Popped in during what turned out to be a very busy time and James was so understanding and helpful. He went above and beyond by still checking the tires and filling when I planned to come back at a less busy time. When that pesky nail showed up front and center they were able to quickly resolve. The worst service ever! 0 stars! Stay away from this company, especially from this location! Absolutely disappointed as it was just a waste of time and money. Ill never come back and never use Firestone anymore!

After 6 visits, the last 2 ended in disaster. I was excited to get a fire stone in this area when it first opened. After today’s incident I know I will not go back. When I couldn’t explain to the store manager more details around a wobbly wheel sound, I asked if the person that set up the appointment could help me. He said no. My voice became shaky because I didn’t know how to answer his questions better. He said “I don’t think I should be working on your vehicle”. I left. This is the second manager since March at this me location. I wasn’t loud, I didn’t use bad language. More than anything I just felt like crying.

They honored a generous online coupon and listed prices. Also provided details on many aspects of my vehicle from their inspection then presented fair reasonable prices lower than other shops in the area have quoted me. Polite professional service and convenient location.

Do not trust this location. Sales associates use manipulative sales tactics and lies to get their commission bonuses. They act super friendly and honest but DO NOT practice what they preach. Ive included my experience below:I walked in an immediately was greeted with a friendly face and exceptional customer service. I needed only a tire alignment and rolled back onto the road an hour and a half later. To my surprise my car continued to pull right. I called Mike and set up an appointment for the following morning at 9:00AM to reassess my car. Arriving on time they didnt take my car back for 45 minutes. I was told my tires must be the problem (all but one had full tread) and swapping them around would tell us if they did or not. After a swap Mike tried to push me to buy 4 new tires from Firestone as there was still a slight pull left. This is when the alarm bells went off in my head as I was effectively told that I needed to replace my tires NOW in order to prevent them from wearing out faster (only consequence of a slight pull). I now suspect they intentionally did not correct my alignment in order to try to sell me tires I DID NOT NEED. Having someone else look at my alignment verified that after all that they never aligned my tires.Ive also heard stories (cant confirm them so trust with your own discretion) of customers who bought tires and brakes from them and were told by an inspector that the tires and/or brakes were never replaced! They take advantage of the trust the sales associates build and use it to rob their customers blind. Go literally anywhere else.

This was one of the best experiences I have had getting tires. These guys were so helpful, explained everything they were doing, showed me everything they were doing, even gave me some discounts & some freebies! I will definitely be back! A+

They refuse to do a basic oil change. They said the cheapest oil change they could possibly do for a pickup truck is $85. I think thats pretty ridiculous and very little morals. I would stay away from this company. It put out nice little ads for oil changes and then refuse to honor it all. Absolutely disgusting and wasted my time

This has to be the biggest waste of time that I was forced to endure from any Firestone that I have ever been to. All I needed was to change ONE tire that I had Road side hazard warranty on. They made me wait over 5 hours to simply change out ONE tire. They didnt even install it. If I waited for them to install it as well I would have been waiting in that Firestone for so long that all that would have been left of me would have been a goddam skeleton.Please be aware of how unbelievably horrible the service is at this location.

I absolutely recommend Roger, Store Manager and his team at Firestone at this location. We have all our household vehicles maintain by Roger. What I appreciate the most is that they live by their mission statement a company and team to be trusted. They have a consultative approach and honesty and reliable. Ive been a customer with Firestone for over 8 years and one reason that I come back is because of the quality people like Roger and his team.

Honest. Redid tpms programming when they could have oversold services

Quick turn around time. Disappointed because I asked for a specific tire size that I was in need of and came back with a completely different tire size on my car than requested. Now I have to take time out of my day to get it situated. Not to mention the tires were balanced incorrectly.

The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced! I am not kidding. These guys know what they’re doing. I felt completely comfortable from the initial appointment set up all the way to finish service. Don’t go anywhere else to get your vehicle serviced but here. Again I’m not kidding!!!

This place is great. It was a holiday and they took my appointment and gave me a inspection. Really nice group.

I had a bad experience at a different Firestone once and vowed I would never go back. I really needed new tires and only Firestone was available for appointment the next day so I swallowed my pride and made an appointment for early morning. When I got there Mike had just opened the doors and he had the most positive and friendly attitude that I truly think it made me have a great day. He was super knowledgable and honest which is a super bonus in my book! Thank you Mike and Firestone staff!

The moment I entered the store I was welcomed by James one of the front desk associates. James was professional and great to deal with. He kept me updated throughout the whole process of working on my car. I would recommend this store for everyone looking for great service.

Im visiting this area, from Dallas. Spoke to Roger, he was honestly very helpful and straight up with me. I had been wanting to buy new tires preferably 2 but Roger helped me out with the pricing and I ended up getting all 4 new tires. All and all, Im very satisfied with my service here.

They performed alignment to my car, my car didnt actually need alignment. They charged me the full price, but then after I filled out the survey, they got back to me to issue a refund.

Attentive, knowledgeable, and professional staff. This location was everything you come to expect from a household name like Firestone. No appointment needed but are available to do so if thats what you need done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Really good fast service and Nicholas is a great friendly tech, only issue I had is they try to upset you a lot. If you know your battery is not dying or you dont need new spark plugs dont get them.I came in for an alignment total was 96 dollars

Great Customer Service. I bought 4 set of tires BRIDGESTONE POTENZA RE-71R last month. They matched and applied Costco $110 discount on the tires which were already listed less (atleast $15 per tire) than Costco. Also I was able to get the rebate (for $70) applied online which I received within 3 weeks. They even reduced Hazard protection cost less as Costco was giving free 5 years protection. So effectively I saved a little more here. The wait time is much less. They also did free alignment check. Great experience overall.

Took too long

They tried to sell me 4 new tires when I went in because 1 had a Chunk of the side wall missing. The tires only had 28K miles on them and plenty of tread left. If anything it should have been 2 new ones. Than when I picked it up the tire light was on. They told me to just drive it around. When I told them I just has the light come on due to the cold and it turned off right away they still tried to argue with me. Once they added air the light turned off before I even started it. Even if I did need to drive it, they should have done that to make sure the lights were off before I picked it up.
