My BMW SUV was damaged in this years hailstorm, small dents but hundreds of them. Spoke to a few body shops and ended up going with American Elite in the end.Atnan and team were very prompt to respond and did a thorough job to bring the vehicle back to a pristine condition. It did take a few weeks as they were overloaded, but the end result was well worth the wait.The place is small and not fancy, however their workmanship and customer service is A+. This has to be my best experience with a body shop. Atnan, Eli and the other guys did a great job. No issues at all. Did work on the front and rear of 2012 Lincoln MKZ and it came out wonderful. Absolutely amazing. Not only was the work itself precise and detailed, but the customer service is unmatched. They walk you through every step they plan to take, explaining why and giving you opertunities to give your input on every stage. They are quick to get back to any and every question and always keep you updated. The issue Ive had with other auto shops has always been the secrecy of it, with extra fees tacked on at the end and no clarity given on why they repaired what they did. American Elite blew every other experience out of the water. Not only with their incredible quality of work, but they charge thousands below what other shops are asking. They are not a chain so its real person to person customer care. I will never go to a different shop or recommend anywhere else !

I scratched my 2014 Lexus and found American Elite to have some great reviews. I live in Cedar Park and Round Rock is not too far from me, so decided to give a try. I recently stopped in to a address a minor misfortune. The owner of the place came out and quickly provided an estimate, timeline and actual steps that needed to take place. Not only did he deliver but I showed him a error message that my car was displaying and he swiftly diagnosed and corrected the issue (unplugged sensor). I just moved to Texas and was broadsided by a speeding pickup truck that didnt look back. They had dislodged my side view mirror and caused damage to the drivers side door and front quarter-panel. He would provide updates, he called the insurance company several times for me, and he was so professional and kind. Not only was I impressed by the extraordinary customer service, but the quality of the work was higher than my expectations. My Jeep hadn’t looked so clean and nice since I bought it brand new in 2017. I am so happy I chose this body shop!

I could tell that Atnan is knowledgeable after first taking my sons car in for a bumper cover replacement. He knew off the top of his head what parts were needed and how to handle the repair. He was able to use some parts from our old bumper to lower my cost and also fixed a paint blemish in another part of our car, at no charge. The customer service is fantastic, he completed the repair within the time he estimated, and the price is very reasonable. I hope not to need his services anytime soon, but he will be my first choice if I do.

I’m blown away with the quality of work Atnan and his team did! I got a good deal on a 2013 Lexus, but didn’t like the burgundy color. After calling a few places, I felt really good about trusting my car with Atnan. The attention to detail was amazing. He made sure to paint the car the same Pearl White that Lexus offers, and he painted EVERYTHING including the inside of the door frames, under the hood, the door handles etc. Atnan completed the job in the timeframe he promised and for the original amount quoted. American Elite Auto Body did an excellent job replacing, painting, and installing a new bumper on our Honda where some clips had broken. They also replaced roof molding that had worn away along the windshield. The quality of the work was amazing and cost $500 less than what the dealer would have charged for the same work and parts. We appreciated their honesty, showing us their costs for parts and labor upfront and explaining the best way to perform the repair. The job was done on time and as quoted. Plus, when we picked up the car, it looked awesome because they had gone above and beyond by washing it and vacuuming the inside at no extra charge! Were often concerned about whether we can trust what were being told about necessary auto repair or maintenance. American Elite Auto Body takes pride in their work and has earned my familys trust. The shop owner, Atnan, took great care of our unique situation. My husbands 2017 Honda got wrecked & totaled in a bad accident and was recommended to this shop by our towing guy. Amazing work and great prices! The customer service is spot on from the point you walk in to the point your car is finished. I went in for a water leak that was happening above my rear passenger window (coupe), and they got the issue fixed in 1 day! When he was done he took me through the repair process and explained what had happened, how they fixed it, and even tested it. The Hyundai dealership wanted to charge me $150 just to find the issue and a potential $300 to fix it, but the work here cost only 1/5 of the price. I will, and have already, recommend anyone who needs body work to this place.Thank you!!

I had to have my sun visor on the driver side replaced, and he quickly gave me a quote got my part & replaced it for about 1/3 less and with no hassle right away, the next day The other body shops I called gave me such a run around for just a visor, i had the VIN & some still wouldnt give me a quote, they said i had to come in. Some gave me a much higher quote. They had to take a couple weeks to order etc. I will go back to him next time I need work and will recommend him to others

Due to an estimate that made our vehicle be classified as Total we received minimal funds from insurance. In our hope we could find a body shop that would not gouge us, we started searching.We noted that YELP had numerous 5 Star ratings for this body shop - decided to see what they could do. Previous quotes were $7,000+ and when we asked for a minimal cosmetic quote it came in at $4,500+!Aten, The one in charge, looked at the broken paint job, the hail damage, etc and then told me he would make it like it was his car for $3,000! I had a strong impression that Aten was a man of integrity and left the car with him. @ weeks was the estimate. 10 days was the reality!My wife and I were STUNNED at the quality of the work done. I had a great experience at American elite. They updated me on new info the whole way. They did really good work.

I took my car to Atnan to have the fenders, front bumper, headlights, and taillights on my car all changed and then to have the car painted a new color. He was very patient with my indecisiveness on the color, and very informative on issues that came up with my aftermarket parts not fitting properly. After the hurdle of getting the parts figured out, he completely took the car apart and gave it a quality paint job that makes it seem like the car came from the factory pearl white. He painted literally everything except he engine bay and it looks amazing.Atnan, and everyone at American Elite Autobody, are awesome because even when I called back in with some issues I had after the fact (over spray on the windows and leaking hatch) he didnt make me feel like I was a burden customer and worked with me to get the problem solved.When I replace my hood and hatch and need to have my rims redone, I will definitely take it all to him.

My 2014 Honda needed some TLC because of all the rocks that fly around on I-35. It had multiple paint chips and dings. After I had checked around Atnan at American Elite gave me by far the most reasonable estimate. He and his team did a remarkable and professional job repainting the hood. I would highly recommend giving these guys a chance if you need body work done. I would definitely go back to American Elite Auto body.

I am new to the area and my vehicle needed body repairs done as I was cash pay . I found American Elite online and decided to give them a call on a Saturday. I went in for an estimate and Atnan was so nice and made me feel like I could trust him with my car. I decided to leave a downpayment for parts to be ordered. He called me on Monday for me to bring the car in and it was done on Tuesday afternoon. The repair work was awesome and the service was stellar. I appreciate you for the speedy service, car wash and for putting air in my spare tire which you did not have to do. I will definitely be back for more repairs and will definitely recommended your services. Thank you for not taking advantage of a single woman and for your excellent customer service.

I highly recommend American Elite for auto body repairs. I had to get a front bumper replaced on my VW Passat and Atnan and his shop were exceptional from start to finish. He was able to get all the necessary parts quickly and had the replacement bumper painted and ready to go so that all I had to do was bring the car in and give him a couple hours to get the new one installed. It looks brand new and fits in perfectly with the rear of the car. If you want someone experienced you can trust this is the place to go!

My window for my truck fell off the rails since it is an automatic window system. I showed up without an appointment and in sight panic since it was raining outside. They pulled my truck up found the problem and fixed it quickly. I no longer have rain coming in my vehicle. I cant say enough great things about this place. If any of my friends have window problems I know who I’m referring them to.
