Professional and superior customer service!

Great when they want you to rent from them, but poor service once you rent to own. My daughter has tried to get her ice maker fixed for two months and nothing has happened but excuses. They dont follow through on there commitment to service.

I am a satisfied repeat customer of Rent-A-Center. Every experience that Ive had with them obviously Ive been satisfied which is why I am a repeat customer. The salesman are courteous, thedelivery guys are careful with my personal belongings as well as punctual. The entire staff is awesome.

I have never been to Rent a Center, but when I bought my new home I stopped by with my wife and while she was shopping I decided to look at the surround sounds, Roland came over and showed me what they had. They are all very helpful and let’s just say I purchased one🤝.

Ive purchased from this place over the years and they always come through with what im looking for even if it has to be ordered. Their team is knowledgeable and very out going. I usually dont like renting for lengthy time but I love that they offer the 90 days same as cash. When you go by ask for Roland or Levi.

Andrew Deleon was very professional when he came into my home and when explaining how the memory foam works and how it expanded and how the new frame supported the mattress, he assembled it for me and I greatly appreciated everything he did.

I did not get the $15.00 1st week offer as advertised once I came in to make a selection. Very disappointing so I didnt finalize my rental.

Love the product I bought, but customer service and the way they run the business is horrible. They said they called both our numbers which have been the same for years and have not changed and said they werent working. Then showed up at our home when the bill was PAID and has been every time. Very disappointed someone couldnt dial two numbers correctly and had them at our door twice and a few hours with some kind of attitude. Will never do business with them again. Would have gave them a 0, I run a business and thats not how you do things right.

I return back to return to rent a center to purchase a computer had what I wanted customer service at the store was great and very informative about what payment would be that was good and the sale resprenative lol was very nice and curtious gave all my information about the computer will recommend the rent a center and ask for Ms. Kim she is a great sale resrepsentative an know a lot on the store. It was a great experience. Well mannered and very helpful.

A month ago we got a washer and dryer from them. During delivery they scratched and dented the side of the dryer and apologized and said we would have two months free. Tonight they showed up to our house with a van outside and told us our payment was late and that we needed to pay now. We explained that we were given two months free. Apparently they didnt mean the first two months they meant the last. There were no curtesy calls given.I felt very uncomfortable and pissed with them coming to our house at 8:30 at night acting like they were going to just come in and take them. I pay all my bills on time and would have paid this one had they called. Do not rent from this one!

They false advertised a deal with add on a tv for $5 more. The sale was advertised on a dresser and when i wanted to add the tv, they said it was only if you purchase a tv. They didnt come to my on time. They were 2 hrs late. Then the cash price was almost $1000 for the least exspensive xbox one s. When i applied for the game the price was less than $500. When i called to discuss it, they said it was bc their store is not the same as the one online. Which didnt seem right because i did my app for the xbox online and the sales lady called me. I didnt call them. I refuse to pay that much when i can pay cash for one at a regular store.

I was looking for a mattress. I thought the prices were high for a mattress. I ended up buying one elsewhere.
