Purchased a dead rear axle for 1999 Toyota Sienna from BW. Very hard part to find. The shipping took time (8 days cross-country by FedEx Freight - not their fault), but the part arrived in perfect condition (see old vs. replacement photo) and had been expertly removed, making the installation a breeze. The shipping crate was sturdy and water tight. Good communication from start to finish. Dont hesitate to use these guys.

Very friendly staff! Not something one often finds at wrecking yards. Especially not when within an hour of closing.. I was there for a very specific size and rating and quality of tire that I couldnt find a single one of at the competitions. Today, September 9, 2020 at 4:30 pm, I contacted the store again and was informed by Jeff that I would only get my money back if I removed the previous post. This is absurd. they use my shield money to remove my comment. They have 2 days to contact me and pay me if I dont go to court.

Jeff told me that they check the parts before they pull them and inspect them.. bought an item from them and after installing it on the car, after all the money and I put to install the part it appeared to be broken!!! Now I got to go get my money back..

Pretty knowledgeable so that is helpful but their customer service needs help. They hang up the phone without saying goodbye and you still have more questions. We drove two hours there then when we were told it wasnt ready yet he told us he was going to go ask for an ETA and he never came back. So the front desk was un-manned for 35 minutes. Parts are placed inside a gate and you just go and grab them. So bad customer service but knowledgeable. As far as prices with used parts its gonna be dicey. Some places have cheaper stuff but the wrong color and vise versa. They are pretty straightforward about their prices so just call

Bought 2 fenders and a door at good prices. They dont ship to Canada, so I organized shipping myself. I was worried the parts would arrive damaged, but they put excellent care into packaging.I also had to call several times to organize everything, and they were exceptionally helpful and efficient each time.

Good afternoon. I bought an engine on July 2, 2020 from seller Jeff. It was delivered and there was no compression. I called the seller saying that the engine would be returned and so it was done. The engine was removed on August 11, 2020 and today on August 24, 2020 two weeks later the money has still not been returned to my card.

I went to get a couple of parts and it took them around hour and thirty minutes to two hours to get me my parts, yes it was raining and I was warned it might take long, but I was their for an hour and a employee only brought me half of what I needed and then I Waited another hour at least. Also the man running the front seemed very on edge and unfriendly, but otherwise great service.

They didnt have a steel wheel i was looking for or at all. The people were nice.

Jeff was such a huge help when I needed parts. They had everything I needed with Greta prices. Highly recommend going here for Euro parts.
