Dont order online, these people are extremely knowledgeable and you can try numerous styles, when ordering online your taking a chance on something you dont exactly know will work for you or not.

Bracksten helped my husband and I find our perfect mattress based on what we thought we wanted and my husbands pain from our current mattress. He expertly directed us to a particular mattress, and though we tried a few others out, we kept coming back to the one he recommended for us specifically. We feel really good about this purchase and appreciate Brackstens assistance. I do not think we would be as comfortable or satisfied with the overall value if it were not for his help.

I went to this particular store to purchase a pillow. Was told the specific pillow that I wanted would need to ship to me as they did not carry it in store due to the fact that it is a non standard size. A king size pillow is hardly non standard. Overall interaction with the associate was poor. Customer experience in this store was unsatisfactory.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Mattress Firm. I was price matching the same mattress that was on sale at Sams Club (this was during Labor Day sales). The manager at the store was very personable and thanked me for giving him the opportunity to win my business. He gave me offer that was better than the Sams deal... simple as that. To be honest, even if they would have just matched the offer I probably still would have purchased it from Mattress Firm just because I was blown away by the high level of customer service. To top things all off, there were several boxes full of kids treats that they were handing out (this was toward the end of the day). As I went to grab a treat for my kids, the manager said take the whole box! Wow, made my kids evening! He didnt have to do that, and the kids didnt need the treats, but its the little things like that, the something extra, that I will remember next time I go shopping for a mattress.The delivery process was very smooth and effortless. The guys showed up when they said they would, and put the new mattress on the frame. The whole thing took 10 min.I highly recommend purchasing your next mattress from these guys.

I went to this store about five months ago to get a mattress for my mother. It went super smooth and the financing was great, so when I needed a new mattress, I went back. I was stunned. The salesman, Mitchell, actually remembered me and my mothers order. When it turned out they didnt have the mattress I originally wanted in the warehouse, he asked me if I had liked my mothers. As it was, I did. Turns out he found the same kind in the warehouse and was able to get me a phenomenal deal. I was super impressed. Mitchell was so nice and not at all pushy, just what I needed. And the delivery was so smooth. The two guys were in and out in less than fifteen minutes, and they got it all set up perfectly, frame and all. I definitely recommend visiting if you are looking for a new mattress.

Con artists. Dont buy any mattress from them without independently verifying the companys policies. The sales people will straight up lie to get a purchase and shrug their shoulders when you point out company text that contradicts their claims.

Knowledge, price, customer service... what else can I say? Lets face it. Mattress shopping is not fun. These guys made it easy. No pressure. Very informative. Honest. After spending several hours looking and testing mattresses, there was no question where we were buying from. And I went home and checked up on everything the salesman said. It was all true. Hope I dont have to buy for a very long time, but if I do, Ill buy from these guys again.

I had such a great experience! I had a ton of questions and Oscar, the Store Manager, was SO knowledgeable about it all, including side-sleeping vs. back sleeping and what works best!
