NAPA know how is why I come here for my auto parts needs! Often disappointed at the level of automotive repair knowledge I find at other parts chains. These guys are helpful and know their stuff!

Very hard not to like the people working here even if you are handing over your cash for parts. They have a good selection of top quality tools and parts so the price is par with the quality and service.

Lots of cars, its a u-pull-it. There is a dollar look around fee for you and any of your company. Also the staffs not that knowledgeable about what all they have. I called in looking for a power steering pressure switch and I was told that they had four vehicles of my making model and I specifically asked if they had engines in them and was told oh yes absolutely. After getting out there and paying the dollar fee for me and my children come to find out that not one of the four has an engine in the vehicle Erica poor information not knowledgeable about which parts they have and so on.

Had a good experience twice in a row (a few days apart). Very helpful people. Phillip was cool to deal with today. Kudos.

Never been to this store before, but man was i pleased!! Great customer service and super knowledgeable!!!! I took in some random hydraulic fittings and admitted i had no clue what i was doing. They got me fixed up and made sure i left with more knowledge than i walked in with!
