Excellent customer service by Justin. Very knowledgeable about the different mattresses compared to our needs. Thanks for great customer service. The other point I want to discuss is delivery. We received emails detailing delivery date and timeframe. Delivery service called us and told us they were 30 minutes away. They were right on time. Excellent delivery staff Jose and Jessie were very helpful in placing the water proof cover on the mattress before placing the mattress in the frame. Great guys with excellent customer care. Thanks so much for excellent service during our purchase and during delivery!

Mattress Firm helped me find the right mattress. Colton is a great salesman; He helped me with additional items I didn’t know about, such as the mattress protector that would help keep the mattress intact in case I wanted to switch it out under their return policy (which happens to be 1 year at the time of this writing vs 120 nights when buying online). For that reason, I recommend shopping in store!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here! We worked with Justin who was very helpful and got us a killer deal on our dream bed (hybrid 4 purple mattress.) I couldnt have asked for a better experience and now were sleeping on a cloud and our bank isnt even broken.

I had been a few other places trying to find a good price on a twin mattress. The day was almost over. I dropped by to see if I could get the price I needed at Mattress Firm. In 30 minutes, we walked in, identified the requirements of our purchase, tested 5 mattresses, and purchased the product all by the help of Adrian. He was kind and helpful and even helped us load our mattress into the car! Would highly recommend!

Okay my mother needed a new bed. She went on her own. She dragged me into the store to get me a new bed as well. She financed it and I have better credit score than her. So I had them try to use my credit and put both beds on one ticket, mine. Now granted I dont have a lot of money but my credit was good enough to get approved for $45,000 worth of solar panels but somehow I wasnt approved for around $5,000 in beds.???....really?!!! I had to pay cash for mine. I decided to cancel mine, cause there are so many other choices. It took a while to get my money back. When waiting for about 2 weeks for moms bed to finally arrive. Part of the frame is broken. We went up to the store and tried to explain the problem but the worker didnt understand anything that I described. Why arent they required to know for helping customers with the entire product? Instead of just the mattress?! So know what your working out there people!!! Be careful!!!

The staff was very friendly and the store was very clean. Social distancing and mask were well utilized. The Sales Rep who answered the phone when I called was very polite as was the Rep, Brad, who waited on me. We left very happy with a wonderful mattress at an excellent price.

Fantastic service! We were able to go in, pick out our bed and pick it up from their distribution center same day. Which was a HUGE game changer for us because our old bed was awful and I’m 37 weeks pregnant. So we really needed something ASAP and they were amazing. The distribution center manager even stayed 30 minutes late for us so we could drive to Fayetteville to get the mattress, which was super nice of them. Highly recommend. We will definitely go to them for our future mattress needs. Also, we got a Purple Hybrid 3 and it’s also amazing.

We stated we were in love with a bed in his store but we were hundreds off in price and would have to settle for less from a different store down the street. Without hesitating he just simple asked if he could run a few numbers. Five minutes later the rain stopped, clouds parted and sun came out. Justin came floating threw the front show room over to us to announced that he had the best price around on this name brand mattress we wanted. It was all we could do to not jump up and run over to hug Justin. Best of all my wife would not have cared if I did. She wanted to too.So my advise ...... Skip all the hours laying on different beds and just go to Mattress Firm and Find what you like. They will have the best price.

Went to buy a new mattress and was told I could return the mattress for equal or more expensive bed. I decided after trying out a firm bed I wanted to swap beds so I went with a soft bed. I asked salesman if the price as advertised was for bed and foundation all included and he said yes. I get my new bill for a foundation and for delivery charge for the second bed. Over $400 in hidden details I will be closing the account and never going back or referring mattress firm to anyone. Shady practices! Ok first I was told box string was included in price $200 lie 2nd I had a delivery charge for the 2nd mattress which I got charged for twice $100 hidden fee. And they missed the delivery day and I had to call to reschedule they never called me.

I was concerned that getting rid of the old bed would be a hassle, but Mattress Firm delivered the new bed, set it up, and took away my old mattress and box springs. Not again please. The first time I ordered snug model mattress I was given a different model. Later the management took several months as I was persistent to get what I ordered they finally delivered the snug. Mistakes happen and I changed my opinion to good. I got used to snug and ordered a second one obviously snug again queen size. I paid online and received the same confirmation that snug will be delivered to my doorstep due to this covid19 situation and surprisingly calm model is delivered. Wrong model delivered again I can’t wait to write this review to let the management know Incase they are unaware of what’s happening. I would appreciate if you could compensate my my time lost and my patience. The delivery notice shows calm. Hard to believe that this mistake is unintentional. Please do the needful Asap.

I found a great mattress and I got a great deal. And same day delivery. 400.00 for box springs and mattress. The salesman recommended the finance option. Just 4 easy payments and done. Well I put it on auto pay of course and low and behold one time the full payment wasn’t in there yet. So now I have already paid over $1,000.00 for a $400 mattress set. So lesson here is just pay cash. This was my first and last experience with this establishment.
