Raul the owner is fantastic. The shop is clean and I well kept. Im waiting for a bid for a dent in my car.

Raul runs a tight clean shop and his quote was detailed and accurate. Some shops have the habit of glossing over things and hitting you with them later on once your committed to the job. I am a detail oriented person and I noticed a few things on my Jaguar that would absolutely need replacement in order to have the job done right. Rubber window and roof trim parts that were sun damaged. I took my car for 4 quotes and 3 never mentioned it. Raul immediately pointed these things out and included them in his quote. Always remember you get what you pay for. If your a 99cent menu dollar store person you might be better at MAACO they are cheap yes but there work is garbage. I see a few negative comments here the one young lady mentioning missing a few quotes in a row and then being surprised when a busy company doesnt have time for her anymore makes me giggle to myself a bit. As for the others claiming that he was unprofessional rude well I found that absurd. Excellent shop that speaks for itself when you walk through it. Furthermore if youre looking to commit fraud you might want to go somewhere less professional. This shop receives a Solid 5 star from me.

Had some major damage to the front of my truck caused by a uninsured semi cutting me off. Raul and his guys took great care of my truck and now it looks and feels like new. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone who values quality and craftsmanship over speed and low price.

I never got work done here because of a few reasons but I did want to comment on the service I received that led to this review.I received Ravens Auto Body info through Grand Imports, a place I had previously gotten work done on my car. I was needing to have both of my side mirrors replaced and painted and they recommended him to me. The first conversation I had with Raul the owner was really good. Sadly, after that, it was almost impossible to reach him.I missed a few times to bring my car in for a quote and when I finally did, I was quoted $563. He ended up being cheaper than one other company, Daves Ultimate Automotive, who quoted $650 for the same job. The entire time I was getting these quotes and asking questions, I was going through the front desk rep because he was either out to lunch or out of the office when I called or stopped by.In the end, after a few weeks had passed and now I needed it to be rushed, I decided not to do the paint and just buy the mirrors myself and he quoted me $250 just to replace the mirrors. The mechanic I went to instead did it for $60, so of course I felt that was a huge difference and is the reason for my review. I saved myself almost $200 by not going through Ravens Automotive. Im not advising to not choose them for the work you need done, just make sure you get a few estimates before you get the work done. My mirrors are perfect now thanks to another honest mechanic.

I have taken my daughters car here two times and have had excellent service and work. This past time she was rear-ended and Raul walked me through the insurance process and arranged for a rental. Her car was done quicker than estimated. The work is flawless and paint matches perfectly. He also painted and installed a side mirror that I have had problems with matching the paint. If you want fast, honest and high quality work, I highly recommend them.

Great people, service and professionalism. Raul helped me with my door. He and his team and extremely helpful and down to earth. I highly recommend them and would use them for all my repair needs.

Raul is a fierce customer advocate in the face of stubborn insurance companies who dont want to pay for appropriate parts. His work was perfect as the vehicle looks like new, and over the course of one interaction Ive come to trust him and Raven Auto body considerably. Would recommend this shop.

Best place by far!!! I was getting some cosmetic stuff fixed on my car and paying out of pocket. I had five different body shops look at the damage, Not only was Raven the cheapest, they did amazing work, quick repair and by far had the nicest staff around!!!! I have NEVER been to a body shop that had people so pleasant to work with, every interaction was amazing!!!! Thank you guys so much and I will definitely be back (if needed) LOL!!

My car (2012 Toyota Camry) had some damage to the front bumper and undercarriage so I took it over to Raven Auto Body and met the owner Raul. His shop took care of the car and got me back on the road quickly. Same Day Service - it was a terrific experience. I would strongly recommend them.

A rear door on my Ford didnt close well and wouldnt open because it wasnt aligned properly. Raul fixed it in half a day and for way less than I thought it was going to be. Amazing work, guys, thanks!!!!

Raul the owner is a liar. I do not use that word lightly. He gave me my keys and a receipt and then called my wife and told her I walked out without paying could she bring the money by. He did a childish paint job that does not match. Use someone else. I have a final bill of sale. He would like for people to believe I walked in and stole my car the keys and the final bill of sale.

Did a terrific job on my wifes car, worked completed a day early and interior was cleaner than when they recieved it.

Had an estimate by Raul. He was up front, completely honest, and made me a customer for life in a 15 minute time frame.

Worst service ever, son father team has anger issues. I politely asked if it would be done the day they told me it would, and they cursed at me and told me i was calling them a liar
