I called around for an oil change, but other than car dealerships where there would be a long wait, they were the only reasonably priced for full synthetic oil. They also rotated my tires when they saw my front treads were low. They also didnt try to sell me other unnecessary costs. And I got out of there fairly quickly compared to any other place Ive been. They were great! 10/10 would use again.
I have been taking my vehicles here for a few years now, mostly for simple oil changes or a 100k tune up but they know me by name, they are honest with me about what’s going on with my car, I never ever feel pressured to buy what I don’t need and when a certain part needed to be replaced they were up front about labor and gave me the option to come get the car and try and do it myself. I appreciate them and will continue to go there!!!

I was a walk-in at this Meinke location, they promptly opened at 7:30am as stated and let me know that they’d be able to get me in and out quickly as I had a lot of errands to tend to that day. They quoted me right away after assessing my car and assisted me with financing that allowed me to get all of the work done. I appreciated them taking my car right away with a quote and promised my car out by 12pm which they accomplished to do as well. They’ve made a long time customer! Thank you again for keeping your word and my car runs smoothly as well!
Neil is the manager and he was great. I was traveling through town, needed brake pads. Neil got me in, serviced, and back on the road very quickly. He also loaned me his phone charger while I waited.He knows customer service. I appreciated that. If I lived there, I’d continue to do business with that location.

I will not recommend to anyone to go to this place because they are not honest with their customers. They charged me almost $800.00 just to recharge the freon in the a/c and in less than one month the a/c stopped working. And when I brought my other car to change the oils this guy came up to me and said I needed new filters and I said go ahead and change the two filters. When I went home I checked the filters and they were dirty which means that they never changed the filters and they charge me almost $80. I recommend anyone who go there to ask for proof of their job because in my opinion they are liars 😡
My ac was blowing hot air. I didn’t have the time to research. These guys were great and had great customer service. They were able to diagnose the issue and seal my ac compressor leak quick. I left with cold air blowing again and I was a happy customer. Would definitely recommend this place.

Once my husband got there at 9:15 am he was told at almost 11 that there was a leak in the AC high pressure hose and they couldn’t recharge the AC because they didn’t know where the leak was coming from once they found it they apparently fixed it I don’t know if they did or not! Nor did they inform my husband on the leak in the engine oil pan gasket, and the valve cover gasket. They just put it on the final paperwork. Never suggested that they could fix the problem in which they are a car repair shop! They did fix the air because it was blowing out hot air because it needed a recharge but apparently the Freon is leaking from the AC high pressure hose in which they could’ve fixed that too but didn’t inform my husband of the repair cost for that either! All of this stuff could’ve got fixed yesterday and we would have avoided going to our original mechanic but now we have to they could e killed 2 birds with one stone! Not very happy with Menieke at this point!

Fair pricing and everyone was very nice. Got my engine and transmission oil changed, air and cabin filters and battery for my keyless beeper for my car. The only thing I can say about not just this place, but everywhere I go for any type of car service, is that they always try to get you to replace something. I dont know if its because Im female, but it never fails. They respected me declining though. A lot of places get defensive when I turn down a service.

They always take great of my car, however my mom took my car in for me yesterday and tried to use my rewards I have through the app it said I had over 1600 points and that a synthetic blend oil change was 1000 points in the app on my moms phone and the employee there told her no you have to have 2000 points for that when it’s right in front of their faces it clearly says I have a free synthetic blend oil change for 1000 points so I’m a little irritated this go around because they made my mom pay full for it when I clearly have rewards to use towards it.

Twice now, I’ve brought my SUV in for a wash (first time platinum, second time gold) and it was the same lady doing the drying and cleaning of the inside of my car. Both times, my car was not thoroughly vacuumed and the outside still appeared dirty. The first time there were still bugs on my windshield and after yesterday’s wash, the front of my car still has dead bugs on it and it looks like the woman barely vacuumed any areas of the inside of the car. For as much as you guys charge for a wash, I expect better results. My car is brand new and was purchased a couple of months ago, so this is not me having a super dirty car interior and just complaining. Not happy with this service. Probably won’t go back again.

In October, I go to the Kia Dealership for a check up. They tell me I need an oil change but they want $55 for it. I remembered I had a free coupon to come back for an oil change with Meineke because the time before that, they took a very long time, even with my appointment. So I go to Meineke and they do the LOF for free, plus change the air filter for about $30. Driving home the car starts lurching and acting strange. My BF checks the oil--its waaaayy over the fill line--too much oil!!! Its now after hours so I call Customer Service praying that they havent destroyed my engine. They tell me that a Regional Manager will call me the next day. To this day, no one has ever called me. The next morning, I take the car back to Meineke. Sabrina, the Manager has them drain the oil and tells me, By the way, we fired the dude who did your oil change. The car seems to be back to normal. Yesterday I go to another place in town and they take me right in. About 5 minutes later, they come out with the Meineke sticker on their finger from the window and proceed to show me a picture of the under carriage of my car. The same Meineke dude had also cut a hole in my skid plate. I will never take my car to this location again!

First time to use Meineke. I did schedule an appointment and was in & out within 30 mins. I had a coupon too and had no problems using it. They did suggest a transmission flush but I declined at the time. I will now than likely use them again.

Is in a shared building with carwash wasnt very busy at time I was there as carwash was closed. Took about an hour to get my alignment with appt, I arrived about 10 min early.
Due to Covid the internal store is closed, but the manager is very friendly and they got me in n out very quickly. Id be back again.

I had a headlight bulb changed out. The staff was friendly and helped right away. I was in and out within 30 minutes. It was my first time here and will go back for any future car issues.
Great service. Great new GM. His name is Spencer White. He was very straight up and honest about my vehicle. He told me he would take a visual, and if they couldnt figure it out from there that he would charge me. Well he told me all the major work my car would need and ultimately it wasnt worth it. Most places would have charged me considering my car was there for hours. In a nut shell he saved me about $150. I wont be taking my vehicles anywhere else.

Go here only if you want to get Covid19. No one wears masks except the barista who wears it on her neck. They don’t care about people dying, there were elderly there and you could see the spit flying.

Everything was fine except 2 little things. We waited at least 20 minutes before anyone helped up.Everyone was washing the cars that were there already and after they are done doing the cars then they came and helped us nobody said just a minute or you know one person could have stopped and at least talk to us and we tell him what we need and then all they had to do was say okay give us a few more minutes we really need to get this done that would have been okay but nobody stopped to even talk to us until after they were done with three cars which you know is okay you know if you need to wash them then you know go ahead and do it but one person could have stopped just for 5 minutes and talked with us but and the second thing is my oil light was still on for the next day even and no one called us back when we called to see if this was normal but other than that the performance when they did was great the mechanics
No employees were wearing masks. Not coming back. Then they gave me a list of things wrong with my car even though I only went in for an oil change. My dad is a mechanic and called it BS because there is nothing wrong with my car.

Ive had about 2, 000 dollars of work done by this company with in the last year. They say they guarantee there work. Which to me is a lie. They charge 150 for a diagnostic check and theres other places that are way cheaper. This place is a joke. I just had work done to my car about 6 months ago and again having the some problem again. That they supposedly fixed.
When I went to have my oil change ask for tire rotation also. On my final bill it said tire rotation recommended but customer declined. . My bill showed $51.64 but I was charged $76.15 . Do not know why I was charged $25 more . This one customer who will not be returning
Suril helped me to check in my vehicle and also completed the check out process. Everything was done professionally and efficient. The only complaint I could think of was that the oil change sticker that was supposed to be on the windshield had fallen off onto my seat when I claimed my vehicle. This was probably due to the extreme heat of the day. So, no biggie!
I made an appointment to get my brakes redone today. I show up and they’re closed. I got a confirmation and a separate email confirmation. I really needed to get it done and was super excited they were even open on Sundays. The guy working at the car wash next door said they haven’t been in all day. Why make it available to make appointments online if you’re closed? Or appointments after you’re closed? Super disappointing.
Came in for service. Great customer service but unsure of quality of work. Brought my vehicle back in after a safety issue was found while driving after their repairs, and they fixed it again right away. 3 stars mainly for the inconvenience of having to take additional time for repairs that should have been done right the first time or at least quality checks need to be done when safety is involved.

I went to the Meineke on Cirby a few days ago to get my power steering pump fixed, and said I’d be gone for a majority of the day.Work and other plans went longer than expected, and the front staff waited 20 minutes after closing to wait for me to come pick up my car.This isn’t just some corporate auto repair shop, the staff here genuinely care and provide excellent service for you and your car troubles.

Took in a Honda Odyssey 2016 for A13 service.They serviced it and further The tech mentioned that I didn’t need a transmission flush at this point because I didn’t need it as the fluid was still very functional. They didn’t try to make a quick buck at my cost. Will definitely go there again. Found a friend In the business.
They always do an awesome job, today they gave me a free wash after I got my car serviced and a family emergency made me have to take off before they finished the cleaning. The car ran awesomely and they did a great job with the cleaning they did!!! Erica is super friendly and nice, awesome customer service! I had an appointment for a smog test & oil change. When I arrived they let me know they do not perform smog test. No big deal, although part of the reason I came here was to get both done at once. They let me know they have contacted corporate to have the option Removed from the online appointment center- but beware they do not perform this service! The staff was super friendly... but it took them 40 minutes before they pulled my car in to begin service, with an appointment. The oil change itself took less then ten minutes.
They are pretty quick with their oil changes. I had other issues that they tried to handle for me as well. It was a little time consuming, but when it turned out that they couldnt quite handle it themselves, they did not charge me for anything other than the oil change.
NO STARS! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Nothing but problems. Paid for alignment that was never done causing damage to my tires to the extent of needing them replaced. Manager stated that the mechanics that were to have done the job but didnt had been fired. Under new ownership. Offered at cost tires. Fast forward 9 months, another new owner, alignment on new tires was not done correctly and tires need to be replaced again. Less than 10,000 miles on the new tires. Second new owner refuses to cover tires. Corporate office is less than helpful. Based on previous 1 star reviews, I should NEVER have taken my car here! In the process of filing a complaint about this company. Unacceptable that I paid for work that was never done and now secondvset of tires in less than a year. If you value your money and at this point safety in your car, go elsewhere.

When I had my oil changed here on my truck everything went well. The issue is I just went to take my car in for an oil change. My appointment was at 3:30 so I planned my day around that. I went to drop off my car at 3:30 and the person at the front desk told me I had an appointment at 3:30 but they close at 4:00 and already have 4 cars in front of me so they couldn’t do the oil change. What’s the point of making me an appointment if they can’t follow through with the appointment. They could have called me and let me know but instead I got a reminder text about the appointment. So they have lost my business on two vehicles.
I am so impressed and grateful for this facility. I took an impromptu trip to San Francisco a couple of weekends ago. The day I was going to leave, which was a Sunday, my front brakes started to grind. Imagine driving through the city of San Francisco with sound of metal on metal coming from your car every time you reached a stop sign, caught traffic, or had to slow down while descending the citys many hills. I had planned to take a ride share back down LA, but after a LOT of confusion from the girl I picked up, we ended up heading to Sacramento to drop her off instead. It was about 2:30 when my boyfriend started making phone calls to car care centers in Sacramento to see if they could fit us in to get the brakes replaced. The only place who accepted us was this Meineke in Roseville. We were about an hour away from the facility, and they still promised to take us, knowing how dire our situation was. We arrived there at 4pm, just one hour before they were supposed to close. An hour and a half later, passed their closing time, my car was done. They also gave me $40 off my bill. I cannot express how appreciative I am of the empathy and professionalism of the people here. I would have been stranded in Sacramento until the following day if it wasnt for their helpfulness.

First off, prices are too high. Second, I didn’t leave for an hour and 45 minutes after my appointment time. This was because the manager was supposed to come tell me something they recommended but apparently had left. So I was the one inconvenienced by waiting. Finally, one of the mechanics came and told me what they wanted to say. I was so frustrated, I refused the recommendation and once my car was done, I left. I will not be going there again!!!

This is by far the best place to take your car for service. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, they diagnosed my car quickly and fixed the problem within the hour. The manager, Mike, went over the costs and recommendations without the hard sell. He is incredibly friendly and fun to work with. Customer service here is amazing!!!

I had an appointment for oil change on 12/28. I was quoted 45 mins for oil change and it took about 2 hours. Otherwise service was good.
Even though this isnt the closest auto shop, or even the closest Meineke to my house, its the one I always go to. Theyre fast and efficient. Sabrina was incredibly nice and the gent (whose name I didnt catch) working on my car made sure to explain things to me. All in all a good experience.

Rocky Experience. After dropping my car off for a simple oil change and alignment check, a brand new employee (left alone by management) was the only service writer and had no clue what she was doing . It took several hours and a few return trips just to get an initial quote. Then we had to wait another hour+ for the manager to physically come in to correct the service ticket. When she finally arrived, the manager was very rude and incredibly condescending. It was a frustrating experience at best and took up our entire day.Thankfully the work done was satisfactory, but the customer service provided here is unacceptable. Save yourself time, energy and a headache, just go somewhere else.
I am very impressed with the new Owners and Manager, how clean the shop is and how professional and quick they are. I almost gave up on this place because it was taking 2 plus hours to get an oil change with an appt, the place was always filthy and it seemed as the prior employees where just goofing off and talking instead of working. I also found out that I paid for my air filters to be changed this last summer and it was never done and was charge 3 times the cost, so people where paying for work to be done to their cars but instead employees where taking the money or who knows what they where doing but it was not honest. Im happy things have changed at this shop, I was in and out in 15 mins for oil chnage and I will continue to use them in the future. Keep up the great work. I will be telling my family and friends to go to this shop.

I always come here to get my car fixed, but if the sign on the door (and google) says they start working at 7:30am then they should be working at that time. Not telling customers (myself and 2 others) to wait until 8am because thats when we open if thats when you open then you better post that publicly online and on your door.The first time i came here everything was great.Then the second time i came here, they tried to shake me for more money because my car had a lot of problems that needed to be taken care of now (finding out later that i didnt have to and couldve done them myself)Then this happens.Im very disappointed.I dont think ill come here again to get my car checked up on.
