I came in yesterday work my boyfriend to replace my much loved (but dead) Pixel 2. Christian was a huge help. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a very transparent person. I’ve been to other locations and spoken to plenty of sales associates, but they always try to have personal conversations and don’t give consistent answers to questions. It has been very frustrating, but not this time. It was the best customer service I have received at any Verizon, and I have been with them for over a decade. He made the experience easy and was more than willing to help. 10/10.There were two other staff members on duty and from the conversations I could hear them having with their customers, they were also great. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

The automated process is terrible. The service is better then average. I had issues with my phone. All I got was sorry you are having trouble. I tried several different numbers and same end result. Definitely not exceptible.

All the folks I dealt with were very helpful. Even the online staff were very helpful. Only issue i had was accessing my account. Will definitely stay with Verizon due to their great network and their staff.

Far better than those franchises on 99. Stick with these guys.

Me & wife decided to change carrier and first name that pop up in our mind was Verizone so i google the nearest store close to our house, we glad we pick this store :-) we first spoked to Angle at the counter, very nice 👍🏻 he helped us pulled over 2 current lines from AT&T w/in mins plus we got another 3 more lines on top for our kids so make it total of 5 lines ! Mr.Angle so kind offered us by calling his store manager (Mrs.Lisa) for some discounted on some of the phones we plan to get it for our kids :-), we just moved here bout a yr ago and started to love this city very much, for sure these are good ppl here no doubt 🙌🏻😀 thanks mr.Angle & Store Manager Mrs.Lisa for a helping our family opened new phone service and good deal on our new phones 🙏🏻👍🏻😀 !

So everything is changing because of COVID, but stores are doing their best to keep their employees and the public at large safe. Customer service here was awesome, and even though you have to wait at the door for them to come get you doesnt take very long. Accidentally sold me wrong screen protector but they swapped it out without issue, and when a few bubbles came up after application they swapped it out to fix issues.

Hours are posted but not consistent for when they are actually open.Clean, honoring social distancing.

I love this store... Im so sad that theyre not open right now. I will not go to another store. Ive been coming here since Ive switched to Verizon and everyone at this location has always been extraordinarily helpful! A bunch of super stars here!!

Okay, been a Verizon customer since 2008 and my sisters bday was in January. Her iPhone 6S was no longer charging so I bought her an 11 and it was buy 1 get 1 free. I got the freebie and still learning how to use it. Love this store, everyone is so nice so I guess Ill keep it, but I love my Google Pixel phone.

Excellent service

Always have had great service at this store. Go on non peak hours though because folks line up at the door early, and you can get in and out. Staff is friendly and helpful compared to other locations and Im glad its my home store!

I bought 2 phones on a promotion, so i thought. I saw on the bill credit was not applied. On the buy 1 get 1 said to open new line so i did. NO ONE 611/store reps said we had to have a different plan then we already have... coincidentally I brought up changing plan becuase the bill had been rising. Even then we my bill was brought up in store Raul didnt say anything. Verizon is full of trickery and will not honor their promotion at fault of their own.

Employees were very confused. Not noing there own process. I preordered a phone hours before. They told us to come in around 3PM, we showed up about 4PM. Didnt leave till 6:15. Come on people get it together. $900.00 phone 5 hours later. Avoid this Verizon store.

Maybe his name was Edgar? Either way, very informative, friendly and helpful. I live out of state and I am joining a family plan with family in Rosenberg...which can be a little stressful thousands of miles away, but everyone weve talked to has been wonderful!!!

Edgar and Angel are ALWAYS a big help. Friendly and courteous and try theyre best to get you in and out.

I was greeted when I walked in the door. Fredi was extremely helpful and made sure that he got me the best deal ever!!! Ive gone to other Verizons since being here in TXT and this is the only store that has given me exceptional service from start to finish!!! I literally drove 35 minutes away from the stores closest to me just to be treated superbly!!!!

Wanted to exchange my brand new Galaxy S7 Edge due to it having problems not working correctly. Jim was initially helping me, thinking I could leave my phone to be checked out I left the store only to come back and find out the jerk didnt even try and service my phone while I was gone. Instead he left for the day because his shift was over and left my phone sitting there without having another associate work on it. This place is a waste of time. Jim and everyone here at this location is a bunch of tools. Its not worth it.

I can’t say enough bad things about this location it doesn’t matter that I went in today or two years ago or year ago it was bad two years ago it was about a year ago and it was bad today the customer service in this store is off the wall rude inappropriate and unhelpful but if you want to get talked into a bunch of stuff you didn’t even want to buy or be a part up you might want to go in here because that’s what happened to me two years ago or wait a second if you just wanna walk in and find out how to switch your phone to a different number they can be rude about that too

Needs new employees. Got the wrong charger $15 more than the original one i needed and i couldn’t get my change back since i “tore” the box and he was gonna have to “put it back together”

Awesome service and people at this location. Was sent here after receiving horrible service from a Cricket Wireless down the street.

These people take and waste people time . waited for 15 min and not a single “hello will be with you in just little bit” nothing . there was a elderly person dealing with the same thing . this is a disgrace.. not shopping ever again
