These guys are awesome! :) I was heading out of town, & my low tire light came on. These guys offered to fill it for free. The service technician said it was fairly low & possibly had something in it. We looked & sure enough there was a nail. They were able to get it in & fixed quickly so I could get on the road! Super friendly & great service!

I was having overheating issues, dropped my car off to be serviced and do a diagnosis, they did a flush and replaced the coolant cap. I drove to work the next day and the car overheated on my way home. I had it dropped off, and they found the problem and replaced some hoses that were leaking and did not charge me for the parts and labor. Everyone I dealt with was more than friendly, helpful and understanding. I appreciated the helpfullness And understand every business is very busy right now and I can look past a 5 minute wait on the phone unlike the previous commenter...I’ll come back there from now on.

Best customer service Ive gotten at any repair shop, mechanic, or otherwise. Im upset I didnt get the persons name that got me out of a huge jam, as Im definitely not a wise perwon when it comes to cars. He came outside and assessed that my spare wasnt the right tire for my car and even put the old tire back on so I could drive it over to the shop next door. He gave me reasonable prices on 2 tires, I got an inspection as well, and was on my way. Keep that guy around and give him a raise!

I had a fantastic experience. I have been to several different Firestones in my life and this one by far was one of the most superior ones. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience great. I got here at 4pm and they close at 5, I wanted an oil change, inspection and new wiper blades... i was shocked that they would do all of it that late in the day. I was really shocked when I got a call 30 minutes later saying my vehicle was ready. Great service!! Will definitely return!
Came in for tire rotations and left thinking everything was fine. I got on the freeway and noticed the was some vibrating on the steering wheel and a slight pull to the left. Gave Firestone a call, said to bring it back in. So I did, and come to find out there was a separation on the tire, hump and a nail. They said, how did we miss that! They offered to replace them with one upper premium!I work at a hospital and commute 2hrs a day for work. With this crazy COVID pandemic, I don’t need tire issues.I have been coming to Firestone for about two years, check out their reviews. These guys are great and they offer great service!

Lee And Dewan (sp?) were fantastic!! We had a tire blowout and were stranded 1 hour away from home. We called Firestone 15 minutes before closing and were praying for a miracle... we got it! Took forever for a simple oil change. no one updated me on my car. Said they were waiting on a filter only to find out 30 minutes later they had the wrong filter, they do this day in and day out. I saw alot of wasted time laughing and joking around. Will the my cars elsewhere.

Took my car for oil change and told my power steering was leaking and had to tell them that weird since its electric steering ! Lol what a joke the told me my belt was bad and tried to 300$ me on a 20$ belt that takes me a hr to change! Lol stay away
Found this place by Accident two years ago.I have heard Horror stories about other Firestones, but this one is just Amazing.Lee is a great person and always seems like he has everything under control and with the customer in mind.I really love the crew here, They treat you with respect and have a great sense of urgency. They joke and converse with you and help you feel comfortable.The only downside is that they are always so busy!But that is because of their incredible service. :)Thats actually how you can tell the place is great by how busy they are.Thank you guys for all of your hard work.More places should take an example from this location.
Terrible service. They had my car for 10 hours dropped it off at 7 AM still couldn’t get it inspected. I paid upfront so they call me and say oh sorry we couldn’t finish it bring it by tomorrow or you could just leave it with us. 10 hours is too long they should be able to finish the job they are very slow and don’t care as long as they’re paid

Warning! I quickly remembered why I havent used this place in years. If you take it in for an oil change, there will ALWAYS be something else wrong with your car. My dealership told me three times to stop listening to their assessments after 3 problems they wanted to overcharge me to fix, but was no major concern after dealership looked at it with a full extended warranty ready to pay if there was. Yesterday, new truck, need a quick oil change for trip and here he came with a nail in my rear tire. Asked me about sensors- no, none. So I should have gone out there and looked because they charged me for a patch I had done a few months ago in Georgia. I have the receipt from GA and am thinking about going to the DA about it. Now all of a sudden my tire sensor is going off when it wasnt before! Read my review from a few years ago. Always go look behind these goons and always get a second opinion. Go ahead and pay for a dealership extended warranty. Any work I have to get done costs me a $50 copay and I get a rental car. This is a rip-off joint!

I was there for 3 hours and they founded nothing wrong with my truck. I have been hearing a popping noise from the rear and the front and they said everything was ok. I left the parking lot and went to Chick-fil-A and I heard the popping noise. I got home and when I put the truck in park it popes from the rear. I waist my time and money there.
Just needed warranty check on a battery and they attempted to convince me to do a $100 detailed test on my vehicle. I tried to tell them that the computer needed a simple reset because the battery had died and since the battery was under warranty I wanted to ensure it was ok. They refused to do the reset unless I did the $100 service. I finally agreed to the $30 simple check in which they check the starter and alternator which the technician stated I probably need a new alternator. He said I would get a copy of the report. When I left (with all of my error codes and no speedometer or lights because they refused to reset the computer) I looked and found they didnt give me the report. I called and asked so he texted it to me, guess what? No errors on the report yet he stated I needed an $800 alternator! When I questioned it he said I need to come get the $100 diagnostic to be sure. Well, I got home, reset the computer myself and 2 weeks later there are no problems! Just the battery died because something was left on or who knows why. I see this place as wanting to take advantage of people that may not know what is going on, but I have always had that issue with firestone. If they hadnt basically been in my backyard, I wouldnt have ever even bought the battery from another location in the past so that I wouldnt even need warranty checks there. I will never, ever go there again.
I came in a few months ago for my breaks and got wonderful service. Got lucky enough this time around with the same service advisor. Richard was his name he made my experience great one more time. He explained everything in detail and suggested the best for my vehicle. Really appreciate the hospitality & how great the car feels!

Had a blowout at 3pm on a Sunday evening coming in to Houston. The store I stopped at in Houston didnt have the tire size I needed in stock. The Rosenburg store did, and they waited on me to get there and they stayed after closing hours to get me back in my way. That is true customer service!!
Excellent service. They handle all needs related to repair of engine and drive train. Maintenance service is generally quick and in and out. Best times to take the car for service is not at peak periods when all shops get overloaded and are not given the time to perform the work. Firestone tire prices are competitive and generally carry long warranties. Yes I will recommend them to a friend.

Very friendly as always, but this is the second time that they have mounted a directional tire backwards and had to remount it only after I pointed out its backwards (even if you make a mistake, you should check your work before handing the customer the keys). He told me he rebalanced after remounting the tire, but I didnt see him take the old weights off, and if you keep adding weight to a wheel that harms performance.In addition, this is also the second time they didnt adjust the lift posts properly, and it pushed against my side skirts. Luckily they are flexible and didnt break, but on the passenger side the tape came up from being squished but luckily popped right back into place. Not necessary by just watching a little more closely.Also, their use of a torque wrench is laughable, as he brought the torque wrench out and sets it and just goes *click, click, click* to each lug nut without the lug nut rotating even a millimeter. Sure, you know its not UNDER torqued, but it means you overtorqued it with the air tool which needs to be adjusted down. Which happened last time too as it was an absolute BEAST to remove the lugs when I rotated my tires.Im sure the average person coming in with an old minivan or pickup that doesnt have directional tires or side-skirts to crush will be serviced fine, but after two strikes I cant recommend Firestone to anyone with performance tires/vehicle.The last minor complaint, is that if a customer makes an appointment two days in advance for 1PM, and shows up at 12:45PM, why isnt the vehicle on the lift at 1:45PM? Why is the vehicle not finished until 3PM? Why even make an appointment? Just inform the customers that appointments arent taken, so at least they have an appropriate expectation that the vehicle will need to be left for several hours to have the tires mounted (a 15 min job).2* review only because at least they were friendly when taking my money.

My truck was shaking going over 60mph so I got an alignment done on 10/6/2018. It was mentioned to me after the alignment was done that I need 2 new front tires. I left Firestone that afternoon and the truck was shaking even worse. So the next day, I went to purchase 2 tires to be put on the front end. 2-1/2 months later...the new tires went bald! I am pretty sure this was not supposed to happen and Firestone wants to charge me another $89 to do an alignment again. After looking at my receipt (which they failed to mention), I have a 12-month warranty for the alignment. While that saves me money.... there is nothing that can be done with the $120 that was spent on my two front tires (they wont even refund half the amount that i spent on the 2 tires). I was warned not to go here but that was the only location that could get me in at that time. Next time, I will take the advice. DONT GO HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE TO! Definitely not making it right with this customer

Yes been there 2 times and yes both times the registrar person is told to say you need extra work done and tries to make u feel like if u dont your car or truck wil fall apart, To the guys at This establishment just do what is asked of the customer, putting pressure on customers that dont know about auto mechanics doesnt mean to take advantage of them . And ladies please please take a male with you that does know about auto mechanics And see the difference .

I have a car (2016 Mustang GT) that is used for track (road course) events and autocross. After installing some suspension pieces, I needed an alignment. When I called this shop, I found out they have an alignment rack that is an in-ground unit. This is important to me because my car is lower than the average sedan. I took the car in for the alignment and gave the manager and tech the specific settings I wanted. The tech (Johnny Holley) knew exactly how to handle the sometimes finicky rear adjustments and was able to dial-in my desired settings in very little time. He was also sure to cover my seat with a plastic bag to ensure my interior had no blemishes.I will be taking my car back to this location for my routine alignment checks and refreshes.Be sure to request Johnny for your alignments and you wont be sorry.
An employee named David (Older, white trash-looking guy) is a disgrace. Why is he even still there? David has no manners and is rude in various ways.Maybe I should have a talk with David sometime? ;)
Very dishonest store. Will never take my car there anymore.They said my car has an issue and I have to pay around 1800 to fix it and they said they cannot alligned my car without fixing that particukar issue. I took my car to Toyota dealer and they looked in to my car and said that their is nothing wrong with my car. They were able alligned my car well.
The staff is horrible, they try to overcharge you by adding things you dont need. I brought them a car that was working it only needed a belt. The guy tries to suggest other stuff, we said no. Now when I go get the car it wont even start even with a new battery. I know the company wants to make money but to sabotage a car. I suggest that you please shop around before dropping your car off. Ask questions.....a lot of questions. I did not want to give them a star but it wont let me post without it.

Great job on my Infiniti 4-wheel alignment.Unfortunately they could not do the same on my 95 corvette which is in excellent condition, however, they still charged me the full alignment price. I wish they would have just told me first that the corvette was more than their mechanic was able to do and charge me a service fee instead --since they were unsuccessful in the effort to align the car.

I went here for a vehicle inspection and they were very nice and quick. In and out in less than 30 minutes. They have free W-Fi in the lobby as well as a TV and a refrigerator with bottled water. Theres also a coffee maker.
Worst customer service . I was on the phone for 12 minutes waiting and some guy named Lucas answered very upset screaming “HOW CAN I HELP YOU” and I asked how long was the wait for an inspection and he answered “i don’t know maybe a couple of hours 4 or 5 hours” his attitude was really bad and so unprofessional. I feel bad for firestone because they get the reviews not the guy . If he doesn’t like his job then he needs to find somewhere else. Overall the customer service was horrible . I highly recommend when going to Firestone ask for someone else rather then that dumb Lucas .

Actually recommend I drive on a donut. I live an hour away broke down around the corner. I would of paid and tiped because I was in such a predicament. But ‘I mean I see people drive on spares for months’ ‘just don’t go over 50’ Such professionals.

They dont carry my preferred oil and every time I stop in for an oil change, they say something is wrong with my car and then try to push an estimate in my face. Since its under an extended warranty, the dealership has priority and it takes them a week or two to fix my car. Unaware that it is freshly out of the shop from its annual, fine-comb dealership physical, David thought he would try me with some rear tie-rod, 55,000 mile shock problem bullmess and he shut it down real quick when I wasnt going for the schpill. Yet again, theres always a problem. Firestone used to be a great place to take your car, but now Im going back to Integrity Goodyear over on 90 to see Dan.

I walk in needing to buy four new tires for my truck and the gentleman told me be right with you he was dealing with a lady getting her car inspected. He was nice to her face but once she left, made fun of her. So I stand there for another twenty minutes patiently waiting and another customer walks in and he immediately helps her. So I ask him if he was going to assist me and his response wad I thought you already been helped . There was no one else in there so unless this guy is blind or just a moron I dont understand how anyone else could have helped when hes the only one. Total waste of time. Guess Ill just call theyre corporate office to add the complaints for this place. Very unprofessional. Fire the guy with a go t cause hes obviously the problem.

I came to the shop at 6:40 p.m. to repair one tire and they told me that I will have to leave the car overnight because the employees need to go home. They should change their hours because I saw that theyre open until 7 and I drove special, very disappointed of the service... no respect for the opening hours!!!
I brought my car here for a couple of times already. One for the state inspection. They said that the car could not pass the state inspection because of an unknown problem. So I let them trouble shoot my car and let them do run the test again. You know what? it took them almost a week (and almost $1000 in charges) just to pinpoint that the problem is the thermostat... so I let it pass giving them the benefit of the doubt that probably my case was an isolated one. After 6 months, I brought again my car because of the squeaking sound when I start the engine and a lot more when I start the A/C. So I dropped my car there and make some arrangement to pick it up the next day. Later in the afternoon, the called me and said that the problem was the belt tensioner, so I gave them a go signal to replace the belt tensioner me hoping that the sqeaking will go away. The next day comes and I drop to their shop 2 pm and ask if my car is ready, the guy in the reception that day told me that it will take another hour to install the parts that just arrived. I said I will just wait for it. An hour and half pass by and they installed the parts and test it - guess what... I can still the squeaking sound. So they called me and show me the belt tensioner that they replaced. Told me that it solve the problem slightly and now the guy in the reception area (Norman) told me that the problem now is the A/C compressor (he quoted me for that for another $1800... thats right!). Are you f..kng kidding me? Why in the first place you would say that the problem is the belt tensioner? Are they deaf or something? They should have heard where the noise comes from when they trouble shoot that one? A good mechanic can do that! I paid for the Spring Car CareCheck ups that they advertised - and now they are telling me that it was a process of elimination? - Arent they supposed to eliminate first the part that make the squeaking sound the most?. After the Belt replacement and belt tensioner replacement with the oil change (and $400.. yup $400 for the problem that wasnt solved. My car still makes squeaking sound same as before the the belt replacement..I paid for the a $400 dollars for nothing!DONT GO TO THIS SHOP!There are other shops out there that has better mechanics! This shop employs young mechanics that has no vast experience on what is really going on with your car.UPDATE:. They called me back and refunded me the cost of belt which is at around $60. (Did they charge me for the a new belt even though the belt was not new?) I will keep this review to serve as warning for the future customers!
