Very friendly staff, great selection of products and Black owned. My family is new to Georgia, were happy that we found this store. There are also stylists available at this location. I havent booked an appointment yet but plan to follow up soon.

I stopped by yesterday to grab some vitamin C oil. The staff was pretty nice and asked if I needed help finding anything, which I did since there was a specific brand I came in for. Also, they had a new scent for my favorite brand of soap that I havent seen in stores on the southside. The store is nice and clean. If Im back in the area, Ill drop in for a few beauty products.

This store has a No Return policy!!!! The owner assisted me with my purchase. Although I did not have the receipt, he did pull up the purchase on his register. No refund, exchange or store credit. So, Ill take my business elsewhere. Back to Sallys or another Beauty Supply store.

I recently visited this store on Sunday (05/23) to purchase clip-ins. The owner helped me select a type of hair. The color that was recommended was way too dark. I would’ve liked to exchange for the correct color, but he was unwilling to help me. I am disappointed and typically like supporting this business, however they were nonchalant. Buyer beware.

This is store owner has no return policy. We bough something from him, and we decided to return it after 5 minutes. The guy/scammer said no, and he did not even wanted to change it to another color. He says we open the box and he cant return it. I have never seen such disgusting business attitude except probably in third word counties. They have no respect for their customers, and that is why they never be able to do business online. Very stupid place attitude

Great selection of all kinds of beauty supplies and products. Awesome customer service. Knowledgeable about the products they sell. They even have a salon inside the store with licensed professionals and hair braiding.

The store is Black owned and has a great selection of quality wigs, hair products and makeup products. The stocking item I purchased actually fit. The price points on some items are a bit high; however, I dont mind.

They’re very good with affordable prices but it’s a pandemic where are your masks? We go in on different days and none of the workers ever wear masks . do you guys not take covid seriously? I called ahead to ensure they had the braiding hair I needed. When I arrived, I was greeted by a kind gentleman who went above and beyond to assist me with finding the exact hair I needed. He even went in the back to get me more of what I needed. They also have an extensive collection of products! I couldn’t help but spend all my money! I will definitely be returning to this store, even though it is about 30 minutes from where I live, and I pass a ton of other beauty supply stores along the way. Black-owned, great service, and extensive product selection... Can’t beat that!

Nice beauty supply store. Pretty much have everything you need. There is a salon in the back that does braids, ponytails, sew ins, etc. I havent tried them yet but the ladies seem nice and there were clients in their chairs and their hair looked nice.Edited..I have since used the salon services for my daughter and I. 5⭐ service all the way around!

Ive visited this store before but it was bit far from me so I havent been back. They did move locations so it seems a bit closer. I returned today and the space is much bigger, they had a wide assortment of products and the staff was very pleasant and helpful! Smaller store, so they do not have many popular brands (via YouTube product reviews) or they may not have all colors of a type of extension, so I try to buy others items I need but specific brands are missing.

I always try to support small black owned businesses and any business with good customer service. Ive been back three times and will go back again. They have the products I need and their prices are competitive with other stores. Plus their closer then where I use to drive.

When you walk in you are greeted, and asked if you need assistance. I love that! Most beauty supply stores say nothing to you and are unwelcoming but this place is the opposite. The hair prices are great, the customer service is stellar and they have a great selection of makeup, body butters, oils, soaps ect. You name it they have it! The owners are awesome! I absolutely love this gem of a place!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The male owner had a bad attitude. Any good business owner knows better than to speak condescendingly to a customer. Im new to wearing extensions and didnt know how they work as Ive worn my hair natural my whole life before this point, but I wanted to try something different and this idiot decides to try to make fun of me for not knowing how to put them in. Well guess what dude? Not everybody wears extensions. What business owner treats customers like that? An uneducated, ghetto, self-loathing, lowlife is who does that to a customer. But guess what buddy? Why do you have a bald head? And why would I listen to anything this crook had to say about hair when he has none? I never did anything to this owner for him to be rude to me, so Im not sure what his problem was, but I know that I will not be doing business here ever again. Business there was slow anyway; no customers were in there, so that shows a lot about their performance with customers. On top of that, the store was dirty, unorganized, and in a terrible location cocked up on the side of a plaza. Their little low-budget commercial was false advertising, making it seem like the store is all that when its not. Its not anything to brag about. In fact, its trash. So to the business owner, you need to work on your people skills and not be rude, and learn some manners and decency. You will continue to lose customers. Anyone thinking of going to this place, I advise you to choose another store. Chances are youll find what youre looking for with better service with people who KNOW how to interact with customers and treat them well.

Wish I could say it was a good experience. I called earlier to verify the time you close (Google isnt always accurate), and was told 8PM. I assume the person believed it was Saturday 🤷🏽‍♀️. Needless to say, its Sunday and I drove across town and met with closed doors. Waste of time.

Needed to return some hair that I bought three days ago and then the man said that I couldn’t return it at all. He said something about it needed to be three days after I bought it which didn’t make sense because I came today which is Tuesday and I bought the hair on Saturday which is exactly 3 days. He didn’t even give an explanation as to why it could be returned he just said no. Guess they’re just money hungry. I will dispute the transaction with my bank and I will not to be coming here again.

In response to owners: why would I make this up? I know what I experienced. Cant even own up to what you did smh.Came in here to buy products for my black clients. I am white.When I was at the register they all came over and asked me why I was there. I told them I needed to purchase some items and the cashier said, oh, you found something you can actually use in a really rude tone.If the roles were reversed this would be blatant racism.My clients have horror stories from this store as well: the guy likes to refer to everyone as baby and flirts with all the women even though hes married.I do not plan on going back.

Honestly this must be friends and family leaving reviews because I’d rather go to another beauty supply store. It’s too cluttered. No type of clear organization. The big bald black man walking around like a mall cop. Trust me. No one wants to steal this cheap looking stuff. No type of customer service except the young one with the beard. He greeted me as I entered. Rent a cop talked to the people so rude like they were children. I’d rather drive the extra minutes and miles to give my money to people who appreciate customers.
