Dominic was super! He had a lot of knowledge about the product and was very friendly! He wanted to reapply my screen protector because there was a speck of dust (I didn’t see it) but the fact that he wanted to do it all over again showed his integrity. I appreciate his honesty. I’ve used this shop a handful of times in the past few years. They are always, kind, quick and do an excellent job. I’ve purchased phones and accessories, and had phones repaired. I have been happy with all products and services.Also, I’ve usually dealt directly with the owner. So, you really get the small shop treatment vs the corprate chain feel!

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE! It is super pricey, also I got my iPhone X Max screen fixed here and within one hour I had to drive all the way back to this place because the screen was popping off. They fixed it and now not even a year later the screen is popping off my phone again, and I take extra care of my phone. I called and Owner told me that once it’s passed 30 days they are not responsible, he just wants money. Stay away!

Dominick checked my phone and gave me an estimate. He also applied my screen protector at no charge! Ill be back to get my old phone fixed when I return from vacation.

We have put off getting my sons tablet fixed for a long time because the pricing has been outrageous. Only by chance did we find our new repair shop while out for dinner at Cicis Pizza (kids choice). The staff at The Cell Experience are very friendly. They beat all of the previous quotes by a mile! This family is leaving this Borinquen run establishment with a smiling Mom and a happy dancing little boy!

I am a mother of teenagers (this means I will be back in) and I can say these guys have been able to save the iPhones I have brought in to them. There was one that was not repairable and they did not charge for the attempt to try and fix it. They were honest with me from the beginning. Who doesnt appreciate honesty? This place is great! We had a broken charging port on our BLU phone, and this was the only place that could work on it. They have amazing prices, and they fixed the phone very quickly. Ive had them replace a cracked screen on a phone and ended up going back to have them fix it again when the screen started to pop up a day later. They were cool about it and gave me options on getting it right. I appreciated that attitude to fix it the way I wanted. I also bought a practically new phone, unlocked, for a great price. I think these guys are fair and will treat you right.

I have an iPhone 7 Plus and had to fix my screen and lcd. It cost a total of $118 with tax. AMAZING. The other place I was going to go to was going to charge me $200. My phone looks so perfect. Def recommend this place. They were also so friendly and nice.

This business was first in responding to my request for service (among 3 others). Service was quick, price was reasonable (iphone screen replacement). They even threw in a screen protector! Cant ask for more!

Took my phone for a simple screen fix. Left with a phone that does not work anymore. Again phone was working perfectly just need a new screen. They gave me a million excuses on why it happened. Not once did they offer to rectify the situation. Dont go to these people. They cant even change a screen in a phone without breaking it!! A response to your response. Do what I should have done people read the reviews. Im not the first person to say this about this company. Again my phone was working fine other than it need a new screen. After being replaced with a bad screen. My phone has been acting up ever since. Let me repeat my phone was working fine before I brought it to you guys to change the screen. All your double talk will not change that fact!!

Wanted to get cracked Nexus 6 screen repaired. I just wanted to give them money in exchange for a service, not have a debate. If someone wont quote me a price to just do what I ask and is more worried about how else I can repair it or pay for it, I cant see doing business with them.

Needed to get a quick screen since the one I ordered online came in wrong. They will sell you a screen on site without trying to have them instal it which is amazing! Installed it was working fine with all buttons however after we power cycled twice the home screen and volume stopped

Would not recommend if you are looking for a long lasting quality repair. Although my screen was repaired, their fix left my phone uselessReplaced my LCD with a used one - I can tell because the screen they used has instagram burnt into the screen.Used poor adhesive to stick the back on - I can literally just pull the backing straight off the phone. (Galaxy S7)After the repair fast charging no longer worked and the phone didnt hold a charge for nearly as long as it did prior. Eventually the battery stopped working altogether. Rarely used this phone after the repair. It pretty much just sat in a dresser drawer untouched after I got what I needed off it.

My Galaxy Note 2 got wet while I was out of town working and damaged the power port. I cant remember the ladies name that help me but not only was she nice to work with she had my phone working in about an hour and it only cost $60 plus tax. Man was I happy after being without my phone for a week. Now Im not saying they can fix everyones phone but if it can be fixed she can probably do it the same day. THANK YOU!

Replaced cracked Samsung Galaxy s7 screen with new screen and digitizer. Cost me nearly $250 and the touch screen is BARELY functionable. Apparently OEM parts were used but Im basically going to have to replace my entire phone now. Should have taken it to Samsung directly. Not a happy customer.

Broke the screen on my S4 that I use for eveything. A friend told me about this place and I took my phone there. Initially they hoped to get the matching needed part in a couple of hours, when this fell through they offered to fix my phone immediatly but it would have to be a differnt color. I could care less about the color and my phone was ready in 30 minutes. They were straitforward throughout the process and the price was fair.
