I have been to other businesses for an oil change and inevitably, they tell me there is something else that has to be done to my car for more money, which was not accurate. I went to SpeeDee and spoke with Devin Gills, he was so customer service oriented. He didn’t try to sell me other services. I will be going back if I need any other services for my car in the future. My wife received a flat tire across the street and the guys working were very kind to help as long as she got the car across the street which she did. Good customer service is what she told me but unfortunately 50.00 dollars to put the spare on? Seem pretty high price but then she was desperate and needed to get back on the road. So again, everyone was nice and the service was quick. But 50.00 dollars? Seems pretty extreme.Robert

Quick efficient service! My car was all done with oil change and 17 point inspection and fluid top up. Definitely go back and recommend this place!

They changed my oil, checked other fluid levels etc. that was ok. My problem was how dirty my car was when I left. There were greasy finger prints all over hood and driver door. Moulding near floor on driver side was covered in black scuff marks.

I was so shocked to witness and experience how well they treat their customers.. very professional. Trustworthy and all. One of the mechanic changed my oil but also seen I needed new filters.. Than he cleaned my windshields! The nice lady up front checks your tires for free. Definitely will be recommending this place to everyone I know! For single mothers this is the place to go! They are honest and will thoroughly go through what you need done to your car. Thank you again!!

Quick service. Friendly enough. Watched them sell a $130 air filter to someone that was definitely not needed. Also tried to tell me my oil plug was leaking, because it was plastic and 70,000 miles old. It seals with an o-ring, and I know its not leaking. I usually change it myself. I guess Ill check for damage when I get home.

Quick and convenient, and they top off all your fluids. Id use them again if I lived here.

Told me my car passed smog even though it didnt. Provided free retest. Cross-threaded the drain bolt on my wifes toyota when they did the oil change. Didnt start to leak until the oil started to break down & thin out. Now we have several oil drops on the driveway.

These guys are great! I stopped by to see if they could fix a oil leak from the Rocklin branch and was good to go in under 10 minutes. Great service and they even explained the clean up process.

I arrived at speedee oil change tuesday the 6th 2020 to get my oil change. They asked if I wanted my engine filter changed i declined. I sat for 40 minutes for them to tell me they couldnt change the oil so I left. My car then completely stopped working in the middle of the intersection on sunrise and coloma (the intersection that speedee is on) i pushed the car off the road. I tried to figure out the problem for the next 7 hours there on the side of the road. I payed a mechanic $70 to tell me that they had forgotten to latch the filter case properly and that was the reason it wouldnt work..The manager Ben at speedee lube was of no help refusing to assist me in any way that would solve the problem.I called to try and work it out and even give them a chance to earn my business back even though they cost me a day on the side of the road, but Ive just been given the run around from the owner.Max

This place is great. I brought my car in to have an oil change and they couldnt remove the cap due to the previous change but they still cleaned the windshield, vacuumed, and check the air pressure. So I brought my other car in and they were able to change it quickly. Staff is very friendly, the waiting area is clean and the prices are very fair. Wont go anywhere else while I live in this area. Pricey but coupons make it a perfect place for a quick oil change. I mean really quick. There were five people in the waiting room and I was still out of there in less than 15 minutes. Waiting room is clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. I normally only go where the coupons take me, lol but this might be my main place now.

I know they messed up on my oil change which caused my engine to break down a few days later and they wont take responsibility for it

Been coming here for years. Learned today, not to come on a Sunday; perhaps less BSing with each other, and snacking. When I arrived, there was one car ahead of me. Thirty-five minutes later, and still theyre not done. Come on guys, you can do much better than that. Ive experienced it.

In and out in 20 minutes. complementary 17 point check which included washer fluid, power steering fluid, air for tires, vacuum, windshield cleaning and a handful of other stuff. $36 if you bring your own oil and filter which is a bit high but for the quick service, its worth it.

Took my 2017 truck in for an oil change. Even though $100 seemed overpriced i went for it out of convenience. After some time the counter help told me whoever put the filter on overtightened it, and they cant get it off. Not their fault, no biggie. I told the tech just give me the filter in case they use it when i take it to the dealer. He says no they wont want it. I said Im being charged for it, ill take it anyways. I walked out of there with no filter!Took to toyota, they removed the filter free of charge, new oil (again) and the cabin filter no charge. I asked the helpful service guy if it was over tight. No not at all he said, they still sucked it up! Now thats customer service!!!Icing on the cake, an oil change is way cheaper at THE DEALER!!!Ill never go back and tell everyone about the awful customer service here!!!

Flabbergasted!!I have a VW Jetta and I am used to paying $100 for oil changes. I get it.. Its German and uses expensive oil and filter. I live right down the street from your shop so it is very convenient but after my encounter with you guys today I will NEVER return!You had 1 vehicle being serviced and no one waiting when I pulled up. One of your younger guys came out and immediatly told me they cant service my car today because it is German. Dumbfounded. I asked why, and he stated it is a policy set by management that no German cars be serviced without the Top Mechanic on duty.What?! Again I asked why, and he stated it is because German cars are more brittle!! This is rediculous!! Its the same as any other car. Its a plastic undercarriage cover, a drain plug, and a cartridge filter!!! You mean to tell me it takes your best mechanic to use a socket set and a screwdriver?! Come on now... This isnt a major service, and if this is truly a policy of yours (which I doubt) you should really consider removing that policy and give your employees the confidence to do simple tasks like oil changes on anything... I mean its not like I pulled up in a Bugatti...Shame shame shame...

Worst Speedees facility I have ever been to! What a waste of time. I came into the shop to get my oil change and to have them check my battery. Mind you, I have always trusted the Speedees in Watsonville Ca due to their outstanding customer service and reasonable prices. I was sure that they were going to be as good or better than my Watsonville location. To begin with, they did not write the correct mileage of my car for when I came in, which was the first sign of the negative outcome of what was going to come next. They told me my battery was fine and to go on with my merry day! A few hours later I noticed the mileage, however I was already headed back towards the bay. The next day my battery continued to not sound good when I tried to turn it on. I then decided to have it check through Oriellys service check which checks the battery, starter and alternator strength. Everything was positive but the first thing the customer service rep noticed was the loose screw of my battery! This was definitely from Speedees work! Additionally he mentioned I should look into getting a new serpentine belt, which also could effect the battery. The Oreillys guy had more knowledge than the so called mechanics at Speedees in Roseville! NEVER again will I be returning to these dumb mitten robbers!

My wife had an oil change done here while I was at work. When I get home she is pulling in from buying dinner. Her car smells like burning oil. As she parks I get to watch as the parking curb gets drenched in oil. Checked the oil lvl, its off the stick. Long story short she got the oil changed, was given her car back with oil leaking from the oil filter, either double gasket on the filter, or not tightened down. Either way I am waiting on them to open their doors in the morning so they can try and talk their way out of the mess their clearly under trained tech got them in to. YOU ALWAYS CHECK FOR THE OLD FILTERS GASKET, AND CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE FILTER IS TIGHT. Why she ever took it to some one other than our normal place is beyond me but it will never happen again.

Every time I get there, they get right on it and my car is always clean inside when I leave.

They didnt tell me what it needed, and told me to go-to another place so they pretty much I formed me they arent good enough with cars and charged me anyways.
