We were very satisfied with the service we got at this location. The rep showed himself to be very knowledgeable and understanding of our needs for service.

Boost mobile really sucks they have the worst service and the worst customer service I would really recommend not going with them

Absolutely Disgusting service. Ive been calling he store since I got back from Las Vegas in July 2020 and not one single time have they picked up the phone so I can check and make sure they have the phone in stock that I would like to purchase. Why do they even have a store phone?; its so disheartening.

Horrible no matter the location. You’d be better off getting a phone plan to have data the full billing month.

Pam was a big help smart girl she knew what to do my daughter texted me a photo and when I zoom in it went to a different photo what the hoots she cleared my data without messing nothing up on my phone other then fixing the problem Thank you pam your awesome I dont care what any one says your awesome!

Poor Selection of phones and the specials are not very reliable brands to begin with.

Went in with so many worries and questions and the young man that was there today was so very helpful and took care of me. He was very polite and respectful and if I ever have to go back, Ill he going back to this location.

Was not happy with the service at the round Rock location on Mays. The worker was talking with some lady that just walked in while she was helping me. Wont be going back.

After dealing with over the phone customer service for 3 days and completly frustrated amd not getting anywhere I decided to go i to the round rock location. Itzel helped me and fixed my daughters phone in NO TIME! She was very very helpful and I highly recommend Itzel to help anyone that maybe having troubles with their pbones or anything related to boost, she knows her job well and was a great pleasure to deal with. Very sweet friendly and wonderful customer service!!!!!

Called store when Google displayed it was open, before driving 20 miles.. phone answered and hung up? Lets take a chance and drive?? Get to the store asked about special, completely different than what Boost website offers!! Way more 💰!!! SMH SAVE YOUR TIME AND GAS!!! And the person helping was very rude and offered no solutions!!

The GPS marks that they open at 9 in the morning, drive 15 minutes and it turns out that it is not open, it is almost 10 AM, irresponsible people, so they want business if they do not attend it and incidentally they waste our time
