Went into PTS this morning at 11:20am, there were three employees at the counter, not one would look up, not one would say good morning. They just sat there with their face in their computers. After 15 minutes of standing at the counter I left.Wont be returning anytime soon, Id rather buy online and pay shipping than give them any of my money.You may want to send these three employees to retail engagement training.
