I was trying to get an oil change. I walked in and there was someone in front of me. She was helped as normal. 6 minutes later she was finally finished and it was my turn. The front desk lady automatically got on the other work phone instead of helping me and asking me what I needed. I stood there for another 6 minutes and she said “if you can’t tell I’m really busy doing multiple things at once” I walked outside because my 6 year old and my daughter were in the car (which my car was right in front of the door, so don’t bash me for that)I walked back inside thinking I would finally be helped, she was still on the phone and had no intentions of acknowledging me. I told her I had my kids in the car and if she could please wave me down through the window and help me when she was finished. I waited for another 10 minutes outside and still nothing. So by then, 20 minutes later with still no help, I left and went somewhere else and was able to get in the second I got there. I don’t recommend going to this Firestone unless you have all day with a lot of time on your hands. I recommend Splash in Pinnacle. Customer service was terrible, I would hope service was a better experience than that was.
I was pretty pleased with the service. Seem very accommodating for the situation. Definitely took longer then it should have, but they seemed short staffed. Did a great job on the alignment and was very apologetic about the wait and was upfront and honest about everything. Overall still felt as tho I was a valued customer even though the wait.
I was on my way to Missouri when dashboard indicated low tyre pressure. Really very helpful and humble staff. I didnt got the names of Lady and technician who assisted me. But both were professional and ready to help. Thank you so so much.
This review is a little different. I actually didn’t get my car serviced. But that was because my car was for sale and someone wanted to buy it before I serviced it.They had already put my car up and taken the wheels off and were waiting for the parts to come in. I had them take it down due to my buyers request. The 5 stars is for Morgan, who helped me with it all. Her customer service was on point. I figured they would be really frustrated with me (maybe they were...) but I would never know because Morgan’s customer service was so great. Thank you for for your help through my stressful situation.
I am from St. Louis, Mo and visiting Rogers/Bentonville. I noticed what looked to be a nail in the tire but wasn’t losing air. Crystal at Hyatt Place recommend y’all as I didn’t want to drive back home like that. I wish I would have gotten the young mans name, he did have a bushy long beard, but I didn’t. He came out with a screw driver, pliers, and spray bottle. He pulled out what ended up being a screw and I lost no air. I asked what I owed and he said nothing. He said “that’s how you are supposed to treat people.” Back home I’ve had nothing but bad experience with Firestone. This was TEN STAR ⭐️ service! I told the hotel clerk Lauren about it and said they need to continue recommending Firestone. Thank you for your awesome service!
I had a blowout on my way to work. I arrived with no appointments and the shop was booked all day. Since my wheel was already off my car, the service advisor replaced my tire himself, and had me back on the road in 20 mins.Top notch service thats hard to find anywhere.
The staff and especially the service writer was very helpful.
Horrible. Would rate at zero reviews if I could. Bought 4 tires, they had the hood open for full service, its a European car, uses specialty antifreeze, and they didnt know that, car has no dipstick, they didnt know that. The only dipstick under that hood was the tire kid.Left rear tire (new) was flat 30 minutes after it was home, and none of the tpms sensors work.
Thank you SO MUCH Logan for changing my tire so quickly- I was on my way out of town and had a flat that I would have probably just aired up- but these guys were concerned for my safety...theyre totally professional and got me to my destination safely ❗🙂
I spent at least a couple grand at this location. Coolant leak they replaced hoses and radiator over $1k. That was in November 2020. Tried to look under my hood but they broke the latch. Couldnt look under my hood. They used the incorrect coolant for my Toyota. HELLO Toyota coolant is PINK guys! Thats how I had a bad feeling mechanic was inexperienced. Had brakes also redone new rotors etc over $400 for both front, great but now my right bearing is messed up. March 2021 issues with coolant and radiator. Still issues with bearing. Coolant leaking again. I take it back to them. They replace some hose and said radiator is cracked again. Radiator under warranty so they do for free. I cant open my hood at all. Sick of the situation so I dont try to open anymore. Then I notice issues with car and leak so I take it back againnn to address issue with hood. They say now I had over $3k worth of repairs!!! How could you not fix that problem? They also broke my latch in the first place and quoted me over 200 to fix the latch. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?One star because the gentleman who spoke to us was very kind and helped us out but couldnt work on any vehicles. I wish there was a way to make 0 stars. Im never going back to this location. We took my car to a different mechanic that we knew as a family friend. When I got my car back it ran better than when I got it. Even the hood was fixed- he put the CORRECT Coolant. What ever happened to services like that Firestone? How are you still in business there?
I had an appointment for an oil change at 10am. I also asked them to check my brake pads because brakes are squealing and check for a leak. I was told that is all included in the courtesy check. When I dropped my car off I was told it would be ready at 11am. The lady checking me in was incredibly rude and acted annoyed I was there.I hadn’t heard anything so I called at 1:45pm and they said they were “about to start on it”. They called me at 2:30 to tell me I need some work done but it would be done by 4 or 4:30 at the latest. When I asked if my brakes were ok and if they found a leak, they said they “forgot” to check those but would do it now.I still had not heard anything so I called at 4:45 and was guaranteed by TWO different people “absolutely everything was done except for the spark plugs, but they were working on that now. It will be done in 20-30 minutes.”When I arrived at 5:08 my car was up in the air with NO TIRES on it. After I complained, they said it would be done “in about 30 more minutes”. I finally got my car back at 5:30, more than SIX HOURS LATER than promised. When I asked if my brakes were ok and if they found a leak, they said they “forgot” to do that, but by that point I was done and didn’t trust them to do anything else to my car. The manager gave me $50 of my bill which was over $400.By the time I got home a plastic panel that was clearly not attached correctly had fallen down and was dragging on the ground. My fiancé had to crawl under the car to try to reattach it before I could drive anywhere.I have been a loyal Firestone customer for 15 years. My family has been going to Firestone for twice that long. I left another Firestone in the area due to similar issues with never getting the work done on time and poor customer service. I was hoping it would be better at this store but the 3 times I’ve been to this store have not been any better. I will not be returning to Firestone in the future and will highly discourage anyone I know from using their services either.
Dont go here they will just leave you stranded at 7pm when they close because they break your car and cant help you out. Worthless business.....definitely wont go back !!
Got the car check out and repair quickly.
Armando was a huge help. I will always come here for tires and ask for him specifically.
Needed air in tires. They checked them immediately.
I just popped in with a nail in my tire. They treated me like a regular ! Friendly staff, great covid measures in place. Relaxing environment where I had no pressure. Love this place !
The staff were friendly and my appt was completed in a timely manner. I recommend!
The lady at the front desk is highly professional and helpful. Great customer service!
They keep your vehicles on file so they know how to get you in and out with a smile
Good service and will do basic check up around vehicle. Free rotations is nice as well.
I went into this location to get a service on my company vehicle. After waiting 15 minutes to be greeted the guy at the counter told me they were too busy and I would need to make an appointment for the following week. I did so.Upon my arrival I found the restrooms were closed and again I waited 15 minutes to be greeted while the one counter person spoke on the phone. I left to find a restroom and returned to find him still on the phone. After about 10 minutes more waiting I told him I had an appointment. He couldnt find it in the computer at first. But when he did he told me it was on the previous week (before I made the appointment). He said the could go ahead with the service. I asked how long it would take and he said it usually takes 2 hours to get approval from the fleet company and they would start the service after that. At this point I had enough and told him we were done. As I walked out he was trying to argue with me. I just shook my head and said we were done. I drove less than a mile down the street to valvoline. They had me in immediately, fleet approved within a minute fast complete service including tire rotation and out the door in 20 minutes.
Friendly staff, clean waiting area and quality work. Cant go wrong here.
I purchased 4 new tires with installation for my truck. I was told that the alignment was “ way out” and that they would not be able to perform the alignment unless I wanted to spend “ like 2 grand” on the suspension. I inquired about the specific components that were in need of replacement and was told by the mechanic that everything was seized, including the ball joints, tie rod ends, “ and everything”. I found this to be very interesting because all of those components, along with every other suspension/steering component was replaced 2 months prior. Furthermore the mechanic would not have a clue whether components were seized unless he had actually attempted the alignment. I am sure that the hours flagged for a “heavy duty” alignment are not as lucrative as other jobs, and that the alignment is not what the mechanic wanted to be doing on a Saturday afternoon but the employees at this location showed no integrity. I suppose they acted like one would expect for half rate “mechanics” with harbor freight toolboxes.
This is the worst place I have ever been my whole life for service. The first time they did my tire rotation and balance the didnt tighten the sway bar back property I live 45 minutes away down a long dirt road thought my truck was going to fall apart. Second this last oil change they didnt put my oil cap back on at all and my engine covered was just laying on. Oil sprayed all over my engine....can you trust anyone anymore? Service Advisor was 05 Cody both times. Dont take your vehicle here please!!!!
On our way home from vacation we discovered that we had two low tires on my husbands dually. We stopped at this location and were told they would get us fixed up within the hour. We were fine with that since we didnt have an appointment. Over an hour later my husband went in and asked if they were close to bringing the truck into the shop. They went and parked it in a bay, jacked it up, and walked away. Another hour went by, and we told them just to take it down, and we left. This would have been one thing of they were busy, but there were multiple servicemen that literally sat around and talked the entire time we were there. If they werent able to work us in, fine, just say that. Instead, we wasted over two hours sitting outside in late July heat.
Service is great and friendly staff.
Very unprofessional gave me an estimate for $750 for repairs they are not needed! Never again had bad experience in Oklahoma shouldnt even bothered. Just because I am women dont think I dont know,
8AM oil change appointment. First one here- didn’t pull my car in until almost 9. Employees doing lots of standing around and visiting- it’s now 9:25 and they just pulled the plug on my car to drain the oil. It’ll be 10AM before I leave. WILL NEVER BE BACK
Excellent service from the gentleman up front on a Saturday and a Sunday. This store went above and beyond my expectations. Was notified immediately of problems found during a normal tire balancing. Everything was taking care of that same day. I will be returning for my vehicle needs. Thank you very much Firestone!
If I can save just one person the time, money, and frustration we have encountered since taking our car to this Firestone, this review is worth it. Do not take your car to Firestone, at least not this one! Aside from the poor quality work we initially received and the lack of due diligence to fix their mistake, we have heard weird noises coming from our car since they “performed” a simple brake job. After getting the run around for more than 5 days, we received our money back. That was after we had to get a second opinion to prove it was their fault. This will at least allow us to take the car to an expert to properly review and hopefully don’t say we have other issues from the poor work they performed on our car. We’ve had this car for over 5 years and not once have I heard the noises we’ve been hearing since they touched my car! Quality over price and time and safety is more important than the cost! Never have I went to a place for simple maintenance and left with issues I did not have before! We will never return and I hope others will take caution before spending the money and time at Firestone! Your safety is more important.
Last year, Firestone helped correct a number of tire related issues that I was having with my Subaru Crosstrek. I’ve had several subsequent visits to this location that were very positive. This week, I bought four pairs of tires and two sets of brakes. Joseph made sure I was getting a good deal and that we were happy when we left. My family will be long term, repeat customers with Firestone because of the continual attention to quality and customer service.
This place didnt help me but they did send me where I could be helped at another location.
Went in to get 4 new tires using the website to choose the tires and set an appointment. When I arrived it took about 45 minutes for them to tell me the tires wouldnt work, but they could get some that would. In their defense they did go get the tires for me, but it still took 4 hours to get my car out. After getting my car back the front driver side tire went flat in less than a day. I took the tire in to have it fixed because it wasnt on the rim right due to debris. Now the rear tire is going flat for the same reason just not as bad.
Have been a frequent customer for approximately 16 years, and have to say that have lost faith in the honesty and integrity of this location. Checked my vehicle in Friday after work for a diagnosis of a rough engine running, was promised a resolution the next day. the next afternoon after no call yet, I called them to be told they were busy and running behind and it might be tomorrow, OK this is disappointing but somewhat understandable, the next afternoon i find out that actually their diagnostic person isnt even working and nothing has even been done yet to my vehicle. the customer service here has deteriorated to such a poor level that I would recommend another location for honest and prompt service. I picked my truck back up and took it elsewhere and it was fixed the next day very promptly and efficiently.
First class service on our recent tire needs at the Rogers Firestone on Walnut Avenue. First class service by these technicians: Zach,Cody,Joseph and Billy. W e highly recommend this store to anyone needing superior work on your automobile.
Went in for a vehicle inspection and because I didnt buy the tires from them they failed me.
Too difficult to get in for an oil change
There was an issue with the way the tires were labeled which caused a mix up, and I unfortunately couldnt leave my car with them. They jumped right in to get the problem resolved, even though it meant working past the shop hours. They were thoughtful and professional. I appreciate their dedication to fixing an inadvertent error.
Excellent service and professional staff. Great deals and service is completed in a timely manner. Always pleased with the results and professional courtesy as well as the great prices. Great discounts. Friendly informed and helpful staff. 5 stars after multiple visits and services rendered by the team. Thanks!
Good quick service
We had an appointment at another Firestone in Rogers, and they still turned us away. We were told they were just too busy, and this upset me because we made an appointment. I tried to make it clear that we made time to specificly be there, and that we were in need of all new tires bad. Unfortunately thay said they can only help if we leave our only vehicle overnight. The team at this Firestone off Walnut said the will absolutely make time for us, and went above and beyond on their customer care. I informed Joseph that we had to get new all new tires, and that it was unsafe to continue driving on the ones we had. Joseph said he will get us in right away, and will stay late if needed. He also gave us a free balance on our tires. Joseph did a great job keeping us informed on the work being done, and the time expected. The team at the Firestone on Walnut are fantastic, and the company will continue to receive my patronage due to them.
This is the best place to WASTE TIME. They quoted me 1.30hr and ended up taking over 2hrs. Then I found out the person who came after me left about 1hr before me.Its terrible service and I will recommend anyone NOT TO GO HERE AT ALL.I should have checked the review before I did.Learn from my mistake...
The customer service at this location is severely deteriorating. I would go to another location if possible. I dropped my car off early one morning for new tires and possible new brakes. They were to call me before doing any brake work. However, I never received a call. I tried to call around 5, but no one answered (apparently the number listed on google is wrong?? How is this possible?? Also, not my fault). I had to get a ride back to the store just for them to tell me that the work wasnt all done because my car had SOOO many things wrong with it. (in a very condescending tone. My car is older. I like that I dont have a car payment thank you very much). They said that they called several times and left a voicemail. I never received any missed calls nor a voicemail on my phone. I even had my husband call to confirm that my voicemail was indeed working. AND I checked my voicemail from another phone just in case it wasnt showing up on my phone. No voicemail. And they had my correct phone number. It was too late in the day to finish the work, so I had to leave my car there overnight. They said they would get to my car first thing the next morning. But that didnt happen. Not done till later in the afternoon They had my car for almost two full days at this point. Ridiculous. At least own up to your mistakes and admit when you are wrong. I would be gracious if they admitted their mistakes, but their lack of ability to admit their mistakes and their lack of trying to remedy their mistakes makes me quite furious.
Poor service, too expensive $$$
We use Firestone for most of our auto care. Most times we get good service. Sometimes a bit pushy to do more work on the cars.
Bad service. I paid $98 for a balance and alignment and got an alignment with no balance first. Van still vibrates going down the road and now it pulls left as well.
Friendly staff. One stop auto service. Backed by the BETTER Business bureau have educated mechanics. Worry free car maintenance. They are almost as high as the dealership but you know theyll make it right. Theyll get you back on the road. And they have the best tire warranty around.
This store has always done me good. Most recent experience, my spare (donut) had gone flat. Took it in to reseat and air up, they worked me, found there was a problem with the stem, replaced it and had me fixed in 5 minutes. Callout to Alex who fixed me up.
Cody, the Assistant Manager is A+. He was running around and being calm and courteous with rude customers. The service team can only go so fast but theyre not setting down reading News Week. Sundays are busy. Scedual an appointment if you want it done at a time and dont want to wait. Great customer service.
Add appointment for my tires to be balanced and rotated. Got here 20 minutes early and left 27 minutes later. Not bad for 47 minutes.
Terrible customer service. Took my car in to get a simple Uber inspection. I understand that there are people in front of me but I was quoted 2 hour wait. That would be fine if I didnt see 6 technicians standing around. Dont waste your time.
We discovered a nail in our tire the day before we had to drive home to Louisiana. Luckily, Firestone was open on Sunday. The manager (I think his name was Chad) was friendly and thorough, and they were able to fit us in so that our drive back wouldnt be delayed.
Excellent The guys in the labor area really went the extra mile for a little old lady and her car today...thanks guys!
I showed up.on time. They were able to start on time. The recommended tires are working great. Service was as expected. Shop was clean. Overall I would go back.
I will never go to this place again. I have spent nearly $10000 dollars with them in the last year and I took one of my vehicles to them to have them fix an issue that should have been under warranty and they will not stand behind what they do. It is odd that I take my vehicle to a dealer and was told that there is know way that if the part I was having trouble with was installed correctly and the correct part that it would have come apart like it did. I will never spend another dime with Firestone and have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. It is very sad that there is no longer such thing as customer service and a company is willing to lose a customer of over 20 years over a $380 dollar part.
Had some tires installed they did a great job! Friendly service.
Service advisor Cody took my phone call and had me come in free code scan as a courtesy. I found a few codes in the computer. Brought the car back on Sunday night. All day Monday Matthew worked on the car eliminating all codes but still having to chase down an electric issue with the ignition. Literally spent all day on Monday getting it figured out. Tuesday morning they put it in the last parts that they had to order Monday. One incredible crew here at this location working as a team to get things done. I live in Wichita Kansas and travel to Bentonville often to visit my daughter and if I ever have vehicle issues in the future this is the shop that I will go to. Highly recommend this shop both in performance and integrity. Thanks again fellas!
Great service. Great place to go to get your car needs done..
Ive got to say my service was great the only problem that I had was when I called the Firestone that was the nearest to me it ended up my appointment was set at the other store across town happened on numerous occasions they need to fix this the store accepted and took care of my problem on top of what they already had and I appreciate them friendly and quick service also must say to fix a flat for $35 Plus if you have tire sensors is a little steep when theres no difference in changing that kind of Tire width sensors or not but the service was great thanks
Best shop in town! These guys came through big time and saved the day for me and my 4 kids! I had some major tire drama and was worried I would not be able to pick up my kids from practice, but they got me fixed up with a new tire ASAP. Great service and very helpful!
I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered a tire through Tire Rack to be installed at Firestone. They asked me to leave my vehicle with them for the day, which I did. Around 4:30 they called to tell me that I would need to purchase all new tires even though the other three where only a month old. I informed them I would not be doing this and told them I would pick up my vehicle. When I arrived my vehicle was still in the service area with the hood up. This is a newer vehicle that still has a manufactures warranty. I never asked them to do any type of inspection and they had no need to be under the hood. This place is horrible and I advise that you go to a different shop for repairs or tires. Most of the reviews are 1 star with the exception of probably their own employees and family members. I took my vehicle to another shop who installed the tire in 30 minutes for half what firestone quoted me originally.
My thermostat failed and I broke down right next to this location. Service was good and fast, labor price is fair, but parts are crazy expensive. They charged 85 bucks for a part that I could get from rockauto for a little over 6 dollars. If I hadnt been broken down so far from my house on a Saturday with so few options, I would have avoided getting repairs here.
Would rate as zero stars of it would let me. Do NOT use this place for anything! I took my truck in to have rear brake pads changed. They called and said I needed to have rear rotors changed as well and the total would be $640.00 including the tire rotation I had requested. When I went to pick the truck up, the total was $200 more than the original quote. They refused to show me the brake pads they had taken off and would not honor the original price quoted to me. After all this I checked with Midas for a comparable price out of curiousity. I was quoted $350-$400.00. Shame on me for not calling them first! Do NOT use Firestone for anything! Save yourself money and hassle!
They were really quick on putting my tires on. I didnt have to wait long.
I can honestly say that I have only had one situation that was troublesome with something done to my truck, but Firestone took ownership of the issue and corrected it immediately without charge. The work done is good and dependable. The only complaint is high pricing. Some pricing is absolutely ridiculous and asinine. I hate that its so high and you leave feeling taken advantage of. I used to advocate for them and brag about the pricing and service, but since it continues to go up every year, its just where I go since I always have. I cant compare to other competitors since I havent gone to other places. I would suggest to shop around and see if there are cheaper places that you are confident the service is dependable.
Had great service at this business! The waiting area was very comfortable. Would recommend service here
Its a good place to get ur car fixed. And staff is very helpful
Chose to do a drop off appointment for 10am. I was asked when I needed it back- told him today he said ok mid afternoon. I called about 1215 and asked how much longer he said my car was next to go in. Here I sit 222 and my car is just now being worked on. 45 more minutes. Whats the point of an appointment?? I will make sure to not use the Rogers location again
It just cost me $46 to PATCH a tire. I made an appointment 2 days ago, but the appointment wasnt found when I got there. They did what they could to fix the tire but I still waited for over an hour. When it came for the bill, I asked why it was so much and there was a few for every single step. I just had a patch last year and it cost $12 at another place. I will not be back! Stay away!!
Great place for automotive repair and maintenance. Honest group of people especially Blake and Mark those guys are awesome!
Im legitimately surprised they know how to unlock the door and let themselves in. I called ahead to ensure they provide the service I needed but was not told I needed to make an appointment was not told I needed to bring certain forms or paperwork in and was given the wrong price for the service I was requesting. I was told it takes 10 to 30 minutes and was there for over 3 hours. The only thing you couldnt anyway say was a positive was at the staff was not directly rude to me just blaringly incompetent
Great and honest service. I brought my truck here because the brakes were squeling at 40k on and off slightly. I thought I needed the pads changed. I left my truck there. They checked the pads and said they were fine and I did not need new pads. They drove the truck to replicate the squeling and could not. The dealer would have charged me $65 just to look at them, but Firestone did not charge me a dime. Very refreshing to have honest car service. Mark was really nice guy.
POOR management. Waited 41/2 hrs for repairs while watching the techs sit around, stand at the bay doors talking and smoking, or being on their cell phones while customers cars sat on the rack with no work being done. Only one tech out of all six seemed to actually care enough to work and get the job done. All the rest seemed to careless that the lobby was full of customers waiting for the work to be completed. This reflects directly on management, as they seemed to care less. I guess this is normal for this shop. Expect to spend 4-5 hrs for minor repairs or routine maintenance such as oil change or tires, and all day for other repairs such as brakes. My suggestion, avoid the aggravation and take your car some where else. Please read all the other reviews regarding their extremely slow and care less service. If you do get work done here, ask for your old parts, as it is also my opinion from experience, they are selling you items that may not be needed or are not defective.
No doubt their service is pricey. However this location has some good personnel manning the place which is one of the reasons I liked it. The service provided was good. Getting your car looked at by Max and his team is worth paying a visit to this Firestone.
I took my van there to get a tire patched. They said it was on the side of the tire and I would need a new tire that would cost $170! I said no thanks, and took it discount tires in Fayetteville! They patched it with no problem. 🙄 over all nice people but sad to think that they might have been trying to take advantage of a women with 3 small kids.
These mechanics are salesmen who dont know what theyre doing and dont stand by their work. They take forever to do simple things like change the oil and will try to offer you services that are not at all necessary. They cant even install a brake pad correctly. I took my car (a 2000 Honda Accord SE) to them in 2012 for a routine inspection and to get the brake pads replaced since the car had been sitting around for awhile. After they installed the new pads, I noticed an occasional grinding and squeaking noise that was confined to the right-front side and would be especially bad when backing out of my driveway and driving up my street in the mornings. The squeaking noise was most noticeable when turning to the right, and increased in frequency as I increased speed and was also there when braking. I took it to them three times, the latest being in February of 2014, and they claimed all three times that they could hear and see nothing wrong. I took it to another shop and they noticed the problem right away and its now fixed through that shop. One of the pads on the right-front side was not installed correctly and had cracked and bent because of this, and the grinding was the rotors being gouged by the pad. I then spoke to the manager of this Firestone location, Matt, and asked for a refund but they refused, claiming the work is out of warranty, even though the work is clearly subpar and its their fault. He also refused to give me a phone number for their corporate office when I asked, probably knowing that I would give a complaint against his store. Never going here again.
The problem that persists still needs to be fixed now I have to go to centerton Arkansas to finish hope this takes care of it
Always willing to help out, even just checking a code. Great, honest guys
The prices are high on labor due to their warranties on their work, but they are good if you need something done fast.
Communication between order taker, a drive tech and then back to customer is extremely poor.I brought my truck into have my tires pilut in new rims. I reminded the order taker to have TPS system also swapped. No problem thats including in the service he said. Came back 3 hours later the service tech didnt get that instruction. After a second 2nd visit to resolve balance and TPS issue and phonee calls, they want additional money to resolve what they said would work.Wouldnt be returning.
Took my truck in for a diagnostic and told them the codes it had been giving me. They started off telling me I need new spark plugs then over the next 4 phone calls arguing with them about what I took the car in their to get checked out we went from needing new spark plugs to We think your motor is shot. A motor being shot is not a diagnosis. Furthermore my motor is not bad I have a short in circuit they could not find. I can only imagine if I didnt know anything about vehicles how scared Id of been leaving that shop. You dont tell customers things like that. Thank God I do know enough about them that I know this diagnosis was a complete waste of time and money. I would suggest taking your vehicle to somewhere with more qualified technicians. My shot motor is still running fine today.
Always had good service. They how long it will be and they are always done within that time.
Great customer service and many tire brands to choose from. Took an hour for them to balance and mount 4 tires which I felt was exceptionally long due to the fact there were at least 3 other guys standing there doing nothing. I havent had to worry about a warranty yet so I cannot comment on that.
Fast and affordable service. I went in for an alignment on my vehicle and they were able to locate another unrelated issue that could cause issues down the road. I reccomend using them!
This place is a complete joke, please do not take your vehicle here. My wife had a screw in her tire about a year ago and they told her they can not patch it even though it was on the tread area. Subaru patched it for 30 bucks, this company wanted 900 for new tires and 200 for a battery that was fine. Looks like there are trying to take advantage of a situation and shame on you. Saved 1100 taking to the dealership which are expensive but told the truth.
I have been going to the Rogers stores for over 2 MONTHS and they still have no idea what is wrong with my vehicle! Everyone of the technicians have tried to pin point it the vibration, costing them and me time and money with parts and services that are not needed and now they have the nerve to send me elsewhere to fix it. These people are not mechanics they are oil/ tire changers!
They did an amazing job! I will definately be coming back here for any future car repairs!!
We are loyal customers. Have never had an issue with customer service or the car maintenance. Often have good tire deals. Always get the lifetime fix and alignment pkg
Great customer service. They took the time to explain what was going on in term I could understand, without making me feel dumb.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Worked as quick as they were able to get us in and out.
Waited 10 min on hold then show up with the response “do you know what time it is! Ya your not getting anything. Well ok!
These guys saved me a TON of money... I brought a used car here for a pre-purchase inspection. They found major damage that exceeded the cost of the car. If I hadn’t brought the car in I would have never known. The mechanic even let me see the damage and gave me great advice.
Great place to get your car serviced and didnt charge me when they couldnt fix the car
Excellent service! Very kind! Went above and beyond to help me! I highly recommend this shop!
So I went to Firestone in Rogers on Saturday to have my ac checked out. They said it would be about an hour. So 2 hours later, I go back and ask whats going on and the mechanic took lunch while working on my car. (My service ticket was hanging in the done pile even though my hood was still open in the shop) So I got pretty upset because I took off work to do this and intended to go back. They told me my ac condenser is leaking and it would cost$1000 in parts and labor. I told them not to fix it and just give it back. The guy behind the counter tried to get me to stay so that the tech could finish his inspection after he gets back from lunch (even though my ticket was in the done pile). I insisted that he close my hood and return my car to me. So the guy goes out and closes the hood and brings my car out (Roasting my clutch the whole time) and told me he closed out my ticket and I dont owe them anything. (I was too mad to ask for a invoice so I dont have a receipt) and so I went home..... I was just at a taco bell (today being the first time Ive driven since then) and noticed my engine heat spiking badly. So I get home as fast as possible turning off my engine at the stop lights. And when I get home I pop my hood. The first thing I notice is they didnt put my ac caps back on and then I notice my coolant tank is bone dry.I have never had to put a drop in it in the almost year and a half I have owned the car. I did a fluids check two weeks ago. And now the day after I take it there, its missing parts and overheating?!?!?!?!?I would reccomend you stay as far from here as possible. Totally incompetent employees and after reading all the other reviews, I should have known better.
This place is a joke and uses horrible, even unacceptable business practices. They will gladly reschedule your appointment time to accommodate a last-minute walk in, so you (despite having an appointment), get to make two trips to their building before your car is even checked. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
Over priced quotes and an unfriendly approach to customer service. Complete disregard to addressing the concerns of the customer. Unwilling to discuss quote and did not properly complete free estimste. Im not going to argue with you. Go to a ma and pa shop.I have been a customer for years. Will not be returning.
Dropped of my vehicle for a diagnosis of a trouble light Friday evening. Was promised an answer the next day, after waiting until almost 4 finally called to find out my vehicle was still pending in line to be looked at, should be by first thing tomorrow morning. About 2 on Sunday called and was finally told that their diagnosis technician wasnt even working and it would actually be Monday before anyone would look at the truck. Staff was not very honest nor upfront about timelines for this, cost me an entire weekend without my vehicle when I could have taken it elsewhere in the first place and had it fixed on Saturday. I used to reccomend this location highly but no longer after nearly 15 years I take my vehicles elsewhere, where I get an upfront statement on timelines for the diagnosis and repair.
As I was saying nice folks they werent you too tired for me that didnt they didnt have to so I would definitely recommend them all a real bunch of fine folks.
