I can no longer recommend this business with the 5-Star review I left for them on 2/3/21 (see below). After finding several issues with the repair, I received no explanation or apology.The initial issues included my seat and armrest soiled with grease, my tinting scratched and the door handle put back on completely loose. I couldn’t understand how any of their employees could be ok with returning the car to me like that.Just a couple of days later we found a more serious issue: the front passenger door had been put back on incorrectly so that there was a big gap on the window causing a lot of cabin noise and leaking. It needed to be redone.I sent another email with more pictures adding the new issue and even though I was supposed to hear back from a manager, no one cared to follow up.I was extremely disappointed with their handling of this situation. When I came back to pick up my car, the person who had handled my repair completely ignored me, even after we had had a great working relationship.Throughout the issues I was seeking to be fixed, I was made to feel like I had done something wrong because I was dissatisfied with the repair and was asking the business to correct it.After expressing my disappointed to one of their employees upon final pickup, I was told that he’d asked and was told that they had tried to do me a favor (a give or take $4500 favor) and I shouldn’t expect a brand new car.What we did was negotiate the quote they gave us. They agreed. I guess they thought we somehow understood that they would do an inferior job than initially quoted, because we asked them to work with us within our budget. If they had told us we should’ve expected grease inside, a scratched window tint, a loose handle and an improperly assembled door, we would’ve gone elsewhere.The only favor we received was spray painting of my mirror covers that would’ve otherwise been $50, which we agreed to pay for additionally, but to which someone (I’m assuming a manager or owner) graciously comped the day we came to pick up our car the first time and before we found all these problems. At that same time we were told they hadn’t included them in the repair because they had been trying to work within our budget. But then somehow that same spray paint was included.A very disappointing experience once issues arose. I was expecting a properly repaired car. Not to have to deal with the inconvenience of having to deal with the fixes but worst, the treatment I received thereafter.——————————They did a great job and took care of some loose ends efficiently (Edit: the soiled interior, window tinting scratch and loose handle). It’s a smooth operation from start to finish. Tammy was awesome before I was even a customer and took care of my car expertly the entire time. I was very confident that they were doing their best and I was very satisfied when it was all said and done. I highly recommend this business.

I had the best experience with this Collision shop! My car had hail damage and I was able to get a quote from them all through sending photos with my smart phone. Their website has a link you click and submit pics and it was super simple. Car came back looking amazing! They cleaned it and washed it also!! I cant imagine such an easier process. Dropped off my vehicle at Bob Maloney Collision to complete repairs on damage to the hood, bumper, headlight, and grill from a low life who hit my parked vehicle while I was grocery shopping. Hit and run as you may expect. Bob Maloney Collision immediately made a very thorough inspection of the damage and explained exactly what work must be done. Enterprise Rental Car even has an agreement with Bob Maloney Collision where you pick up and drop off the rental car at the collision center. Very nice service!! They were extremely professional and friendly during the entire process and provided daily updates on the progress of repairs. An issue came up to whether a factory or after market headlight assembly would be available, but they worked extra hard and found a factory assembly to ensure a perfect fit. All work completed was better than new condition with a thorough cleaning of my vehicle, both inside and out. Their workmanship, kindness, and attention to detail was second to none. In all the years I have dealt with collisions centers, Bob Maloney Collision surpassed all in every detail. They are superb in every way!!

I had my vehicle repaired by them and how it started was a replacement of one of my headlight is what the insurance company was going to cover. Well it turned out it did not match. At first I thought they did a decent job on my car. I was happy for about a week until my bumper cover blew off. Upon examination by other shops, I was told the clips underneath were not properly fastened. When I took it to them, they brought out special flashlights to try to prove that standard road grime were tire marks caused by me running over a tire retread. Funny how, for miles either side of my cover coming off, there were no retreads to be found. Also, the breakaway clip mounts were still intact, evidence they weren’t torn off the vehicle.Their mistake and unwillingness to actually stand behind their work cost me $5000. And I was the one initially hit from behind. While stopped. Also the insurance agent who hangs out there falsified a report that they did nothing to mitigate, but that’s another review and Insurance Commission filing.If you want someone who will stand behind their work and their customer, look elsewhere.

The work was not done to my satisfaction and I feel I was overcharged. Some work I was told would be done was not, yet I was charged. I have also complained to my insurance company USAA.

I took my car to be repaired from a side swipe that happened. Tammy (the front desk clerk) was BEYOND amazing and helpful. Made sure I would get my rental on time and kept me updated during the process of my car being repaired. The car was ready on the date they promised and looked as good as new!
