Alec took wonderful care of me. My car needed a new bumper and it looks great. I shopped around and I got the best quote from Hester Automotive & Body Shop. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I got there early...about 7:10 am, and Mr. Hester was already there, as he is known to be. He wrapped things up for me, and shared some wonderful stories of times gone by. I really enjoyed sitting and talking to him. I wish he still held those wonderful bbqs there. By far the most honest, trustworthy automotive shop. I’ve had a fuel pump replaced and a window motor repaired. Very fair and reasonable prices and very quick.

They are an amazing business, they will take care of your car and do the best it can be done to fix it, the owners daughter (Tara - I believe) even gave me a ride to work when I dropped off my car. I had a Honda Pilot 2018 to be repaired and they did an excellent job, pretty quick turn out, worked with my insurance, best prices for sure. After my Mazda 3s front right fender and was damaged in an accident, Big Boy and his crew at family owned Hester Automotive took care of me from the time they towed me to the shop to the time I picked it up. It handled like new after the speedy repair (about 2 weeks) and I could not be happier with my choice to trust them with my vehicle. We have been a customers of Hesters for 10 years or so and we absolutely love them! They are always very fast at getting our cars fixed. They are never overly expensive, they always let us know if it isn;t worth it to salvage a car. They have even looked over cars we were going to buy for free so we didnt purchase a lemon (saved us a purchase many times). Recently we had a Lambs (when getting an oil change) tell us that we needed to have $2000 dollars of work done for an oil leak. We took it to Hesters and found it was an antifreeze leak and cost less than $300. I highly recommend them!

Showed up at 4:40 for a quote. Was turned away by the owner without hesitation. Was very superficial damage, they could have taken a few seconds to help but they were more concerned with closing in 20 minutes. Shame. I drove across town based on reccomendations.
