Really disappointed at the lack of professional customer service at this location. After going into the store five times, we are finished. From the management down, the level of disrespect we observed that they use when speaking to clients and lack of motivation to assist was incredibly surprising. We always had great service with Kelly Moore where we used to live, but this location needs new management. We are switching to Dunn-Edwards.

I dont like having to come here for paint, but my builder used Kelly Moore so I have to. I find the prices too high and the employee checking me out unhelpful. I felt like I was wasting his time, I just brought in my empty cans and asked for replacements and it was like pulling teeth to get his help. Half way through getting my paint he just left and yeld hes going on break. It was confusing what was going on and what I was supposed to do now. Someone else eventually showed up and finished my order then. The new employee was significantly better and polite.
Went in to buy a gallon of paint with a specific color, found out it would be about $55/ gallon, so I looked around and saw $10/gallon manager special mistint paint. I decided to buy one of these $10 gallon since I only needed it to do one wall. I left store however less than 30 min later I decided to go back and exchange this gallon for the much more expensive one since it will be the color I wanted from the beginning. Well this is where the 2 stars come in. The guy at the counter started lecturing me about not taking mistinted paint back and that all sales are final. I reminded him i wasnt returning it but exchanging it for a much more expensive product and that I havent even opened the can plus the fact that no where on that sign of manager special said no returns or exchanges. Well here comes the crazy part, he starts looking on his computer for the so called policy of no returns and Im dumbfound it to have him expect me to know whats in his computer before hand, so I say why not just write something on this manager special sign ( instead of going to this extent). So I ask for the manager and he replies Im the assistant mngr, so at that point I just let it be and left the store with my $10 gallon, while they lost $s not just that day but future as well since Ill use other branches, not much farther away. Im not all that into writing reviews but this really needed one, hopefully store owner makes some changes in customer relations area, thats why theres a saying customer is always right- because in the long run and in this situation a short run (I would have giving them more money that same day), a company will always get ahead by just accommodating the customer, and especially this time where once again they would have made more money off of me.
