I was in a crunch and needed my front brakes & rotors done on the same day. I called Christian Brothers and they were able to get me in the same day & get the work done on the same day. They offered complimentary shuttle service to & from my apartment. They were very patient with me, seeing as though I was doing all of this with 4 year old with me. It was the end of a very hot day and I pulled in to Christian Bros. to ask about getting my state inspection…. not expecting to get it done so late in the day … wishful thinking. I was told it could be done the next day and to go into the office to make an appointment as they were busy today. I went into the office and asked about an appointment and the man I spoke to out in the service area came in and spoke to the appointment maker. I heard words like juggle and switch around and next thing I know they made special adjustments to get me in right away and within 20 minutes my inspection was done and I was on my way home. Best customer service ever! I walked in without an appointment and while they were very busy, they were very friendly, patient, and more than happy to help. The waiting area is really clean, there is nice music playing, and great reading material available as well. I highly recommend these guys for all of your automotive needs! Christian Brothers was great! Nobody wants to have they’re transmission go out on them but it happened!! Luckily I had an extended warranty which covered the majority of the repair cost…Nathan helped me navigate the warranty and helped out in so many ways!! The repair was done when they said it would be which amazed me…The whole team was courteous and professional and made a tough situation a good one…two thumbs up for these guys 👍👍

Ive been to a couple of Christian Brothers locations. My first time at the Round Rock one did not disappoint! Went in for an oil change and fuel injector clean out. They found some minor things with the courtesy inspection. I declined the extra work, as they were simple fixes. However, I was pleasantly surprised they went ahead and replaced the high brake light above the trunk for free! Also really appreciate their pick up and drop off service.

Ive used Christian Brothers in several locations in the Austin area. They never disappoint with service, courtesy, quick responses and great comunication.My power steering apparatus had developed a leak making turning almost impossible. They took it in, made a fair estimate, and I drove it off the next day. Its one of those things you dont expect to happen, but the car is 12 years old; I was grateful and quite pleased.

Had some issues with my cooling system, had my truck towed in and they were super helpful over the phone and extremely fast to work and finish my truck. They even picked my wife and I from our house to get our truck early in the morning. Definitely coming back and work with Fred in the future.

Weve been using Christian Brothers, since the early 2000snds. I have trusted them completely 100 percent. To most they seem a bit high in price, but they are fast honest and will work to get you the service needed on your repair. Normally I have always had my repairs done in no more than two days. We recently purchased a vehicle that needed a head to toe diagnosis, it needed multiple repairs and was spitting codes like a poisonous cobra! They realized I was in need, so they put on their eye protection along with snake chaps, and removed this cobra for us. This project was costly yes, but they gave me an honest and detailed assessment of what was needed. I was able to discuss my concerns prior to any bolt being turned. So I say for me, we are blessed, and extremely fortunate to have crossed paths with this very reputable Automotive Repair shop. They are clean 👌, they are professional👌, and they are just what we needed. Thank you guys, We are truly pleased with your service. Absolutely 💯 percent.. 5 Stars

This place is awesome. Three repair places and finally my old mini van fixed. Very nice people, helpful, and very professional. Kind of expensive... but you get what you pay for now a day. They are honest and I will go back, if needed. FYI-We went to multiple repair places, Firestones, Jerrys Garage... all here in Round Rock. Jerrys garage didnt charge me, but Firestone sure did each time. Ultimately it was Firestones faulty part and work, but they would take the time to duplicate the issue to fix it while under year warranty.Christian Brothers did! We appreciate the time they took and they gave us a 3 year warranty!!! Worth every penny.

Another great Christian Brothers experience. I didnt have an appointment but called right when they opened, and they had an opening at 2pm that same day! Ryan was very nice and helpful in explaining everything they did for my car, even though it was just a routine oil change. We just waiting inside the waiting area and there were snacks and drinks which was nice touch! I highly recommend this place.

I liked everything about my experience at Christian Brothers Automotive. I had an appointment right when they opened. They were on-time opening and got me in right away. The state inspection they did was done very quickly. They were kind enough to tell me what radio station was playing in the lobby when I asked and also offered alternatives. I would 100% come back here for any service needed.

Very good experience working with CBA on some accident repairs though insurance. Despite parts being delayed in delivery, CBA was prompt, courteous, and professional in communication and went the extra mile to deliver quicker than estimated each time. Quick and easy. I got my car towed here because it would no longer start. They installed a new battery and provided a full detailed report of all major/minor issues online for me to review and approve. This was my second visit with CBA Round Rock. Just like the first visit, I was welcomed with a friendly smile, class, and nothing but respect. You can tell these employees love what they do, and that translates into the quality of work performed on your vehicle. I came in for an oil change and state inspection. I opted to stay in the front office as my vehicle was being serviced. The appointment took slightly longer than expected, however I was given updates throughout the entire process by the front staff. Once my car was ready, the staff ended up covering the cost of the inspection due to the additional wait. This level of customer service is one I havent seen many times before. Extremely satisfied customer here. Ill be coming back to this location for years to come.

My wheel bearing was shot. So they replaced it with a new part and were able to get it done the same day early in that afternoon. My car is not noisy anymore and I trust these guys implicitly. They showed me the trouble on their computer software screen so I could understand exactly.

Got an estimate a cupple months back on an ac condenser when I got it I was a little worried because of the price it took a cupple months to save up for it but I did took it back called day before part was there when I brought it in next day works great would definitely use them again

Have been to this location a few times over the years and I appreciate their promptness and their car report and payment methods (sending links for you to review over the web without being there).My only concern is that during my recent visit only one of the front desk members had a mask on, and the other two didnt, the one helping me being one of them. I thought it was still mandated for businesses in Travis/Williamson County, but guess not. Just wish they had mentioned this prior to me arriving.

I had a great experience at Christian Brothers Automotive. Their staff was all very knowledgeable and friendly, and they are honest about what maintenance/repairs you may need. So many auto shops tack on additional repairs that you don’t understand, and are hard to trust, but this experience was so much better. I highly recommend using this group for any inspections/repairs.

I took my car for its annual inspection.I had called a few hours earlier that same day for an appointment.Although they were quite busy, the inspection was performed in less than one hour.The waiting room was clean, comfortable, with complementary beverages, snacks, and WiFi.It is easy to recommend their professional services.

I can’t tell you how awesome these guys are! They’re so fast and professional and they actually care about helping you! I have a hard to fit schedule of when I can get my car worked on and both times I’ve taken it here, they fit me in somehow, when the dealership couldn’t, and took such good care of my car. The first time was for a tune up and oil change before I went on a road trip and one of the guys I talked to knew exactly where I where I was headed and gave me great tips of where to stop along the way. Most importantly, as a woman who knows a decent bit about cars, I didn’t feel talked down to or like I was getting the run-around, like I have at many other places.

I have been taking my vehicle to Christian Brothers for about 2.5 years. First to the Hutto location (which was also fabulous, then to round rock! I love the crew at Round Rock, I have never had any issues with their service! (And I have had a ton of service done at their location!) Nathan has pretty much been my “counter guy” for the last few visits, and he is ALWAYS friendly, patient and helpful!! I love that there is snack and beverage on hand, and the lobby and bathroom are always clean!! I love that the music is praise and worship and the atmosphere is peaceful! Went well. Fast service, and kept me up to date via texts. Got a digital report on everything wrong, before I ever paid a cent. They even called and went over the report, letting me know everything wrong. Definitely my preferred garage of choice.

I made an appointment with my dealership and I was just prepared to pay whatever it took because I needed to trust the repair but when I went in they told me it would be 2 to 3 days to just run a diagnostic on my car. I have work this wasnt possible for me so I left and just drove with no a/c in Texas heat. Christian Brothers got me an appointment same week, had answers for me by end of day and provided a shuttle to pick me up. I am never going anywhere else.

I was given a timeframe of how long it should take and that it would be handled safely as well. When I was calling around to find a place to take my car to get diagnosed for the engine light, I was skeptical of everywhere I called. Service providers were either trying to get me off the phone quickly or just said bring it in. I knew what the code was due to my code scanner. I called CB in Round Rock and talked to Ryan. Ryan took just enough time to answer my questions and to give me quotes I asked for of things he could give quotes on, like cabin filter replacement, driver belts replacement, brake fluid exchange and such. He talked me through some things and totally earned my trust. Then once I dropped off the vehicle they all communicated to me every single step of the way. They explained the HUGE QUOTE they gave me, and why they put the service in the quote. For example, I just bought this used car and so they explained why they suggested and quoted a tune-up. They also sent pics of things leaking and such. Either way, we talked through the large quote, decided what needed immediate attention and how to move forward. They were all extremely helpful! Andrew, the manager, explained all of the mechanical issues and was super helpful through the whole transaction as well. The aftermath? The car runs great! It runs so much smoother, I can tell what they suggested was what it really needed. The car runs much better. I highly recommend this place. Oh, and not all Christian Brothers are created equal, well in trustworthiness, yes, but in responding in a timely manner not so much. The day I went to pick up my car, it had to stay a couple of days, I received a quote from the other Christian Brothers in Cedar Park. I mean, I was a million miles ahead of them already, I had my car back and fixed by then! But this location was amazing every step of the way! I say yes to CB in Round Rock.

We have used Christian Brothers since we moved back to Texas. My car is 11 years old and this is the only place I take my car. They are very through and do repairs based on what you request; however, they also do a check of your car to make sure it is running at optimum level. Last time I took my car in, they noticed some things that needed to be changed, such as steering fluid. They not only tell you about the potential repairs needed, but provide you with pictures. What is so wonderful about this location is they don’t pressure you into doing the repairs. They list the repairs and suggest what needs to be done first, for your safety, but the final decision is always yours. I trust this company and the people working there.

I thought that even though they did a good job, it was extremely pricey for what I had done. I had a secondary alternator replaced thats sits in a very easy spot to work on. I was charged $427 for this service and I supplied the alternator. I replaced it myself six months ago and it only took me an hour. The only reason I didnt do it myself this time was because I had a sprained wrist. I felt taken advantage of.

Spent the Friday before Easter running errands around Austin when my F150 started making a sound like the wheels were going to pop off the axle. Pulled in and they worked us into the schedule in 30-45 mins. Diagnosed the problem as the 4 wheel drive trying to engage and it was a failing vacuum valve. Their advice got us home safely. Thanks for all the help

I’m a Christian Brothers fan for life. The staff is so courteous and accommodating. Andrew, in particular, went above and beyond to help me get my car where it needed to be to pass inspection and insure that I was safe while driving. And I can tell you as a nurse, the waiting area was as clean as any room I’ve been in since the whole CoVID thing started. From start to finish, this experience greatly exceeded any expectations I had. In the automotive world, they deserve 10 stars, 5 just isn’t enough.

Love taking my truck there. I never feel like they are up charging me. My husband wasnt available when the suggestions came in on what to have done on my truck. I was at loss. But I called and talked to Jose and he helped me figure out just what to do.

Got our state inspections done here. 2 cars. They were able to knock us both out pretty quickly, were professional, kind, patriotic and respectful. Appreciate their service.

I took my truck in because a hose coupler snapped. I told them to do an oil change while it was there as well as fix the leaking windshield fluid. They called me and of course had a list of things wrong with the vehicle that I didnt need done. I was told it was gonna be $400 to change the windshield wiper pump. The pump was $50 and it took 30 min to change. I know this because I had to take it back twice because the pump didnt work, twice! On top of that, the transmission fluid was way to overfilled and now my transmission is leaking. I dont even trust them to drain the fluid properly to get it at the proper level. Definitely wont be taking anything back there ever again.

The employees greeted me using my last name which I found refreshing, respectful.We went over why I made the appointment and they got started.The waiting room was clean and stocked with snacks and magazines. Christian radio played. I ended up playing on my phone while I waited.Other customers came in, most wearing masks. We sat separated and were able to talk to one another and keep each other healthy.I gave them permission to look over the entire vehicle. They found some issues that need to be addressed and sent me home with an itemized list, with prices, so I could make plans to get those issues repaired on my timeline/budget.I am a loyal Christian Brothers customer and will use them again for my next repair needs.
