Chris Haywood and company did an amazing job fixing the hail damage on my Tacoma. They were very professional. It looks like I just bought my truck. It was also detailed when I picked it up. I had no issues with quality or communication with Autocrafters. Should I need body work again I will use Autocrafters. I highly recommend them.

My Honda was side was side swiped on the drivers side, while I wasnt present in the car. The damages didnt look too bad, but I had to find a place that performed auto body collision repairs due to the nature of the accident. I heard from a good friend of mine that Autocrafters Inc does an amazing job with what I needed, as he had done business with Autocrafters in the past. I gave them a call and spoke with both Chris and Buddy throughout my experience. They were both extremely friendly and very helpful with walking me through the process on what needed to be repaired and how insurance needed to be handled.After taking my car to Autocrafters, Chris and Buddy were able to get all the pictures (for the insurance company) and assess the vehicles damages to see what needed to be repaired in a very professional and timely manner. While time wasnt exactly a factor for me, it took roughly 2-3 weeks between needing to get things approved by the insurers insurance company and repairing the entire left side of my vehicle.Chris and his team did such an amazing job I thought I was looking at a new car. As an added bonus the car was detailed, too! I will never forget such an amazing experience and Im forever grateful for Chris and his team for doing such an amazing job. Thank you so much!!

Working with the guys at Autocrafters was an absolute breeze! I have never had an experience be so easy flowing. Any question I had it was answered right away and with plenty detail! Not only was the customer service top notch, but you would never tell my truck ever had any damage to it! Looks brand new! Great place!

My car was hit at H-E-B (no note, of course) while I was shopping, I took it to the new owners at Autocrafters upon recommendation and they repaired my car for me and were very helpful. I was happy that you couldn’t even tell it was in an accident. I really appreciated the way they treated me as a woman and the way my car was cleaned and detailed like brand new.

I went to Autocrafters as a result of a collision a month ago and was very happy with the results. Its a local, family owned business that has been around for over 20 years and you will most likely work with the owner Scott or his wife. He will fight against those cheap insurance companies to get your vehicle the best replacement parts and the process will be very easy on your end. They are honest and good about communication as well as ensuring customer satisfaction overall. Id recommend them!

I am posting this on the behalf of my 90 year old father who took his car in for repair and in return got dismal work, over charged and taken advantage of. He was very upset and utterly displeased and our family will not be using this establishment again.

Unfortunately for us, but fortunately for anyone who is reading this review looking for the best in autobody repair....this is the place to get your wreck repaired.I have had a long relationship with the owner Scott over the years, and I always take my wrecked vehicles to him for repair. He does stunningly beautiful work. Its the best in the industry. Not only that, hes really nice too!When our Toyota Solara got hail damage from the 2009 storm, and was repaired to the tune of over $11,000 dollars, he made it look like new!

I called asking about hours, the person (male) on the phone gave me the hours, then asked what I had. I went to explain that I had a new (unpainted) front fascia I wanted to have put on and I had some old vinyl stripes removed and that I would like to have the top of the car touched up and possibly the stripes painted on. Before I could explain that, he cuts me off, telling me that they do not do full paint jobs like that, that they do collision work, I tried to explain that the front had been in a collision and he cuts me off again, telling me hes not interested.Imagine that, a body shop not interested in doing body work? OH! I see! Maybe its because he couldnt smell insurance money on the deal. So, buyer beware, I guess if you have hail damage across the top of your car, he wouldnt be interested in that either, or if you have a tree branch scrape along the top of your car, thats not what they do either.I learned all I need to about this place, my Roush Mustang will NOT be pulling into their parking lot. Its a shame too, Im one of those who would have done some great free advertising considering Im all over this state.
