Service wasnt the best. Tried to set up auto pay and she wasnt successful with it. Maybe she was having a bad day.

They dont know customer service here. Had to pull helpfulness out of lady E and Manager. Other lady associate was not personable either, just trying to make a quick sale. No one here is customer oriented; will not be returning to this store.

Jackie is really rude, whispering stuff under her breath. Raised her voice when I asked her if a soft or hard inquiry is done when they apply for financing. “There is no inquiry done!” Tossed my ID on the counter when she was giving it back.

OMGGGGGGG Im super done with METRO PC, super disappointed. Switched to sprint 5 unlimited lines for $100 plus free phones. No contract, no social needed. Plus I got $500 in my A+ credit union account in time for the holidays. If youre tired of paying too much i advice you to go to sprint off 79 and red bud @round rock and ask for zainab.

I was judged and sobbed away bcuz I was asking about receiving prepaid calls from a jail. She cursed at me and there were 3 other customers in the store. I felt belittled and humiliated the way I was talked to. And then I didnt get any of my issues resolvedI will be changing service all g with about a dozen people I know

Sold me a screen protector for $15 that didnt fit it and then I noticed the receipt says that accessories are not returnable. I havent used it. Clearly a scammer place. STAY AWAY from these crooks.

I think that customer service could improve a little more and when you take a phone to say that it is not working well, the answer is that you have to update buying a new phone, what perhaps would be better is to tell you you have to remove files, photos or applications that are consuming your memory. And thats one of the reasons and others
