The manager here Justin! Is the absolute best. Service is wonderful, he tells you what you need and want to know. Very helpful. And takes care of his customers when they come in. The wait for him if one is well worth it. Best AT&T place I ever been to. Wouldnt have and couldnt have chosen a better one. Thanks Justin. Such a sweetheart.

The AT&T Store at Roseville Blvd. is the best experience I have had thus far in purchasing a new prepaid phone. Justin our associate who tended to us was patient kind and very informative. And though we didnt purchase a high end product, I am likely to do so in the near future. Thanks to Justin.

I have done business with two other AT&T stores and I would definitely not be doing anymore business at this location. Very poorly managed. The manager doesnt care about customer service and is very condescending. Its worth the drive to another store!!

Both Justin and Brian are great workers. They explain everything thoroughly and will help you find what you need and what will best work for you. We were in and out in an amazing amount of time, and it was an overall great experience.

UPDATE: To add to how SHADY and UNPROFESSIONAL this location is - I returned a phone there, just about the same time I wrote this review, for my early upgrade and now Ive been on the phone with AT&T on 3 different occasions as they havent received the phone from this location.
The Guy was rude and made it seem like it was an Inconvenience to help me. He didnt really explain the $800 Discount if you turn in a working phone. He also said it takes 3 months for that to take effect.
Justin and the manager are terrible! They know nothing about phones. They said they are only sales people. They will sell you a phone even if you really don’t need a new one because of their ignorance regarding how phones work. They are extremely rude and misinforming. BEWARE!!!
Got in here at 10am When they open so that I would NOT have to wait. Only 2 people in front of me so I assumed it wouldn’t be too long. . . .still had to wait an hour to be helped.The employee that worked her was a big help but there is no reason why there is only 1 person working here at a time. This was on a Monday.I live right near the store but I will never return to this location again.

Let’s first say after my second visit in this store Justin has my loyalty as a customer . He has a lot of knowledge and explained everything so easily . He helped my boyfriend and I with our phones as painless as it could be . Come in and ask for Justin if you want a great experience!
I actually bought my phone at the Edgewood store but all of my contacts did not download correctly. I went to the the store in Rosedale and a Mr.Bryan Amaya helped me out and worked with me to get it right for almost 20 mins. Even though I didnt buy from them Mr Amaya treated me like gold
I came into the store yesterday to pay my bill and had the pleasure of being helped by Justin who was extremely pleasant and helpful. I inquired about possibly getting an upgrade and ended up walking out with the new galaxy note! He was super nice, knowledgeable and overall great person! He took great care of me and spent almost an hour helping me, akk while also tending to many other customers and delegating to other staff! Will definitely be back! Ask for justin!
This store is home to helpful. energetic and friendly staff whom were more than prepared to help me with everything I needed in regards to switching over to AT&T. The aforementioned staff, expansive selection and overall beautiful store layout are why I will always bring my mobile business to this particular location; I encourage anyone else to do the same!
Sitting in the parking lot since 10:59 a.m. and it is now 11:19 a.m. and no one has come to open the store.
Location is terrible. The so called manager has an attitude. Disrespected and embarrassed the new hire. I will advise her to work across the street at verizon wireless. No one especially the so called manager with the afro had a stank attitude was not dressed professionally. Get rid of the tight feminine shirt sir!! Drop the attitude. Makes me question if its a real AT&T location. I will never go there again. Change the location into a game stop.

The staff at the Rosedale store were great. They were very knowledgeable and patient as I had my 3 yr old grandson with me.

Just came by the store on Rossville and route 40 to find a case for my new XR and the employees on there, Camilia and Brian, they were awesome, very friendly and patient, and really set me up nice with exactly what I needed
Both store manager and employee were reported for misconduct. I will not repeat what they said or did, but it was traumatic and highly unprofessional. Corporate will deal with them. But I will never step foot in that store again.

If you dont want to be treated with disrespect, avoid this store which is call air time, not a real att corporate store. It change management and the person that answer my phone call identify as the store manager BRIAN, and when I was talking to him about getting a little help for a new phone and ask for an appointment, he was rude and hang up on me. I call back and he sent me to Voicemail. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and POOR SERVICE and specially DISRESPECTFUL.
Just left this place. Service was terrible. Didn’t even get greeted. Guy didn’t give me any information I was looking for. He lost a potential customer. I’ll be going to the one in the mall

Andrew should not be a manager of this store 1st I got sold the wrong case then the wrong case was ordered and Andrew was not willing to do anything to help us wasnt willing to order a case or anything now I have to go back to the store for a 4th time with my credit card to get a refund some not very happy with AT&T at this point
