I dropped my car off at the Mays location in Round Rock, TX to repair hail damage to the body and front windshield. Ross who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly and somehow found a front windshield within a couple weeks that was on a couple months back order. The quality and timeliness of the repair was terrific and Ross keep me updated throughout the process. Dont hesitate to see Ross and use this body shop for your car repairs. Im completely happy with my experience!

I kind of think the owners need to do the undercover boss thing and call their own shops from time to time. I called two different ones and both times the people answering the phones really super do not sound like they give a care.Which is fine if you can get your business done via email.Except they dont list an email address. October 2021. Still doing business by phone. Badly at that.Im sorry, I cant trust my vehicle to people who are insistent about not conducting their business efficiently.

Swift efficient service. Our car had a scratch that we thought was more serious than it was. The body shop worker buffed it out and sent us on our way, no charge. The area looks brand new. Im impressed!

I did not think it was professional of the workers who worked on my vehicle to remove my vehicle from my unlimited wifi and insert their own numbers. I had to delete theirs and add mine. Not cool.Body work and repairs were good and their customer service was good as well keeping me informed every week.

This had to be the worst experience ever. The customer service was subpar, I had to keep requesting updates on my vehicle. It took two mints to fix minor scratches on the bumper and side panel. They broke somethings in addition to the work I brought it in for. And when I asked,several times mind you, to get my car back they wouldn’t let me have it back. They said they couldn’t or wouldn’t release it until they were paid by the insurance. I spoke to the insurance and they agreed to pay for the work that was done to that point after explaining how dissatisfied I was to that point. They still refused to let it go stating that they only provide excellent work and if it was released prior to completely completely the car it would be less than quality work. Ok so I again spoke with the insurance that’s the reached out to them offering possible solutions including me singing a wavier that stated I took position prior to completing the job and continued to hold my car hostage. They told me there was no solution and the insurance called to tell there was but they refused to budge. I will never recommend or use this company again. Oh, the so called great quality of work? When I went to pick it up the molding for the side they worked on was sitting inside the car. If they couldn’t finish that correctly, what else did they not do correctly? They will not see my support or money again. I just can’t trust the quality, customer service or timely ness of this company ever again. Caliber Collision thanks but no thanks!

My car looks great! they detailed it, washed it and was ready for me when he said it would be. I stopped by Caliber Collision after purchasing a replacement part for my Infiniti SUV. I fully expected to have to make an appointment and pay to have the part put on my car. Much to my surprise Brad was kind enough to do it while I was there. And at no charge. He is an expert and did it in under 5 minutesI highly recommend Calibur and based on the cars on the lot others like them too .

Very good customer service. They took care of my car promptly and dealt with my insurance company directly. In and out in 4 days.

Everything was fine at first, they kept me informed with the progress on my car and repaired within a reasonable time frame.  However, when inspecting the car at pickup, I noticed what looked like several rock dings on the hood.  I asked what had happened and was told they were there when I brought the car in.  I brought my car in with two dings on the hood.  I know this because prior to taking it in, I had noticed these two and had already ordered a paint pen to cover them.  So however the additional ones got there it happened while my car was at their shop.  This is my first and last time using this shop and I will not recommend to anyone.

I was in a wreck on a Thursday morning. I took my vehicle into Caliber Collision that day and received a call the following Wednesday my car was completed. Brad was so accommodating and helpful. He told us what to expect, when, and even helped us with the rental car with Enterprise! I HIGHLY recommend him! Never had better experience with a body shop. Working with Brad through State Farm insurance was easy, convenient, fast, and professional. My vehicle was ready a week early thanks to Brad and his fast service.

I was recently stuck at work for 5 days during the winter storm, and by the fifth day when I was able to leave, there was an indent of a rather large scale along the front of my car. Someone had lost control of their vehicle on the ice and hit my car, but left nothing to get in contact with them. In light of that, Caliber Collisions took care of the body of my car, and fixed it up like new. I dont trust any other locations with my car, the one on Mays has always been my go to, and will continue to be my go to. A friendly staff, handworkers, and efficient. Their quick, but they dont slack on quality for speed. Thank you for putting up with me every time I go in. Seriously!!

Had to get my car repaired after an accident. This shop was recommended by my insurance company so didnt know if it was a good idea or not. **UPDATE 05/17/21**I RECEIVED A CALL FROM CALIBER COLLISION AND WENT BACK TO THE ROUND ROCK LOCATION TO FURTHER DISCUSS THE ISSUES I HAD.I MUST REITERATE, BRAD WAS PLEASANT TO SPEAK WITH UPON MY INITIAL INTERACTION WITH HIM.TODAY, ALL OF MY ISSUES WERE DISCUSSED IN PERSON AND STEPS ARE CURRENTLY BEING TAKEN TO RECTIFY ISSUES THAT I EXPRESSED. AS PREVIOUSLY STATED, ALL OF THE CALIBER PERSONNEL SEEMED REALLY NICE, EASY TO SPEAK WITH AND TODAY WAS NO DIFFERENT. BRAD LOOKED ME IN THE EYE AND ADDRESSED MY ISSUES LIKE A PROFESSIONAL.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------I took my vehicle in on 4/15/21 to have Hail damage repairs on windshields and body of my car. Jackie and Brad were EXTREMELY NICE and welcoming upon arrival. They helped me after the business was closed and allowed me to check my vehicle in for repair which I appreciated.Being that a huge hail storm caused damage to a majority of round rock residents vehicles, they were very busy which I was fine with because I had another car to use if I needed to travel.My car had been at this location for a few weeks and I received text updates about the progress of repairs every other day, until about 2 weeks later. The completion date was estimated for 4/30 however about a week before said date I hadnt received any other messages so I called to check on things. I was told that they were waiting on another windshield to come in because the first one they got was damaged. They explained my car would be ready the following Monday ;Tuesday at the latest. I okd and waited. Monday came and I didnt receive a call which I was ok with. Tuesday came and still no word back so I called the following Wednesday. At that point I was told the new windshield still hadnt arrived. I then asked for a rough estimate and was told it would be in for sure by Friday.Friday came and went, no calls or texts.Now its week 3 and still no word on anything. I call ever so often for updates and still no word on the windshield...Week 4, a bit frustrated. I am then told that the windshield came in, but theres a part missing and theyre just waiting on that. All the other work is said to be done.I waited again for a few days. No call backs or check ins to update me on anything. I call again and Im told the part came in but my vehicle isnt ready because the glass installer just started installation. Im then told that Id be called back in about 20mins with an update. 20mins turns to an hr, to 2 hrs, to 5... So I call back again and Im told that the windshield will be complete tomorrow morning and I can pick my vehicle up asap.I arrive the next morning and everything seems OK... I pick my vehicle up and start driving home when I notice a blur and distortion when looking at the back windshield through my rear view mirror. It looks strange, almost like a house of mirrors. But I figure Ill just call back when Im not working and use my other vehicle in the mean time again.I call back today to discuss the issue when I notice my car key still has some tape on it from the customer information Tag that was put on it by one of Caliber workers. Upon removing the tape I notice my car key/fob is being held together by the tape.I called and explained my issues and was told to come in at any time to have my problems looked over...This has been a long ordeal. I will head up there either today if I have time or Monday to get more clarification on how things will be rectified.AGAIN, Brad and Jackie are VERY NICE people, but the gaps in communication and not receiving call backs really were disheartening. I didnt want to leave a bad review, nor did I think I would have issues like this, but this was not a pleasant experience at all.

My sons back truck bumper had to be replaced due to being hit in the back in traffic. It was a great experience to have the work done by Caliber Collision. They fixed the bumper in a couple of days and keep me informed on the process and answered any questions I had. When we picked up the truck, the repair and bumper looked good and the truck was washed! Also, we didnt have to pay anything because Caliber Collision will get paid straight from the insurance from the person who hit my son from behind. I highly recommend them!

Great service. I dropped the car off but had to return to retrieve something from my car. I was gone for maybe 45-60 minutes. Upon my return my car had been washed and vacuumed and marked out to show what needed to be done. I then was updated that the car may be done the same day. By late afternoon I got a call to come pick up my car. Jason and the rest of the team where very helpful.

They did an incredible job on my car! It looks brand new, and they did it in a good time frame!They arranged everything with the rental car for me, so I had to do nothing but show up! Totally loved this place and will use it again.

These guys are professional, friendly, and helpful! They dont do what I needed done, so I can speak of their work! But Ive been there 3 different times.. spoke to 3 different people, and all 3 of them were above and beyond. Theyve left an imoression on me, that if I ever need body work done, or know anyone, theyd be the first place Id consider!!

Brad was an excellent service advisor, and their customer service was top notch.After initial repair, there still was a slight paint color mismatch due to old paint fading and poor job done by another shop (from another accident in the past). Although this may not be their fault and I thought it was good enough, they fixed the issue right away to make colors match as close as possible. They even improved the section poorly done at previous shop.Other shops try to justify why things are not exactly the same way as before the accidents. However this shop does everything possible to make sure you’re happy with their work. Brad is the man.

Our car was in a minor accidentally and we went through this company through our insurance. They replaced the damaged parts and it looks brand new. Not only did they do that but they went above and beyond and even cleaned our car. Ross and Jackie did a great job handling my repair and it looks excellent. Also their estimate was @$700 less than David’s Collision in Georgetown.

Vehicle came back not only in perfect condition, but they even cleaned the interior as well and with COVID19, upon delivery sprayed disinfectant throughout the vehicle and wiped it down in my driveway. AWESOME!

I dropped by to get an estimate to fix a dent that was interfering with the driver door (preventing it from opening all the way). I was quickly helped and we discussed options. Since it is an older and rugged truck, I opted to just have the dent pulled out for door clearance. It took about five minutes and I wasnt even charged! I wish I had taken it in sooner! This is the third time I have used this location. Each time has been for different ranges of damage. My most recent experience was for a total loss, which brings many levels of stress. I had never been in an accident before or needed collision repair work done, so I was unfamiliar with the process. I chose Caliber Collision at the Mays location because they had great reviews and were close to home. I was blown away! They were all very friendly and helpful and patient with all my questions. Jason kept me informed with everything being done to my car and I felt I could trust him and the work that was being done. My Icar looks better than new and was cleaned and polished when I picked it up. The work was done in the timeline they told me and was ready on the day they said it would be! My truck was injured in an accident they fixed it promptly and very detailed. They kept me afloat if any changes.

This place is great. I had my Honda Pilot in a few months back. The left front side had to be mostly replaced. Which left the right headlight looking rather sad next to its new counterpart. They went out of their way and buffed the old headlight to look like new at no charge.But here is the kicker... This morning, I was locked out of my car across the street from them. I called Caliber because I didnt know what else to do. They came over in less than 5 minutes and I was back in my car asap. Once again, no charge. Shout out to Austin! Thank you so much!

I had a series of events happen with my car and I ended up at Caliber Collision. Brad took my car in and promised me it would be done within a week. Bonny was the technician that did an amazing job! Brad was in contact with me and came through on his promise that my car would be done within the proper timeframe. When I got my car it looked like it was brand new! This place is amazing! I got referred here by my Honda dealership after they spent 2 hours trying to figure out what was wrong with my car.The dealership had sent me to the wrong collision center and I was under the impression that caliber could help me with what I needed, under my dealerships warranty (silly I know!)When scheduling my appointment everyone was kind, understanding, and accommodating even though what I was asking made no logical sense .When I got there the service was incredibly friendly and professional. They offered to take a look at it before pointing me in the direction of the correct collision center. I explained what was going on with my car and it only took Brad one quick look under my hood to assess the situation and fix it!If I ever have any problems with my car I will definitely be back for the exceptional service and expertise!!

On drop off, they had transportation pick up there before I was even done showing the damaged area to be addressed.
