Hector saved my life and the life of my car!!! I came in and he was quick to help. He got the oil my car needed and was extremely helpful and informative. He also made sure that it was running correctly and safe before I got back on the road. I will forever be grateful and found my new car issues spot. I stopped in because a friend told me I had a tail light out. I was hoping that someone in the shop could look out the window and help me determine which light was out, but Francisco went way above and beyond the call of duty. After being given the wrong part on my order at the Springdale location, I went to this location to remedy the situation since I work closer to it. Initially I was happy as the employees seemed to care much more, especially Nicole. But after a few attempts, I’m getting the runaround from the manager, Jose. We’ve spoken 3 times and it’s always “I’m looking around for the right part and will get back to you this afternoon or tomorrow.” Yet I never hear back or receive any solution, 5-6 weeks later. There’s always too busy to help.

I did my very first online order at this store, I always shop in person but they had an online discount. I was very pleased with the transaction. It was very easy to order and then to pick up. They had my stuff ready in less than an hour. I will definitely try online ordering again.

Helpful and courteous service and decent inventory of parts. They lend out some tools without charge, requiring only a refundable deposit. Ive used 3/8 drive needle torque wrench.

Just moved into the area about 4 months ago. Was calling around for very difficult A/C issue, and everyone I spoke to over the phone was very helpful, professional, and went out of their way to help--especially Jose. Took another car with another issue there and I had the same experience. They pulled codes themselves TWICE, referred me to a mechanic who helped diagnose the issue, and did what they could in spite of a very busy and record hot day for them to help me. SOMETHING IS BEING DONE RIGHT as this store with management! I have to say, they didnt have Advance Auto Parts where we came from, but I have a new favorite Auto Parts store and guys who I feel I want to do extra for. Incredible people who do what they can and more to service their customers. Right on Advance Auto in Rogers! Thank you!

Shiper and fast service

This goes back to my last purchase at the store in Rogers ar. My daughter went in to the store with a lug nut so the guys could match it up. She came back with some lugs but they didnt fit. The store did not give her a receipt. They just put the lugs in a baggy.The reason I did not go in because I had knee surgery. About two weeks had passed and my wife tried to return the lugs and they wouldnt take them back. They said they needed a receipt but they didnt give one. I couldnt go in because of my surgery so I couldnt tell the guy at the counter to take the lugs and match them up with the ones they have, take that number to the register and offer a refund. But those guys werent smart enough to figure that out. I will not buy from here only if I get some kind of discount for shopping online. Disappointed with the customer service.

Went in for anti freeze and was trying to get blue anti for a Honda Civic and the guy kept insisting to buy orange lol like aren’t you suppose to know what to do? Like for everyone out there watch what you buy from there isn’t the first time they tell me the wrong thing to buy 🤷🏼‍♀️

Love the platinum professional brake pads and Purolator One filters. We use them for every oil change and brake service. Wish they had more consistancy in delivery of parts.
