I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, break inspection, and safety inspection on September 11th at 1 P.M.I arrived on time for the appointment and I let the courteous and friendly person at the counter know I will be waiting for my vehicle. He advised that they are low on the oil I needed and it may take an extra 15 minutes to get it. I took a walk for an hour and returned to see my vehicle parked in the same spot. I asked the not so friendly different person at the counter how much longer I would have to wait. He said I was next. The vehicle was then pulled in to the service bay. An hour later it was still in the bay with the hood up and no one working on it. I was patient and finally 2 hours later a Technician pulled it up to the front door. So I waited 3 hours for an oil change and no one offered an explanation. The inspections werent done either. I have bought tires here, gotten other work done here and I have recommended this store to others. I have even met the owner before and he was very nice. Just the fact that no one explained the delay has put a bad taste in my mouth. I will not come back here again.

After calling Jiffy Lube and driving to 2 different precision tunes who tried to get over adding unnecessary work. I was finally able to get a 4 wheel alignment on my Malibu at NTB. I was greeted by the sales rep. Devin at NTB, I explained what I needed and was in and out in about 1 hour. I also have a 6 month warranty. This was a great experience for me and the pricing was fantastic. I would definitely return and recommend.

Ive found my new car care team at the Rosedale NTB location. I decided to try them out for the first time after seeing strong online reviews and available service coupons when surfing the web over the weekend. Their online appointment process was very easy and fast.Ken, Kim and Rico made my first visit amazing! Very welcoming and well maintained facility. Friendly and top notch customer service. Rico was my service tech and provided a detailed review after performing a standard 22 point inspection. I went in for a routine oil service and was able to prioritize immediate safety repairs for this visit. Rico was very honest, direct, respected my concerns and answered all my questions. Rico even took time to answer additional questions and walked me to my car to give me tips on how to assess my tire tread. Very professional, honest, fair pricing and they value quality service. Worst service ever. Didnt keep my original appointment and called me at the last minute to reschedule. Dropped my car off at 12pm, returned at 3pm and it was still in the same spot. My cars test drive took more than 30 minutes twice. There was too much air put in all 4 tires so I had to go back the next day. My car was not done until 6pm and the receipt didnt show anything accept a price with the wrong address and it showed less than what I actually paid. Not the mention, the young lady that called me to reschedule my appointment was rude and the guy Ken at the front desk was rude from the start. I was given a coupon for 3 free oil changes because of all the problems but Id rather not have them ever touch my car again in life!!!

Very accommodating I was driving and realized that I needed an oil changed called NTB was told to come right in and they could and did get my oil changed within a half and hour.As well as giving me a coupon price.Very clean and comfortable to include the ladies room.Will be going back and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

I was very pleased with the service I received at the NTB located in Rosedale, on Rossville Blvd. I went in for an oil change and to have my brakes replaced. I called for a flat and, due to a previous few wonderful experiences with other NTB locations, I chose to have my vehicle serviced here when offered options by my fleet provider. Simply put I shouldnt have. It took about 30 minutes, with no other waiting customers, for my car to be partially processed. Coming from a retail background, I completely understood when the young man behind the counter said he needed to place his order for food. Then also understanding when I told him to go ahead when you said he had to take his break, but would get my car processed when he came back. By 11:30 the next day when I had not heard from anyone regarding my vehicle I called. I was left on hold indefinitely until finally hanging up. on my third phone call around 2 p.m. I finally received Rico who was helpful & told me my car was ready.when I arrived I stood in front of the counter at a safe distance and waited to be called forward so that I could receive my vehicle. I walked in on the phone with one of my friends who heard the entire encounter. I was told three times over the course of 15 minutes that they would be with me as soon as they finished up what they were doing. once again I waited fine and eventually took a seat while I waited for them to finish up so they could assist me. Another older woman walks in and within two minutes they have called her forward and proceeded to get her vehicle for her. I interrupted and asked if I could also get my vehicle since Id already been waiting for almost 20 minutes. that is when the trouble really begin is the same gentleman from the day before told me that he hadnt helped me because I was on my phone which is not posted. Ive been explained that Ive been on my phone since I entered the store and had been told three times to told on for a minute while they finished up what they were doing. It took the woman telling him to help me for him to offer his assistance. Ive then was called by an incorrect name because apparently since I am black my name is Yolanda. I said no thats not my name and he miraculously found the correct car without getting my name. He then tells me to follow him out front so he can meet me with the vehicle. he goes around to get some information he states he needs for my tires, and then comes back gives me my keys Go get it, b**. I realize hes brought me out front so that he can be rude without a witness I take my key and turn the walk away quickly he calls me saying to get my receipt. Do I turn around snatch the receipt and proceeded to try to leave to go to my car and he calls out to me again to say why did I snatch the receipt. OhIOh andwand to top it all off,as soon as I pulled out of the drive my tire warning information came back on my dashboard and I had to turn right back around to get are added to the tire they had just put on my vehicle. I would have given them a one, except the young gentlemen in the back doing the work kindly handled the discrepancies & apologized for his co-workers behavior.

Needed wiper blades called up got them replaced and did not have to get out of my car. Best experience

His customer service, honesty & thorough explanations of whats going on with my car, not to mention how he works his magic to help me afford it all as well as his recommendation that I get the NTB credit card (which has helped me tremendously!!) is why I keep coming back!!! Was there today for an oil change, alignment, tire rotation, power steering flush and air filter change, was given the same great service by Rico!! I went to NTB today to fix my vehicle rear brakes. Mr. Rico and his team went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure that the work was done to my utmost satisfaction.UPDATE: The break started squeaking yesterday, so I took it back to NTB today at around 10 am. The lady at the front desk told me that they were busy because they were doing tire sales. She said that they could be able to atleast check it in few hours to let me know what the issue is. She said that if the issue is from the rear break they installed, it should be covered under warranty.Anyway, I was there from around 10 am till 3 pm and nothing was done. I finally told her that I cant wait any longer. She seems so glad to give me my key back. I was highly disappointed today.

Popped a tire, and they were the only ones that were able to make time for me— same day. Rico’s the man!

Update: I recently took the car back on a warranty issue. The repairs dealt with a part that was questionably involved in the warranty. However, once discussing the situation of our recent experience with a different representative, Evan, he recognized the frustration and worked with me as best he could to work things out. I think it is very possible that my recent troubles are as a result of dealing with a new employee who may need to be trained further. I will keep an open mind with this place and suggest you do as well. Mistakes happen and responses to those mistakes matter.If I would have done this review a year ago, it would have been five star and I would have spoken glowingly of them. Dennis and Rico always treated us fairly and they did great work. However, both of them have moved on and this place has gone downhill. They used to be fair with their prices and honest. The last two times I have gone, they have quoted me ridiculous prices. They were going to charge me almost 2 hours labor to change light bulbs. Nothing else wrong. I literally finished changing every bulb myself in less than 15 minutes and I am far from a professional. Next, we needed a MAP sensor and they were telling me that the part itself would be over twice as much as I could get the same part from the same store. There is no way that Advance would charge them more than they would charge me. They will overcharge you for everything now and will never get a dime of my money. If you go there, make sure you do your research on how much parts cost and get itemized breakdowns on their quotes, because there will be serious upcharges. Better yet, find somewhere else to go.

After a less than positive experience at a competitor (they were closer) I decided to try NtB again since Ive had good experiences with them before. Online scheduling was easy. When I arrived they had all the appoinment info in the system already. The price was a few dollars higher than online, but only because of a different pressure sensor being needed than what the website offered, which also changed the fees. My work took longer than originally quoted, but only because someone else elected to have a lot of work done. Not really much of an issue since she was there first, and was having a bunch of safety issues fixed. Good location if you get hungry while waiting, there are several fast food places within very easy walking distance. The waiting room is comfortable enough to nap in while you wait.

Im done with NTB. They play to many games with the warranties, they are very unprofessional,and WATCH THEM THEY TRY TO OVER CHARGE ON EVERYTHING, AND WHEN YOU CATCH THEY TRY TO TELL YOU, YOU WRONG WHEN I JUST PAID $50 FOR A PRORATED TIRE WHY WOULD I PAY $120 FOR THE SAME TIRE WITH A WARRANTY. DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

This has been a bad experience. Short story. Dropped my car off July 21st at 10 am to have all 4 tires replaced and an alignment. Was told Id get a call in the afternoon. I heard nothing by 545pm and called them because I know they close at 6pm. I was told well you can pick it up but youll have to come back for the alignment. We didnt get to it. I pick up my car and one of my NEW tires is at 8lbs(basically flat) when I get home. Fill it myself. Today July 24th I take off work return to the store at 8am at open ( as I was instructed on Tuesday). I was just told to leave and come back in an hour because staff isnt available.

Re confirm your appointment and if they have your tires before arriving after making an online appointment. Store doesnt order tires from online order. Arrived to find they dont have my tires. Rescheduling for week later. Smh..

I brought a tire package which included free tire repairs and wheel alignment for a year. For some odd reason I got two slow leaks within the first three months of replacing the tires which is a anomaly because I rarely get flats. During the first appointment back I was told I needed a valve stem replaced (not covered under warranty) for them to replace the tire because the couldnt inflate the tire. After service I realized I inflated the tire the night before to get home from work so when I brought it to the service workers attention I was given a bunch of excuses. My second visit the guy starts setting me up from the first moment I walk in and tells me itll be free unless the leak is in the sidewall. When he calls me back he tells me the leak is in the sidewall. Lastly I take it in today to get a wheel alignment I didnt need one but hey I paid for a years worth I might as well get my monies worth. Plus I wanted to test a theory. I sit for two hours and the guy comes out and says we cant fix it unless you pay for a diagnostic so I just laugh and refuse. So they never performed the alignment. On top of that my average wait time is 3.5 hours with an appointment. Im usually one of the first three appointments for the day.

I cannot say enough great things about these guys. They really value customer service and it makes a huge difference. I have had an ongoing issue with my car that ultimately they could not figure out, but they put a lot of time and energy into solving it and did not charge me a diagnostic fee despite that, while two other mechanics did despite not solving the issue. You can definitely tell that they arent just trying to make a buck, they want you and your car to be happy. Shout out to Rico, Eric, Devin, and the awesome manager. I will never get tires, a battery, or an oil change anywhere else. Thank you!!

Had to run in at the last minute on a Sunday for a tire install. Dennis and the team provided awesome service. It doesnt matter how major or minor the task is, the only thing that matters is how youre treated. They are very professional and wont give you a hassle. Truly appreciated their service and grateful they didnt treat a small thing like it was open heart surgery. In and out, great establishment, and highly recommend you check them out for your auto service needs.

Needed 4 new tires and an alignment on my 07 honda accord. They had a promotion going on at the time for buy 3 get one free on the tires and i wanted the Continental brand. I called at first to understand the difference between the tires I was replacing vs the new ones i was buying. Someone explained it to me perfectly over the phone with great customer service skills. I scheduled an appointment and came in. Even called to come in earlier than expected and they still made it happen for me. Once i got there the guys in the shop were cool. They do a great job explaining things and showing you whats going on with your car and how to go about getting it serviced. This shop has a cool and calming presence and the techs give off a welcoming vibe while you’re sitting down waiting for your car. I’d definitely come back to this specific location again thats for sure.

Service was amazing, was in and out in bo time at all, Rico was so polite and friendly he just made the experience less of a hassle.

They got my rim changed out and put on a new tire but they took too long getting started. Its possible they are understaffed but it was a 2.5 hour wait before I left. They did identify that the work I had done a Midas was shoddy work. I still have the death wobble in my steering wheel and no I have a constant scraping noise in the same wheel. Heres to hoping that my warranty hasnt expired yet.

What a terrible terrible place. Anyone who have no mechanic knowledge can identify there is a 3rd back break light on this mini cooper. well someone called inspector in this place said he cant see it (not shiny for him) and my side mirror didnt look as good as he want so he fail the inspection . really!! well THAT is not it ..I was on the way back to my home the check engine came on the first time since I bought this car. 2 years, I did not even know the sign my my check engine light until today. My mechanic told me someone was messing with my coil on the engine. hmm guess who touch my car!! please do not go to this place..

Staff was friendly when I arrived to have all 4 of my tires replaced and an alignment. However, thats about where my satisfaction with this location ends. I had to pay for an extra repair after they stripped a stud taking my wheel off. My car was aligned but the report out of the values showed that they had only corrected a couple of the areas that were out of tolerance, not all. I received no explanation. After leaving, I noticed severe shaking in my car when driving above 40 MPH. I couldnt take it back that day since I was going out of town. I had to take off more time to take my car back in. I asked them to balance the tires, and they claimed that there was a repair man working on the balancing machines on Friday and he must not have gotten to that one before they balanced your wheels. NO apology for the inconvenience to me or for using equipment that wasnt properly functioning!! I also asked them to recheck the alignment since they didnt get several of the values in tolerance. They told me that they did, but I watched and my car was never moved to the area where they do alignments. Thankful no additional charges, but very poor service for a simple task and no remorse or apologies.

Theyre not the shop that I thought they were I may never go back there...

I bought a vehicle from b-city auto & detailing and they claimed they took the vehicle to this location and the vehicle passed state inspection but after I bought the vehicle I took it to another location for a 2nd opinion cause I started having problems shortly after buying it to find out it actually failed state inspection! I would like to share recent experience and why I only have service done here at Mr.Tire on 7923 Belair Rd. I have a 2010 Nissan Maxima with over 130,000 miles on it that needs major repairs. I had to get 4 new tires, bakes, and and rotors due to heavy wear and tear to my car. After a week of those repairs the car pulled some to the left. The Manager “MR JIM” fit me in for another courtesy inspection ASAP. Because of the age frequency driving my car the control arms bushing broke while driving my car which caused the pulling once I started to drive on the highway. The repairs was done in a timely manor, and my car runs great! A job of this magnitude would have cost me twice as much at a dealership then what I paid for here at Mr.Tire. And to top that off, MR.JIM gave me a FREE oil change on my Nissan Pathfinder that same week for any inconveniences I may have experienced. Mr JIM thoroughly educates you on the issue at hand and makes you feel like you’re visiting the family mechanic. Thanks Mr Jim for your excellent costumer service.

As a return customer, I purchased 4 tires from Tony and dropped off the loose wheels for mounting/balancing on 11/21 to be picked up later in the day. I requested that weights not be installed on the outside of the wheels. Unfortunately, they had been and I did not realized that until I was home. I spoke with Dennis then and returned on Black Friday to correct. Dennis got me right in and took care of the issue quickly even though they were very busy. Having been in the automotive service business for more than 30 years, mistakes happen from time to time. Its all how you correct them is what matters. Dennis and Tony were outstanding through the whole process... 5 stars to them and the team ! Thank you.

$45 Conventional Oil Change with $7 coupon.1) I scheduled an oil change for 11am. Got there before 11. I was done at 1:30pm. 2.5 hours.2) They broke my wheel stud while rotating the tires (part of the oil change “package”) and quoted me $130 to replace it.3) Wiper fluid wasn’t topped off (part of the oil change “package”) for second time in a row.4) Didn’t put air in the tires (part of the oil change “package”) for the second time in a row.

We had some issues with some of the workers at NTB rossville blvd Rosedale.. we explained it to the manager name Mr. Evan and he took care of it. Hes a very nice man and extremely helpful and knows how a lady should be treated. If you all need Excellent Service call on the manager name Evan he will take care of you. He worked on our Cadillac Escalade on 6/11/2020 and we are very impressed. Will always be asking for him and him only!!!. If he leaves OUR business leaves right with him. Everyone else there needs to be DEFUNDED....I will not name any names because I dont want to put anyone on blast for poor service . However I will give praise for the great work and name names for the ones who are GREAT..-->EVAN

After being informed that they COULD do the alignment on my car and setting an appointment I waited 50 mins past my appointment time without them even looking at the car (I was within eyesight of the car the entire time) when they informed me that they probably couldnt do it anyhow after I asked for my keys back. They installed my tire weights incorrectly which led the weights to fling off the wheel.08/29: Bought new tires and had them installed at NTB Rossville. On my way home, I heard some clanking from the engine as soon as I accelerated. A small oil leak had started from the turbo oil intake fitting.09/02: I went back to NTB to asked them why there was an oil leak. They said it was mere coincidence.09/27: After dealing with vibration with the tires for a month, I took the car to another tire place and found out that there were no weights on three of the four wheels. Since then, Ive gotten it fixed I have no vibration.This is how I see it:1) If they never installed the weights in the other three wheels (they obviously needed them), thats incompetent2) If they installed the weights and they flung off, thats dangerous and incompetent.When I inquired about it, they asked how anyone could definitively prove that the weights were the cause of the problem. You are right sir, I cant prove it definitely. But, I like my explanation better than yours: The weights not being there and the oil leak being there is a mere coincidence.All I want is for people to know that the mechanics here could have caused some real damage to my car and other cars on the highway. While I dont specifically care if they admit guilt, I want to see some real change in the way they do business. They, albeit courteously, lied to my face and told me that there is no way that wheel weights could cause this issue. If so, then why are there no wheel weights, and conversely, why is there an oil leak.I hope people steer clear of this place. I do agree with previous reviewers that Rico was cordial and tried to help. He should probably go work in a better place.

UPDATE: I called customer service and they were excellent in helping me figure out a solution to this situation. They have offered to service our car at another location tomorrow, where there is a mechanic qualified to do the repair, and we should not be charged.Beware. We took our car in for an state inspection. They marked up a few things that needed fixing. Fine. We got those things fixed. But on the drive home after picking up our car, we noticed clicking in the steering wheel/column and our horn no longer worked. After some research, I learned this was likely the clock spring, and also likely a minor error made by the mechanic when he/she was tinkering around in there during the rack and pinion replacement. Fine. We figured theyd check it out and make it right. Wrong. The problem was in fact the clock spring but they refuse to fix it because it affects the airbag (???) and are denying any responsibility. Learn from our mistake and take your car to the dealer-- which is what we are doing next. At least dealerships stand by their work!!!

I am beyond pleased with the professional service I received at NTB #8572 (6211 Rossville Blvd. Rosedale, Maryland 21237). Not only did the manager, Dennis McGougan, personally complete the repair, but he explained the process. I definitely recommend this store to all within the vicinity.

I was very happy with my service at store. Randy Siegman was very helpful and helped me find tires to fit my budget. I got an appointment very quickly as I went to 3 other tires places and could not get an appointment for 3 or more days. I will gladly refer my family and friends to this store.

Rico at the Rossville BLVD NTB is a true gem - he is kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I feel like he cares about keeping my car healthy and not trying to sell me things or upgrades I dont need. I really trust these guys with my car!!!

Quick, responsive. Love that I can go in and only get what I needAdditionally, they always give me heads up for what I need to look at next and prioritize it for in case I cant do it all at one time

Noon appointment. Vehicle did not see the lift until 1:15 and then didnt get oit of the door until 3:10. This was for a basic 4 tire install, nothing exotic. No TPMS and tires were on site.

For a 45min inspection took the over 2 hours. After telling me to come now they can see me immediately, I dont need appointment. When I got there 15min later, they said we have 2 appointments here now so you can wait or come back in, in 2 1/2 hours. I would give 0 stars if possible. I feel asleep waiting and no one gave any updates to say hey we running behind. They are careless.

Found a bubble in my tire this morning and got it changed same day at this NTB. Their employee Rico was SUCH a big help. It was obvious customer service was the most important thing to him. After every problem that arose with fixing my tire, he made sure to give a solution. I would not have made it back to my college for class after a weekend home without him. I cannot rave enough about this location!!! They were fully booked but could see I was in a bad situation and made sure to fix my tire. Absolutely the best and I will be going back to see them if I have any other problems!!! Highly recommend the location and Rico!! Thank you again!!!

***UpdateSpoke to Rico and everything was explained and sorted out. Rico is very personable and it was a situation that is by no means common at this location but unavoidable, due to an emergency. Totally understandable.Upped the stars simply because Rico was very understanding and fair, on both ends. Seems like a genuine person and for that reason, I’ll definitely give NTB another try in the future. Thanks, Rico!The time is now 7:13pm EST. I noticed while leaving CVS that my front tires looked low, so I googled the closest tire shop near me and this one popped up. It was only 4 minutes away. I walked in at 7:10pm. That’s how fast I was in and out. The store closes at 8pm. I let the guy know that my tires are low and I’d like for them to be checked for holes or maybe just get them filled with air. He cut me off before I could finish, expressing that some machine was already turned off and his guys were already gone. He said he shut everything down at 7pm. I asked why he would shut down at 7, when the store closes at 8pm. He couldn’t give me an answer and didn’t even offer to check for me. He said he’s only there to answer phones and clean up. He refused to look at my tires. Doesn’t make sense that a place would close an hour early and only hire someone to “answer phones”. Now, I’m stuck trying to find a place before dark, to check my tires and could potentially be stuck on the side of the road with a flat. That’s for putting my safety in jeopardy when I’m trying to be responsible and take care of things before they get worse. Will be contacting corporate because this is unacceptable.

My appointment (for a slow leak in one of the tires I bought at this location) was cancelled twice by this shop because the late guy called in I had an appointment at 4:00 today. The tech having my car in the bay for thirty minutes he pulled my around to the front of the store as though he way done. He tells the other tech that he couldnt get the tire off of my car. He says because he didnt have the tool to get the lugs off.I bought the $1500 damned tires at that location! How did the techs put the tires on the car if your company doesnt have the tools to work on my car?The tech may have been talking about the security lug on each of my wheels but if that is the case that adapter was sitting in plain view on the center console of my car. Even if he didnt see it why would he just give up and pull my car around without asking me where the adapter was?Is this the type of action they train their people to take? They encourage their people to give up and stop working without talking to the customer?These guys know nothing about customer service and even less about working on vehicles.If I could give them negative stars I would.Simply ridiculous! Never again! They have made their last dollar from this guy.

I came to the store because I blew a tire out earlier in the day. I showed the gentleman at the counter that my bad tire was in the back of the truck and would like it replaced with a new tire and put on the driver rear. He said it will take an hour and a half so I leave my truck. When I came back 2 hours later I noticed that my spare was still on the truck. Confused I walk to my truck only to find that the had put the new tire on my spare and not on the blown tire. I walk in and find the first gentleman I could find and told him the mix up and he started working on resolving my issue. Accidents happen so I was not mad that I had to wait for my truck again. So now I think I’m all set got the spare tire put back on and the new tire replacing the bad. Satisfied I pay, I get home and go to put my spare back under my truck and it was flat. No one told me my tire would not hold air, I held air when I brought it in because I drove 38 miles from work to this location because it is close to my house. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS NTB!!!!

You have no idea what a blessing these people were to us today. After already having a hard day, my tire blew practically outside their door. Randall wasted no time helping me and my family last minute an hour before closing. Wonderful people Im so thankful to you guys.

3/4/19 - Mr. Dennis (Store Mgr.) was excellent with handling our service. We will refer NTB to others due to the excellent service provided by Mr. Dennis and his crew on Rossville Blvd., Baltimore, MD.

Rico was extremely nice and very helpful. He didnt push us to buy anything and the service was completed very quickly. The whole shop seemed very clean and calm and the prices were reasonable compared to even online stores.
