Good place to go to get large quantity items, such as plates, cups, plasticware for parties, etc.

Everytime I go to the store I’m told, “if you need more than what we have on the shelf, let us know and we can order it in for you.” Two different times I have specifically called and ordered items and given a time to come pick up. And each time I call before leaving Clovis for Roswell and I’m told….”we didn’t get them in, and our warehouse is out, and we don’t know when we will be getting more.” So before you make the trip to pick up that order, better call beforehand!! Shamrock, Don’t offer the service to your customers if you can’t follow through with providing it! Or at the very least call your customer and Inform them it didn’t come in!

My husband and I own and operate a traveling food truck in NM. Shamrock foods is our regular restaurant supply in Las Cruces and we receive excellent customer service. So to keep our dollars local we drove 2.5 hrs from Jal NM to Roswell. The selection was good, the service from employees was good, and when it came to check out we realized we selected Large gloves by mistake. Then I dared ask the Manager Miles for assistance finding the correct size dishwashing gloves. He was stocking an end cap, looked at me and said, whatever is there is what we have. I let him know they weren clearly marked, and received a blank stare in return. Ive never been flat out refused service by a manager before. Well be sure to take our money else where.

Good merchandise if you are looking for bulk . You dont even need an membership like Sams Club
