This is an incredible shop. Come here to get your work done - they know what they’re doing. Super friendly guys. Been around for a long time - super experienced mechanics. This place rocks. Oil changes or more complicated work - they’re on top of it. Lots of shops around - hard to pick one, come here.

We received quotes from another auto shop that seemed a bit high (and when they offered to knock of 20% it seemed like a red flag that pricing might be inflated), so we decided to check prices elsewhere.We saw that Roseville Auto Repair was highly recommended. We called and they offered much more reasonable estimates (that were lower than the quote we got elsewhere, even including the 20% off).We got both our cars in quickly and the repairs were done in a day. Pricing was fair and they explained everything done in detail.Both vehicles needed brakes. One needed new tie rods and alignment. And one needed new struts, serpentine belt, and oil change.Staff is all friendly and professional. Will definitely be our place for future repairs/maintenance.

Im a Sunday mechanic. Well there was a spark plug wire I worked on for an hour and 1/2, very tight space. Couldnt do it. They got me in fast, did the job right there, used my spark plug, and away I went. Wasnt cheap, but way cheaper than most others. Work on your own car if you want to understand a mechanics cost. First time ever going to this mechanic. What surprised me the most was how honest and respectful they were. I forget the mechanic name, but he was super respectful on fixing my Hyundai 13’ accent ! Would definitely recommend!

I thought everything was going well until I was told that a separate code had come up after the mechanic test drove my truck. They diagnosed a new transmission. After talking to 4 other people I felt like I needed a second mechanics opinion and decided to move my truck to the dealership I bought it from. When I went to pick it up from Roseville Auto, the mechanic had CLEARED THE ENGINE CODES. My dealership mechanic was almost as upset as I was and had to spend several days trying to diagnose the issue which never ended up being a new transmission. These guys seemed way too eager to take too much of my money. Would not recommend.

Awesome warm friendly customer service at its best. I went there completely ignorant of cars thinking I needed a new car battery. He looked at my car noticed the symbol in my car just meant I needed to get my tires pumped. I was pleasantly surprised at his honesty when he could have just taken my money. Very good experience even though I didn’t have anything done there.

Since we’ve been having our cars repaired there, I’ve always been impressed with their professionalism, flexibility, and personal touch with each repair! They may not know it, but I have recommended them to a number of friends!

I live in CO, my daughter goes to school at U of MN. She had her oil changed here and about 2 weeks later had a low oil pressure warning. I called the shop and they even offered to go look at the car for her AT SCHOOL! They were able to ascertain that the issue was minor and it was safe for her to drive to the shop. They addressed the issue (bad o-ring, I think) and sent her on her way at no additional charge. Im VERY happy that my daughter found a quality shop run by HONEST and helpful people!

Have been going to Roseville Auto for many years. Extremely friendly, reliable mechanics. My truck was recently towed to a competitors shop for complete brake failure. After they quoted me for all the brake lines to be replaced I brought it to Roseville Auto and had the same job done for half the price.

Normally I dont have car work done far from where I live, but I had a mechanical emergency that prevented me from leaving the Roseville area. I looked up a couple different service shops and thought this one looked promising.They got the work done quickly and cheaply. They didnt go around fixing non-existent problems like some other companies will do.A+ for cost .A+ for service.A+ for friendly people.

Unbelievable customer service. I have never felt so well taken care of at any service place. Let me know what all was going on my car. What it all needed and took time to explain things to me. They go above and beyond and all at a fair cost. They have easily earned my trust and business.

In my experience, this is the best automotive shop in the area! I have never been disappointed with the end results. Theyve had repairs ranging from very simple (dash light bulbs, annoying squeaks, latches, oil changes, etc) to very complex problems (suspension rebuilds, AC service, head gasket, driveline issues, etc) on several automobiles. They use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and have the experience to use them. They are honest and stand behind what they do, and if it isnt right, they fix it. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

A small town mechanic feel in the big city!

I have to say that I am quite disappointed with the service I received from Roseville Auto Repair. I had an oil leak in my 2003 Buick Rendezvous and they replaced the oil pan gasket and rear seal for about $900. When they dropped the front frame in order to get to the oil pan, they severely cracked the plastic wheel well coverings on both sides underneath the carriage. This was not visible to me at the time since the broken pieces were well underneath the car and visibly out of sight. I only discovered this much later when I went to change the oil that these inner fender pieces were cracked open. I took it upon myself to secure the split parts by screwing some sheet metal pieces in order to join the two cracked parts together. Their service warranty is for one year, and although I only drive the vehicle about 3500 miles per year, the oil pan is now leaking again after 18 months. Needless to say I will never use this auto shop again because of their dishonesty in informing me of the parts that were broken during their service, and for their shoddy workmanship in making any sort of lasting repair to the oil pan leak in the first place. That was $900+ down the toilet for me. Zero stars for Roseville Auto.
