I called AAA in a time of need and they said they could send a tow truck in about an hour.. The best part is that the tow truck driver actually arrived within 20 mins or less. Great Job AAA. This is why i always will have AAA on my side.

Usually they are the best no problems but my last tow experience was not okay. Miscommunication, had to wait and played the waiting game for 4 hours.

AAA customer in California for years. I agreed when moving to Texas to use AAA of Texas based on the quote I was given. During closing on my house, I was informed by AAA I was covered for the house and everything was good. Then, after I got in, I went to set up my auto and they sent me a quote that was $600 higher. I was told, oh, you dont get the multi-policy discount anymore as we did your home under a different company (even though you have a AAA home agent). When I asked why, they said it was because we were more than 5 miles from a fire station. It turns out we are 5.2 miles (and almost a straight shot). So I told them if I dont get the discount, they dont get my business. So I cancelled and went through Liberty Mutual (who were great). Problem is, I didnt get a full refund back on the Homeowners Insurance. I understand paying for the 28 days I was under the other one - no problem there - but I am out $100 in fees to a company I didnt ask to have. Oh, and for those giving 5 stars because of a AAA card, I still have my card, just wont use the Insurance again... two different things.

Got my International Drivers Permit here on Jan 22. Very nice location, no wait time. If you dont bring your own pictures its $36.24 including tax. Highly recommend.

AAA cant be beat for peace of mind. Not only can you get auto assistance with them, you can get vacation planning, renters and auto insurance. My vehicle is a 2019, with an extended warranty. However! I refuse to not go with AAA. I have traveled in other persons vehicles which had problems along the way. As the driver was in a panic, I calmly called AAA to give us a jump start and check the alternator. We were back on the road! AAA helped me plan the perfect Disney World trip and gave me Trip Tiks for the drive. I now have given AAA memberships to my niece and nephew as gifts.

Trip planning was ready early. Very little waiting. Plenty of maps and information for each state I will pass through.

Got my international driver license here. It was quick, no waiting.

I had confirmed an appointment for my dog the day before Christmas. Went to drop dog off found out they gave my appointment away. Spoke with the receptionist to fix it. She was rude and unhelpful. Finally was offered a 4 pm appointment, when I picked up the dog she had two cuts on her from the scissors. Do not take your puppy to these groomers.
