for the repairs, because of the work load. When I got my car back, I found that I was missing some items. Steven and his manager went above and beyond to return my items and to ensure my satisfaction in the process. The work performed on my car was excellent, completed ahead of schedule, and Steven kept me informed of the progress along the way.
Stephen & the receptionist were amazing to work with. They had the best customer service I have received in a long time & very accommodating to my needs. I would definitely recommend Service king Rockwall!
They kept me updated on what was going on and every time I went up there I was great by someone and helped immediately. I didnt get to work with them on the repair side though because it was considered a total lose on by my insurance.
So far, so bad. Apparently they just give you completion dates for fun, because Im on my fourth one. They dont really care about your business because, you know, theyre huge and they can do without it. Also, Allstate pretty much makes you go here. They know that, so whats the incentive to finish my car when they say they will?
Take your money somewhere else because these guys will lose it and then take it as quick as a breath. Brought our car here and could not get it out until a week after the completion date because they couldn’t fine the insurance check. Incompetency runs rampant here. Steer clear of this place. They get in NO hurry to get things done.

I wouldnt recommend Service King to my worst enemy. They did an incomplete diagnosis on my vehicle which resulted in a negative mark on our insurance (out our deductible also!) with the issue we had with our vehicle never being fixed (thanks again to the incomplete diagnoses). We had to cut our losses and sell the vehicle. They were unapologetic and unwilling to accept any responsibility. NEVER again will I do business with Service King. Never.

My husband posted a positive review for Service King Rockwall, but he was stingy with stars. They clearly deserve 5 stars. The new facility on frontage road to I-30 is spacious; modern; and have excellent service advisors. Our car was read ended by 2 other vehicles at the same time so there was extensive rear end damage. The trunk lid wouldnt stay down making it not drivable and we couldnt get a rental immediately because, so we needed a short-term fix. Our KIA dealer was the first place we turned ... they dont do any body work, but they suggested the new Service King next door. The service advisors graciously offered to place crash wrap around the back end to secure the trunk lid down until we could get a rental car thru our insurance. They were very kind. They took photos of the damage so I could send to the insurance comps of the other drivers. Their initial $ estimate was really close and they completed the body work sooner (they estimated 2/20 and actually done 2/16). They have a great texting process where they keep the customer advised on progress at checkpoint times. That was great. I always felt well informed. Bruce Williams was our service advisor and he was professional and it was clear that he cared about quality restoration for our car. Pick-up was a breeze. The car was shined up and ready to go when we arrived. All-in-all, Service King was the best. I cant imagine anywhere else doing better. Plus, they are conveniently located on the frontage road (that will be even better when the road construction completes on I-30 frontage.)
