Bought an apple 12 on saturday from Ailyah and she was great and knew the product and how to set it up and transfer all my data from one phone to the new one, she is the only reason i bought from this store as the one closer to my home I wasnt happy with, you have a great employee in Ailyah and i highly recommend her

I have been to this store several times and really wasnt that impressed until today. Alana helped me today and I cant say enough good things about my visit! I left the store with such a great feeling about my experience that I had to make a review comment. And I rarely do so. Fabulous job, Alana! Youre the best!

This store is to close at 8pm. I was there at 8:45 and parked. I then went to open door and they already locked it and the open sign turned off. The person on duty was just sitting inside. Just lost my business. Ill go somewhere else!!!!

Please BEWARE they have an employee STEALING from customers!!! I have made the owner aware and he really does NOT seem to care (because of course it’s not his money that’s been stolen it’s mine! Please please double check ur whole receipt, make sure it’s for ur account and the amount you paid! The girl was slick I only looked at the amount paid (Which was the right amount) but she gave me someone else’s receipt from that morning. Went in today a differemt employee looked up my account and come to find out, the thief employee charged me almost triple than what she actually put on my account (she charged me $28 for a $10 SIM card and put the difference in her pocket)! If u need to go to cricket go to a different one

They never answer the phone, which is odd for a phone service provider.Went to Metro right down the street.

I like the store and the people working there but please have somebody be able too pick up the store phone when people call.
