TL;DR : In-store rep set me and my family up with a special promotion that we later found out we didnt receive. Now were stuck paying for a phone plan we didnt budget for, and theres no recourse.The in-store representative that setup my plan had made a mistake. There was a promotion that my family and I wanted to take advantage of (2 magenta max lines get the 3rd one free), and so he se set us up with that promotion, so he said. After seeing my phone bill, I called 611 and spoke to another representative on the phone. The rep told me I did not get the 3rd line free nor did we even qualify for that promotion like the in-store rep said we did, because we transferred numbers from another plan instead of creating new numbers entirely. None of this was specified when we were in-store. Now Im stuck paying for a plan that I didnt anticipate budgeting for, all because a T-Mobile employee made a mistake. I exhausted all options with the 611 rep on the phone and even called the store to see if this could be rectified, only to find nothing could be done. I never expected this kind of experience with t-mobile. Will be canceling all lines as soon as possible.
The people that work there are very nice. Unfortunately they could not figure out how to fix issues on my new phone. Do Not let them talk you into an LG Velvet!!! Sorriest phone Ive ever had.
Just spent 4 hours trying to get another phone. If T-Mobile does anything well, it’s training it’s employees to be as uninformed as possible. I’d love to pretend like it was the representatives fault but I talked to 5 separate people all just as incompetent as the last. Fortunately for me I do not have a T-Mobile account, I was attempting to help my mother, unfortunately I really wish I had a T-Mobile account so I could cancel it.

I’ve been with T-Mobile for almost 20 years and I’m proud to say that I’m a customer. My experience lies is customer service. I’ve trained and evaluated employees in the hospitality, insurance and in the cable industry as well as my owning my own business. This location has impressed me in many ways. Every employee at the La Frontera location understands the products and they listen to carefully to your needs as a customer. Yes, at times it can be a wait but they always greet me when I walk in and even check on me as I wait. Teaching employees the art of customer service can help generate far more income for companies than any artificial intelligence we currently utilize. That being said, I’m happy to say that this T-Mobile location is currently staffed with employees who understand the importance of great service. They combine kindness with professionalism and that’s what it’s all about! Thank you!
I want to say thank you for the great service. I have been with T-mobile for 12 years now and this was the store I bought my first phone with. We always come back to this store even though we moved 22 miles away to Taylor. The service has always be exceptional, the employees always knowledgeable and willing to help us find solutions even if the store doesnt have what we need. Again thank you for the great service, keep up the good work and we will be back :D

Went in to upgrade my phone, the phone was not in stock but the rep offered to place the order for me and have it shipped to my house. This was on a Monday and she assured me it would be delivered to me by Friday even after a warning popped up during the order stating the phone was on back order. I was lied to by the rep, after leaving the store and accepting the terms I received a notification the the phone would not even ship for another two weeks. I have no issues with T-Mobile, only the rep that ensured me it would be shipped and delivered to 3-4 days.
Sales associate was rude and dismissive. I will be contacting corporate to file a complaint.Update: I went back into the store after speaking with a T Mobile expert over the phone and spoke with a different rep (Lhila) and was taken care of. Her customer service was exceptional! She was very professional, kind and understanding. I wish I would have had my initial encounter with her.
Ive visited this store for help in the past. Theyve always been helpful, but sometimes, there was a long wait. But I visited twice recently to get a solution to a phone problem, and had no wait either time. Angel helped me both times. Great communicator, respectful, and properly diagnosed the problem. (I ended up getting a newer phone).
Horrible customer service. Purchased a phone here last October and had some issues with the billing. The rep in the store had given me the wrong information about the payment options for the phone with their trade-in program. I called T-Mobile customer service and they spoke to the manager (Justin) and told me to call the store directly and speak to him. I called and the person who answered wouldnt put Justin on the phone but I could hear Justin in the background telling the rep he wasnt willing to speak to me. The rep told me they had no record of selling me the phone (are you kidding???) and that they werent able to help. Ive been a loyal T-Mobile customer for 4 years and until now thought the customer service was decent, but it looks like when you actually have a problem they act just like all the other carriers. Switching back to AT&T since their coverage is better and theres (apparently) no customer service differentiation.
My visit with Emma was amazing she was very knowledgeable about the phones and any questions i had for her she has a warm and welcoming smile definitely give her a 10 out 10 . She is a wonderful employee and when we hit waiting parts she kept me entertained.
Ive been a Tmobile customer for over 15 years and been in a lot of their stores. Most Tmobile managers and employees are exceptional and take care of longterm, valued customers.... this isnt on of them. I went in because my S9+ quit charging. Easy fix and under the warranty program I pay monthly for. Employee looks it over real good and determines its malfunctioning, sets up warranty phone.2 days later my phone arrives at the store, just in time for me to catch my flight and Ill need that phone for my job. I take a half day of valuable time off from my work to go up there, so I can have time to transfer all my data, etc. I get there and manager looks over my phone and says it damaged. Its not under warranty... now Im angry. I leave after choice words and go get a magnifying glass and my dslr camera to take high res photos of the alleged damaged port. Not one touch of damage! After consulting with customer service they tell me to go to another store. I do and 3 employees look it over. No damage. I show them my evidence and they approve my warranty immediately.This store manager didnt want to chance a failed warranty exchange because he is lazy and incompetent and I hope his store suffers. Time to call corporate. Dont waste my time.
5 stars because of Angel. He was great, informative and fast. Came to store on Sunday guy who worked on my phone screen protector messed it up and told me to keep trying to push it down and next day it was already peeling paid 25 each for both phone. Plus he gave me paper to fill form for the buy 1 get 1 promo.. Angel did that in the store in less than 2 mins.. keep up the good work.. Other one needs to learn from him..

Horribly bad service.I applied for a change in my mobile phone plan to a store employee. After checking my personal information, the employee told me that it was possible to change the plan to the one I applied for. But after calling to here and there for two hours, the employee said she couldnt change the rate.
The people in this store are dishonest. They dont take responsibility for errors nor do they help their customers. I was disputing paying the re-stocking fee, t-mobile customer representative over the phone says its okay and they can waive the fee but they refuse to do it. At that time they gave me an excuse that their manager is out of the country and nobody is there to do it on his/her behalf. Ridiculous! if you have a store and your manager is out of the country somebody should be there to make decisions! Oh and they said the manager will call me back about my issues... did not hear a word from that manager. The transaction happend in November 2017 before thanksgiving. Im never going back to this store and Im going to file a complaint at the BBB. My rating is really 0 star.
This is the only T-Mobile store that has not been excellent. There is always a long wait, and the employees could learn a lot about how to treat people, which I should have recognized when I was more or less told to get more friends if I wanted a lower price. The final time at this store, I requested a manager due to an ongoing issue, and did not get to speak to one. Instead, I dealt with 2 employees who basically insulted and belittled me for choosing another company. Not only that, but when I said this is what the online support told me you need to do in-store they told me that there was no such thing, so I had to stand there and wait 10 minutes until they finally called their own customer service, who told them how to make the change to the account. I ended up at 2 other T-Mobile stores before the issue was eventually resolved, and both of those were excellent. This store is no bueno at all.
The men in this location are mostly veterans! Semper Fi! This was the most awesome expensive I have ever had! They switched carriers for me and had all my devices up and running in no time and have guided me through the entire process with ease!Angel, John, Carlos, Justin, are Outstanding!
Fast service. Got a new phone and they didnt try to sell me every single item in the store like the t-mobile austin did. Went in, went out, our guy was really friendly and not up in your face.

I was out of a phone for about 3 weeks. I jumped the gun and got one from this tmobile. Super friendly and patient. Ended up finding my previous phone for a lot less.Went back to return the phone and Jordan, on both days, couldnt have been more understanding and willing to work with me.Will go back if anything happens.

Good till the end of visit then at the end the 700 down to 350 tablet out the door cost for taxes went from being the 350 price of 28.87 to back to 57.75 for the original cost even though it was half off. Crooks!

One of the better tmobiles. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, nice store. Ask for the middle eastern guy with glasses. Always a good deal! Id suggest backing up your phones earlier, transferring things has some hiccups sometimes.
Walked in to get a promotion and was very pleased with the service. The reps were very knowledgeable and actually suggested an even better option based on my needs that was cheaper than what I was expecting to get.

Service is good, the employees are knowledgeable but the wait is retarded. And people can just cut the wait line especially is they know the T-Mobile employee. It happened to me and a lady that were waiting in there.
Tmobile management should do a better job training there sales personnel. specifically helping them understand that they are not hired technicians if they dont know how to fix it then dont suggest the customer take it to a 3rd party... I was referred to best buy (which has nothing to do with the purchase i made btw)... the young man suggested i get my device hard reset as I was locked out and could not obtain my credentials... me not being a technician I went and did just that... little did he know and me of course, hard resetting the device will cause a 24 lockout on android 5.1or better no matter how many times you input the correct info of course the sales employee didnt know because he is not a technician... when I attempted to exchange what I initially believed to be a defective device the young man stated that the device is not defective... and I still wonder who is this non-technician employee able to determine whether the device is defective or not!
Went in to buy a new phone and the guy kept offering me a buy one get one deal that I dont want. No I dont want to add an entire other line just to get a free phone. makes no sense. then he kept drinking out of his water bottle like he never drank a mixed drink before. anyway, after going back and fourth he goes to get me a new s9 and has none in stock. i really doubt it was out of stock because it was midday and he just now realized this? okkkk. so he is like come back after 2pm and im like how about never. also when he went to check, he kept looking back at me from the back. ok just get the phone already. and also what is up with closing down the work station after you answer each question? i guess my 10+ years account with tmobile isnt good enough or something.

Completely useless. Tmobile messed up my account, and they wont take a payment and have now suspended service. I came here for help, and they shrugged and said I dont know. Customer service wont help, the store employees wont help. Overall Tmobile is just dismal.

Every time I walk in there are at least five people in line. This is how it goes every time.Me: All I want to do is buy an accessory for my phone. This one right here in my hand.Them: Well there are five people in front of you in line.Me: Okay, how long will that be?Them: Well it depends on what they are here for. Maybe 20 mintuesMe: Okay, well can you just ring me up?Them: No, I cant but I can put you on the list.Me: So youre telling me I have to wait 20 minutes to buy a damn screen protector...Then I leave. I just buy everything online now. Its not worth going into retail stores anymore.
I took my phone in because it stopped charging suddenly. They didnt care at all and only wanted to sell me another phone. IN SPITE of the warranty I pay extra for to ensure that faulty equipment is replace FOR FREE. It turned out that all the phone needed was to have the battery taken out and put back. I have called T Mobile and reported this. Up selling is one thing but this is stealing.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WENT IN FOR A PHONE I BOUGHT JUST FOUR DAYS AGO I BOUGHT A I PHONE 6 PLUS. ONE OF THE REPS UP SALED ME ON A WATER PROOF CASE THAT WAS 80 BUCKS. SHE PROCEEDED TO EVEN PUT THE CASE ON MY BRAND NEW PHONE AND TOLD ME TO TEST IT IN WATER. I TESTED THE PHONE IN WATER AND WATER SEEPED RIGHT THRU THE CASE. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES AND THEY SAID I COULD RETURN THE PHONE BACK TO THE STORE. WHEN I GOT TO THE STORE THE FIRST REP TOLD ME HIS FRIEND HAD THE SAME WATER DAMAGE AND TO WAIT TILL THE PHONE DRYS OUT. THE MANAGER MITA ( IF THATS HER REAL NAME BECAUSE SHE LIES) TRIED TO SAY THERE WAS A CRACK ON THE SCREEN WHEN IT WAS CLEARLY WATER DAMAGE. I EVEN CALLED HER OUT ON LIEING AND SHE SAID WELL THE PHONE IS DAMAGED WE CANT REPLACE IT. AFTER TMOBILE CUSTOMER SERVOCES STATED TO THEM AND ME THAT I COULD EXCHANGE THE PHONE. SHE ALSO GAVE ME A EMAIL THAT WASNT CORPERATES NUMBER BUT I SEARCHED THE INFORMATION FOR MYSELF. THEY ARE LIARS AND HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES.

They are misleading, they will tell you their prized Jump On Demand program is no longer available. Dont trust them and take your business to another store.

Wasted my time quite a bit by botching up a return. Then when they tried to fix it, they botched it up again. I usually go to other T-Mobile stores because these guys just dont pay attention to detail.
If I could give no stars I would!!! I was told by some dumb*#@ at this store that they would hold my warranty phone until I could pick it up and then when my son went to pick up the phone a representative told them that they couldnt hold the phone and gave my son a cheaper phone. Horrible customer service and will be changing carriers very soon!!!!
If you walk in to the store, you have to sign in on a waiting list and wait in line for one of the usually only 2 employees to finish with all the customers ahead of you, even for quick things

Today I went to the store to buy some new cell phones, the salesman who attended me was the most rude that I have met in t-mobile stores, he showed no interest in selling at all, he wanted a note cell phone, one of each color one purple and A blue one, he tells me that he only has blue, I asked him if they could not go for it to another store, since in other stores that I have gone when they do not have the product they offer to go for it to another store and that I return in A few more minutes, but his answer was that if I want him to go to another store to see if it has the colors I wanted! I dont remember his name but it was a short one, with a mustache and Hispanic
