Called inquiring about inventory and delivery times, and wanted to go into the store with my husband to check out a mattress. Wade insisted several times that I setup the sale over the phone because he wouldn’t be in the store when my husband and I could stop in - felt very pressured into making sure Wade got his commission.My husband ended up making a purchase from another store the next day as we had intended.Wade called and when I let him know that we had already made a purchase and apologized for not being able to call him earlier he became upset. Wade asked what mattress I had bought and rudely told me that he could have saved me hundreds of dollars (not true because the mattress price was the same at every seller and old mattress take away was much cheaper at the other store).Very pushy, lots of pressure to buy mattress without even seeing it, and rude comments over the phone.

Awesome experience! The associate Jackie went above and beyond explaining what mattress would best fit us for the way we sleep. We had to have a last minute schedule delivery and she and the manager were able to pull some strings and make it happen. I’m very pleased with the service and I will definitely be mentioning them to friends and family.

Had a very pleasant experience shopping for mattress at Matress King in Rogers. Jackie, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and was not pressuring us for a sale. She thoroughly explained the various models and features, asked questions on our sleep habits and provided options for us to consider. Most unprofessional and rude customer service ever encountered. My 87 year old mother bought two beds, hers had an electric adjustable base that stuck in an up position. No local repair person available for three weeks, manager didnt care or offer any assistance other than wait. Repair person came and told mother problem was control box and he would let them known. Approximately three days go by and no call from manager or anyone else so mother called and was told by Wade that a new base would be sent in a couple days. After week of bad weather cleared I contacted manager, Wade, and he said repair person found nothing wrong and that bed worked fine. When pressed to speak with the tech Wades response was there is nothing wrong with the bed. Then Wade had the audacity to say, due to my mothers age maybe she is slipping and forgot how to operate it (after 12 moths). The conversation went down hill from there and he said they are doing nothing with the bed. I have never had such an outlandish conversation with a customer service person as with Wade. I would not buy a pack of gum from this company, buyer beware. I also asked to speak to the owner, Darrell Stowe but never heard from him.

It was super easy getting a new bed! We had a great experience with the salesman and are so excited for our new bed!

Wade from Mattress King is extraordinary! Cooling gel memory foam pillows and the Sterns & Foster hurston estate is the absolute best. Had a previous S&F about 11 years ago. Wore out after 10 years and 6 months. Longer than the 10 year warranty but so worth it! Im a believer in S&F.

I was searching for a mattress cover. Staff searched in back, because size I wanted wasnt out front. Paid more than I wanted to pay, but I hadnt been able to find one I liked..online or at other retail stores.

Be aware when buying from this place. I chose a set and asked ‘what if I don’t like it?’ and was shown a more expensive set and was told it had the comfort warranty so didn’t mind paying more for that set. When I called to see about a different set under the warranty I was told the set I chose DID NOT have the warranty! I told him yes it did, I made sure to get the warranty! I feel they tricked me into getting what they could out of me so be sure to make them put it in writing so you don’t get swindled too!!! The gentleman I spoke to was very rude and argumentative about it as well. Terrible, terrible service. I’m sure you can find a better place to purchase from!

I have moved out from Louisiana to Arkansas and I visited five different places here but I was so impressed by Ms. Jackie she informed me about how much time you spend on your bed and how important it is to have a good one. Ms Jackie taught me that sleep can affect your daily life, she gave me a variety of recommendations and the sale was insane! I didn’t take my bed home today but I had a great time with listening to Ms. Jackie and I will be returning.

Fast service, great prices, excellent bed. I was able to come in, my daughter picked out her mattress, we completed our purchase within 15 minutes. The mattress had to be brought from the warehouse to the store, but that only took a few hours. Salesman was friendly, approachable and answered all our questions. Will definitely go again for other mattress needs.

Great place. Wade was a great help as he was very knowledgeable and helpful! I was able to call and talk with him over the phone where he helped me identify what i needed and then he had it ordered in and ready for pickup in less than 24 hours!! To top it off he even gave me a quick call to let me know it was a confirm the hours that they would be open for pick up. Such a delightful shopping experience I will definitely be a repeat customer!!

Two weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon we called the store near closing time and told Jackie we were on our way to shop for a mattress and power frame. She was more than willing to stay and wait for us. Jackie is a fantastic salesperson so kind and courteous and was able to answer all of our questions. We are very happy with our new bed.

This place is the biggest rip off EVER!! we spent $1400 in this store for a king size mattress set. I am not certain, but i believe that what we paid for in the store and what was delivered to our house were two different mattresses. The display model in the store was much more comfortable and seemed to be of much better quality than the one delivered. I will NEVER go back and I will NEVER refer anybody to them.

Within 6 months from our purchase we had issues with the mattress, we made a complaint with documentation, they stand by their products. The mattress was replaced, we decided to upgrade to a highbred which was more costly, but it was worth the extra money to upgrade. The management is polite and want customers to be satisfied with their purchase and the delivery crew is very professional and on time.

Highly recommend! We just moved into our new house and purchased a Sealy King size mattress. Wonderful guys!

I understand there is a new owner here & I must say service is excellent! Jackie is one of the most knowledgable sales reps we have ever met & her boss is equally knowledgable and available ( even by phone) to answer questions. We needed a particular type of set up to meet both our needs. Jackie directed us to ones that would meet those needs, but had different features. She is “Customer Focused”, not “just make the sale”. She would demonstrate all the features & then give us ample time to check out each bed on our own - always available to answer (or get the answer) our questions. This store has very good, top of the line products and fair prices. We highly recommend them.

A little too pushy and the salesman was to quick to talk bad about his competition. Their overpriced and they dont really listen to your needs. I felt so pressured that I just had to leave.

As if mattress shopping wasnt awkward enough I felt very put off when the salesperson began overly criticizing their competition. Felt like I was buying a car again. Ended up buying online to avoid more situations like this.

Their customer service has not improved!!! Their after the sale sucks. I cant even get a letter to the owner as it was returned by usps. Apparently the address is incorrect and calling doesnt help. Actually after a long inconvenient process, I love my bed.
