Haley was Exceptional with helping switch my parents over from Verizon as they had been with Verizon for many years and she was able to get us the 25% off Hometown discount as well! They were so happy to be paying much less for more data and new phones! Great and friendly customer service here, would recommend πŸ‘. (Had a much better experience than the other nearby cooperate store at 2004b S Promenade Blvd)

I had to stay in hospital about one week and i live on disability. My phone bill is always 49.00 to high of 69.00 per month. This week i was in hospital and called in my bill with bank card to be paid. Unfortunately when i got charged on my bank card $ 493.73 was taken from my checking account marked as T-mobile and Sprint . when i went to complain at my T-mobile place at rogers mall area, he tried to play it off like sprint got me, my bank contacted sprint on charges and told me i couldnt get money back!!!! I use regions bank of Bentonville!!! So sad how they couldnt help me in this big scam of T-mobile and Sprint. I am a month behind on car payment now due to their big scam, as i get paid monthly from social security. Very little

I was pleased to see you had actual safety procedures implemented today. On May 9th, I was at the Pleasant Grove store. There werent any signs about distancing, face masks, etc. Your employee Jonis, did not wear a mask. He spoke of Covid, and how it was a farce. He made these comments as he was chewing skin off his cuticles and spitting them out. He also told me he didnt have any Samsung tech support. He also told me there werent any real screen protectors for the S10, and the best thing to do was to go to YouTube and pay a lot of money for the liquid application.Today, my experience was better with Jonathan. He was the polar opposite! He was fantastic and an actual asset to your store.

I cannot speak highly enough about the level of customer service that I received at this store. Charles, the manager, came in on his day off to meet me. He introduced me to Ryan C who worked with me to set up my service and answer my many questions. Ryan went above and beyond to help me in any way he could. They made the decision to leave my previous cell phone carrier of more than a decade an easy one. If you are thinking of switching carriers or getting new service I highly recommend you come in and speak to either Charles or Ryan.

Darryl and Josh were great!!!! They interacted with my husband and my four children as they made sure everything we needed was taken care of. The amount of time to purchase and transfer data for our two phone went by fairly quickly, especially compared to other places we have been before. If youre looking for great service and a welcoming environment, then this is the place you want!!!!

Very satisfied with the service I received from Ian and T-Mobile! Our family had a lot of questions about making the switch from AT&T, and Ian was patient with his answers and getting us comfortable with making the leap to T-Mobile. After a few days of being T-Mobile customers, we are very happy with the service. And, we know we are saving money on our monthly bill - with more features - versus AT&T. Thanks, Ian and T-Mobile!

I have nothing to say but great things about my experience at this T-Mobile location. The staff is friendly and helpful. I switched from AT&T and have not had any issues with the service sense the switch.I would recommend anyone looking to switch carries to go to this location and ask for Marcus. Marcus worked with me to get the right plan and phone that fit my needs. He didnt push anything on me. He listened to what I wanted and gave suggest. He even gave me a follow up a few days later to verify that I was happy with the new service. Marcus even helped me out when I came into the store to turn in my final bill. He took care of anything and everything for me.

Nathan came up and greeted me right when I walked in. I was in a really confusing situation with a completely broke phone and other stuff. Nathan told me he was new, but he was very kind and understanding of my stress and asked his co workers for help when he wasn’t sure which made me feel confident. It ended up all working out great. Wonderful customer service!! I went in when there was no one else. My screen was cracked didnt really know what to do. I decided to go in and see what they could do for me. Had a better experience this time than on our last visit. At our last visit I felt I was talked into a plan change that all it did was cause our bill to increase. Daryll Barker (no relation) helped us this time, he was very patient in answering our questions concerning our bill & the increases. He also gave me advice on the plan we currently have compared to other options.

T-Mobile has excellent device options, services, and perks such as a discount for US Veterans, and Netflix; however, none of those would have the same effect were it not for customer service--and Charles Flaigs team definitely delivers top-notch customer service.My wife and I were simply amazed at how every T-Mobile associate was trained in the store. Even with the hot, muggy, weather, and a down AC unit in the store, it didnt slow them down a bit. Charles excelled at taking care of our needs, letting us know exactly what to expect, while seamlessly, and simultaneously, handling other pop-up issues. We observed interactions between him and his team that let us know they were motivated to compete by providing outstanding service to customers.We are so happy to have switched to T-Mobile, and Charles is one of, if not the biggest, reasons for that sentiment. Keep up the great work, Charles!

This T-Mobile location has individuals that dont know what they are doing and when they make mistakes that cost you money the manager will only offer you a credit which is only half of what you paid for service. What happened is I told the guy what I wanted and showed him even on my phone what service I wanted. Upon completing the transaction I found that the service I requested was not the service I received. Mind you I was not the one who activated the SIM card it was the employee. What he had done was place me on a prepaid plan that did not even have the International plan I wanted. So I called customer service to get that fixed and they told me to go back to the store that they could not do anything. Upon returning to the store the representative David said that he was sorry and switched it all over to what I wanted, but had to speak to his manager about the prepaid sim he had given me in the first place that was incorrect. The manger said he could not refund my money but would give me a credit on my. Ill if I called back in 14 days for half the amount I was out. This was not my fault and I was not the one who activated the card either. I believe this is very poor customer service and that the general manager shall hear about this.

This was a nightmare! The worse customer service i have ever had! If you breathe its $50 if you talk its a $100 they charge for everything the service couldnt be more poor and of course promises that never gonna happen! Dont even get closer to this place its horrible! T mobile is sucks with or without a free pizza! The manager is horrible does notFix anything and ofCourse the two stores in fayetteville and rogers are a Mafia literally they keep sending you to each other to make wast your time ! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE-- the only reason this store has 1 star is because 0 or negative stars werent an option. Ive never experienced customer service as REVOLTING as what the people inside of the store provided. The guy with the weird accent.. Daryl, or Darrel or however you spell it, has an ** EXTREME ** sarcastic attitude towards customers. The girl, Isabell, was making rude comments about my boyfriend outside with his service dog. I didnt appreciate any of the treatment provided and I will be calling corporate for 1) vile attitudes towards customers and 2) LACK OF KNOWLEDGEI asked for the managers names and Daryl or Darrel said he was the manager in place because there were no officially labeled store managers available during that shift. He then refused to give me their names.
