The was no waiting, pulled in and staff serviced me. Was very friendly and helpful! Very good visit!!

They were supposed to just change my oil. They broke my battery cover and the Manager Paul refused to admit he broke it. He even tried to convince me it came broken and he just put it back on like that. It came through the bottom of my car while driving causing it to make a loud noise. Do not use them they will break your stuff and lie about it.

This location does excellent service. I was in and out in a good timely manner.

I was ripped off they charged me $150 for a ac rebooast and now my air blows hotter then it was before I went there, seems everytime I get service at a jiffy lube its a disaster the mechanics are rejects that probably cant get a job working no where else... I went there because my front passenger tire was low (reading 17). The Royal farms air machine was down in my area. The first guy starting putting air in that tire and had to clean a car. The guy after him finished and put air in the back passenger side. He asked me if the first guy put any on my driver side. I told him No. He then asks the previous guy and dude said yes. I kept saying No. I left with tire readings of Driver side 25 F, 27 R . The passenger side was 36 F and 37 R. I had just gotten an oil change from them in October. Wont be back.

Shawn Wesley was a wealth of knowledge in Automotives as his know-how went far beyond an oil change. As he diagnosed issues with my car seen the fluid change through and while I was there he had the same quality work for each and every vehicle there. Great place I have all my work done there ........ that is all I have to say about that my Jiffy Lube theyre wonderful people all of them thats right all of them . Maybe not all vehicles but most of them you will see when I mean when you look at the last picture I am saying space shuttle because they dont do that type of vehicle it was meant as a joke you know haha . Anyway all kidding aside they are a bunch of great guys and know what theyre doing !

Well I think I only got an oil change,but it only took like 5mins,I felt like I didnt get all they had to offer,and I was about to get charged for wipers that they didnt put on.i wonder what else they forgot to do.all the other customers said they came for the same oil change as me,and they been waiting for a way longer time then me,but I was in and out.maybe my car aint need the other free things that came with the oil change,but who cares about like ol me right....

They overcharged me for just replacing the front and back brakepads. my rotors didnt need to be changed and it cost my 453. do not use jiffy lube on kenwood in rosedale. however sean is awesome..so if you do still decide to go please please request your service to be done by him.

The customer service at this location is great, truly appreciated. It doesnt feel much like an auto shop which is great, because most auto shops seem shady. I like feeling like my car is well taken care of.

My dads truck just start to leak gasoline. It is an 05 chevy Colorado 2wd. After taking the bed off the flanges on the gas tank failed and no parts were available to fix it. Not only did the manager make the part to fix the flanges but the service writer paint all the rust on the frame. Wow is all I can say. My parents are older and retired on a fixed income and Paul the manager really helped them out. Awesome work at a reasonable price. Thank you Jiffy lube for having a heart and taking care of people.

I went to Jiffy Lube and was out in a jiffy. I went to JL after 5 pm needing an oil change. I did not have an appointment. They were able to get me in and out in about 30 minutes.I was 500 miles from home and needed an oil change. I went to JL because it is a national chain and if something needed attention I could go to a facility near my home.They offered additional services based on the age and mileage of my car. Since I knew Id already had those done in my hometown I just stuck with the oil change.

Very respectful service. They were mindful of my time and needs. Pricing was reasonable. And they were fast and efficient. What more could you ask for? Maybe put the heat a little higher in the winter. Other than that, they are great.

Jiffy lube saved me from total disaster. They repaired a nail the morning a trip to NYC and very carefully inspected all four tires and found a second nail. What could have potentially been the worst day of my life was easily made the best day of my life bc I was able to attend a national award ceremony for my daughter at Carnegie Hall. Everyone was nice, helpful,quick, courteous and did excellent work.

While I was waiting for my car, a young women came in to have her oil changed because she was about to drive up to New York. The manager came in to talk with her, let her know that she still had about 1000 miles left before an oil change was due, and recommend that she come back after her trip was over. They looked over the car, checked the tires, and gave her an all clear for her trip. Didnt charge her a cent.Totally impressed by the level of honesty and care.

Fast service. And the mechanic was a pretty good and understanding of my situation! I got an oil change there and they also checked my car for any other services that it needed to be done. He recommended it to me but didnt force anything or guilt trip me into getting like other mechanics tend to do. I definitely recommend!

Went in for oil change on way home, while there guy told me my brakes needed to be replaced, almost in the RED? i declined took it to my regular mechanic, he looked at them and said they have 30-40K left??BEWARE of the short dude and the hard sell!!

I took my dad to Jiffy lube leaking gas. Not knowing what the outcome would be after parts were unavailable. Paul the stor manager made the part to repair my dads gas tank. We were so grateful my parents are both retired and on a fixed income. Paul was very fair with us. Not only did they repair the fuel tank the sales associate paint the rusted frame. The work performed was without question top notch and we are super happy. That you Paul and J team for everything.

They do good to great work. My only gripe is their hours of operation are sometimes erratic, especially on the weekend. They seem to close early a lot. Ive arrived within the posted hours a number of times, only to find them closed.

Was a long time customer at this place(10 years). The service was fine with a different service team and manager then. The last 3 times I sent my son to have them do oil service on the car. They told him previously that he had to get the transmission and brakes serviced. It brought me concern because the brakes and rotors were replaced 15 months ago and I had the transmission checked by the dealership which showed me that everything was fine. Today, my son and his wife ran off the road to a near accident and their safety was in jeopardy. My son took it to this place and the service tech with 3 other guys were spending a long time on the car and laughing. When they were inquired by my sons wife about what they were doing they told her the car was un-driveable because the brakes and rotors were shot and must be replaced. The manager told my son that he would have to spend over $900.00 to get the service done there but did not give a detailed sheet listing the needs for the car. My son talked to another service tech elsewhere, was informed that he could change the brakes and rotors himself. Since my son is mechanically inclined, he did so.Upon removal of the tires he noticed that the rotors and brake pads that I had replaced earlier had been switched. I launched a formal complaint with the corporate office on his behalf because this shop put my family in deep danger. I am most upset with this Jiffy Lube and management. what they did is unacceptable!

Super nice staff! However they always overfill my oil, even when reminded how much my car takes, this is harmful to the engine especially when done repetitively and its not worth going here since they dont listen.

These guys are fast and efficient. No more free oil changes at Jones Junction for me. A free oil change at the dealership always cost me several hours and $50 - $100, because if I dont do the recommended service I void my Jones Lifetime Engine Warranty. Ive now been to this Jiffy Lube location several times. The first time I went I was in shock at the speed. I didnt even have enough time to get comfy in the chair before I was on my way. Since then Ive been back several times for oil changes over the past 2-years. They also did my brakes and replaced bulbs that were hard to get to. These guys take pride in their work, highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. They charged me $100 to fix my a/c. It stopped working after 2 days. They told me they dont guarantee the fix. They would not give me my money back. I would never refer anyone to this location. The attitudes there are terrible and nasty.

The staff here is friendly. As usual with Jiffy Lube they charge high prices for convenience, but at least at this location they arent pushy with unnecessary services.

Ive brought a vehicle here for routine oil change (and only oil change) at least 7 times, over the course of 2-3 years. Have yet to experience a catastrophic engine problem, caused by this Jiffy Lube shop.Management/employees seem to be constantly changing, which is a bit of a bummer.
