I have used them for my gutters in the past and they were great. Even when we had a problem with the gutters they were quick to respond. I also used them for windows last year and they did a good job. This year I will say that their customer service has declined. When we ordered more windows they were very quick to take my money but have not been quick to inform us when we will be getting our windows. They did say they were behind but have missed both dates on when they were to arrive and never called to let me know. I have had to reach out to them to inquire about my windows and as of today I still have not heard back from them. So once again I must reach out to get information on 3rd time on when the new date for me to receive my windows. Products are great but this once loyal customer is not so loyal when communication is only one sided.

This closed gutter guard system has been wonderful. No screens, no debris to clean off, its a very clean and sleek design and Taylor Construction was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this system and this company.

The sales person was. Extremely pleasant to deal with( Mark Kreker) and very knowledgeable sAbout the product, including the demonstration. The two installers knew exactly what to do andcompleted the job in one day and removed every bit of old material. I am totally pleased with my new gutters and have no more water coming in the garage under the door. All in all very satiesfied.

The sales associate was very customer-focused and informative. He provided all the necessary details of the process and the install crew followed through as promised. Once the gutters we installed they have worked perfectly. There were a few omissions by the installers but once I notified them they were expeditious about getting it rectified. Overall great experience.

From start to finish our experience with this companys representatives and workers was excellent. The sales person was knowledgeable and professional. The removal crew (perhaps 5-6 people) worked diligently and efficiently for several days, eliminating the old gutter and downspouts and rotted wood. Numerous decayed areas were replaced. Within a week the installation crew (one hard-working, well-organized guy and his wife) finished the job. In a few weeks the original sales person visited us, inspected the work, and signed off with us. Recently, a lady from customer service/quality control called to check how pleased we are with the gutter guards. Id recommend this company to anyone who can afford quality, professional work and product.

I was approached at Sams Club and agreed to have someone come out for a free estimate. A few days later a gentleman by the name of Al came to evaluate the existing gutters, explained how gutters guards work and gave me a price. I wasnt ready at the time to get started but the price was right and I signed a contract and set a date. A couple came out the day before installation to take measurements and drop off supplies. The next day another gentleman with same name, Al, and his fiancee came out and installed my gutters. They were friendly, courteous and professional. They worked diligently to complete the job breaking once for lunch on a two day job. Al was patient in answering any concerns and questions and he assured me that Taylor Construction was a great company to do business with in that they stand behind their product and work. I was very impressed with Als skills, and work ethics but most of all the beautiful gutters he installed. I do have a concern that I discussed with Al Hadden, who assures me that someone will come to check on. Im expecting to hear soon from a representative.

Bought a new house that had no gutters added and while shopping in Sams a company was there offering home improvements. The company came to our home gave some great demonstrations, we signed up and got the best sevice and product we could imagine. Very pleased with the product and quality of service.

They came and did the work in a timely but professional way. They even worked during the covid lockdown. The workers were friendly and respectful of our property. I would recommend them to you if you need repairs.

With too many options on the market for gutter systems, I cannot recommend Ultimate Gutter Guard - not because I have an unsatisfactory product, but because the salesperson would not even provide me a quote. He spent an hour inside my house pitching the system, made me watch a slideshow on his iPad, had to listen to him trash other systems (sometimes falsely describing other systems), and he ultimately would not even provide me a quote. He said I would first have to agree to the work being done before I would get a firm price. My mind was absolutely blown, an hour and a half of my Saturday wasted. My husband listened to the entire exchange and if he hadnt been listening, he wouldnt have believed me. Ultimately had to ask the salesperson to leave because there was no way I would agree to something I didnt know the cost of. He told me he drove an hour to get to my house, as if I inconvenienced him. If you have a solid product and service, there should be nothing to hide.
