I love it here! Ive gotten my lashes done at other places before, but they never lasted as long as the lashes Ive gotten at Urban Fox. Olivia is the sweetest and she does amazing work! Sera, the owner, and the girls at the front desk are so sweet! I always feel welcome and taken care of whenever I walk into the salon. They use quality products and inform you on how to care for your lashes to help them last. I always have lashes when I go in for my fills and thats because Olivia does such a great job! The salon is cute, clean and cozy. I also love the options to book online and text the salon.... So convenient!!! Highly recommend Urban Fox!

Urban Fox Lash & Beauty Bar is the BEST place for lashes! Employees are respectful and have so much knowledge when it comes to waxing and lashes. Sera created amazing HYBRID lashes and stunning VOLUME lashes.

My first visit to Urban Fox was great, I saw Aaliyah for a full set and she did a wonderful job! My second visit, I had came in to get a fill with the owner at 1:15. I always arrive a few minutes early to my appointment, and by the time 1:15 came around I got a text from her saying she wouldn’t be ready for about 20 minutes. I had work after my appointment and could not be pushed back that long, so I had to reschedule which resulted in me needing a full set instead. She did offer a discount for the reschedule, but the inconvenience in itself was disappointing.

I tried not to write a negative review for this place but I am fed up at this point. I have been a loyal customer for both lashes and waxes for the last year and almost every single time Ive had an appointment, Ive been seen super late. Today I had a wax appointment and was asked to come in 30 min earlier and was told Madison was running late and had to end up waiting 40 minutes. Whats the point in scheduling an apt for a certain time if they arent going to guarantee that time ?The worst part is after 35 minutes I asked the front desk lady to give me a refund because I prepaid for the apt because I had to leave for Dallas right away right after the apt. But right as I was asking, Madison came out and said she was ready. I said I was waiting for 40 min. And she said actually I heard you come in at 7:15 Pm so you werent actually waiting that long.... are you serious ?! I told her I came in at 6:55 Pm and then the front desk lady said yeah she came in early. So petty to even say that. Even if I did come in at 7:15 pm, she was still late to our apt..This has happened over 10 times since Ive been here but never wrote a review because I do think they are good at lashes and waxes but this is ridiculous. I was supposed to head back to Dallas after my appointment and now my whole schedule is delayed and had to miss dinner plans . Today, they lost a loyal customer.

I have been going to Sera for almost a year now, and I can honestly say that I have loved my lashes every time. She always does an excellent job. I am a bit different from the norm on the look that I want, and she has been patiently working with me to get that unique style I was after. She has nailed it! BTW thank you again Sera for that. In addition, throughout the year my need filters between hybrid and volume depending on what is going on in my life, and she has always taken steps to accommodate me on that. I also want to give a shoutout to her staff as well (particularly the front desk). I always leave feeling happier than when I walked in, and that should convey a lot about the vibe and people you will encounter there.

I absolutely love this place! The ladies are beyond sweet, such an amazing and cozy atmosphere. And the work well it speaks for itself! Place is a must go.

Christina is AMAZING!!! I felt like an old friend from the moment we made the appointment. She has such a warm, natural demeanor and was so thorough in telling me all about the lashes and lash care. I can’t wait to go in for a fill but I am currently not needing them since she done such a good job 😍👌🏽The lash bar was super cute as well; it’s like a girlie palace that’s soft and relaxing and heavenly 💕

I am definitely a new long term customer! Sera is super sweet and personable. My lashes are EXACTLY what I wanted and she really takes the time to discuss what you want and figures out how to give you that! I love the location, the decor and the feel of the place. It really makes it a relaxing environment to go and give yourself some “me time”! I can’t wait to go back again and I’m sure I’ll have other services done here in the future!

I had such a great experience meeting Sera tonight and having her wax my brows. I’ve been waxing my brows for over 20 years and she did a fabulous job. Her personality is so charming, I felt like I was with an old friend, how does she do that? And the boutique atmosphere is so adorable, fresh & inviting. I’m so glad my usual gal bailed on me today otherwise I might of never discovered this gem. Can’t wait to go back for other services, and I’ll be a regular customer for my brows from here on out!

Mia was so wonderful and patient with my insanely watery eyes! Their 40% off on a full classic eyelash set for new clients was such a generous deal and the service was amazing. I’ve only lost one lash so far which is pretty great since my eyes watering so much could’ve done much more damage. That just goes to show the quality of the product as well. Definitely go here if you’re at all nervous about a first, full set!!

I get Lash extensions done here. I have had a few other people do my lashes and after those experiences I can honestly say that Sera and her girls are AMAZING!! The atmosphere is so calming and comfy. You truly have the opportunity to enjoy a nice Lash nap, waking up to gorgeous lashes. I drive an hour into Round Rock just to come to these ladies. I cant recommend them more! They do free consultations, too!!

Sera is fantastic! The least painful Brazilian Ive ever had done, and she was easy to chat with (and Im super introverted). Shes also got the most reasonable prices Ive ever seen. She said shes only been in the new location about three weeks, but its adorable! Get some Dazzle coffee from next door while youre in the area. :)

I had a full set of classic lashes with Olivia. She is so patient and kind. She was very gentle and thorough when applying the lashes. I definitely fell asleep. It is now 6 weeks later and I still have a considerable amount on my left side (I roll on my right side a lot)! I bought their lash cleanser and I think it made a big difference. There was a bit of a mix up with how much I was charged but as soon as I brought it to their attention, they fixed it immediately. Customer Service is wonderful and are very responsive via text and Instagram DM. I cant wait to go back!

Iam so happy with my lashes Sara is the best! The place is so cute and they make you feel so comfortable. The bed is way too comfortable that I went to sleep, its so peaceful here. Highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed!!!! I cannot wait to go back and get my fill!

I went in a little nervous since this was going to be my first time getting false lashes and really didn’t want anything too dramatic. Olivia absolutely killed it! The lashes weren’t too full but still noticeable. I love them so much and will be going back for fills with her!

So I absolutely love this establishment. Ive been going since April 18 I went to one before it was overpriced and the esthetician was not as great as my Madison. I just adore her. My move from FL to TX has been quite the adjustment but finding my maintenance team has helped. I get a full Brazilian, under arm, brow, and lip. Madison is professional and patient. And the place is clean!! Also they use natural products for the most part to include high grade essential oils post wax!💓😁😉

Sera is AMAZING. So kind and extremely knowledgeable. I felt completely comfortable asking questions. I was nervous at first but she worked with me and my lashes looks so gorgeous afterwards (even though my eyes watered like a dang downpour half the time) Cannot say enough good things about Urban Fox and Sera.

I would give Urban Fox 5 stars if we were talking about the waxing service alone--Sera and Madison are both fabulous at waxing and make it relatively pain free. Unfortunately there have now been 3 issues warranting my 3 stars-- 1) While getting a bikini wax with Sera another employee walked into the room. Sera tried to stop it, but it was incredibly embarrassing and could be remedied with a simple Do Not Disturb sign. 2) I had to cancel within the 48 hour window due to an upset stomach and was told I would not be charged the 50% cancellation fee but when I checked my credit card statement, I had been charged anyway. 3) Again I had to cancel in the 48 hour window (45 hours ahead to be exact) because I had recently come down with Bells Palsy (facial paralyzation) and it was that time of the month. Sera showed no compassion and I was told they would be hemorrhaging money if they allowed me to cancel without fees. Personally I felt like this was a little extreme. I understand the need to protect your business, but I wasnt a new client. Instead I was told that I had late cancelled 13 times in a year which simply wasnt true. So my advice is dont go to this salon if you cant deal with a VERY strict 48 hour cancellation policy. There are no reminders before the window so you will be charged 50% of the service if you dont cancel in advance. I have now found another salon with text reminders before their cancellation window so it makes it very easy to avoid being charged. Life comes up especially as a mom with 2 young kids and Imsad to say that Urban Fox has lost my business because I dont believe they value a long time customer above their bottom line.

I am a fellow lash artist and know sera from an online organization dedicated to empowering us to do our best artistry. If I lived in round rock or even nearby I would choose this establishment to take care of my discerning wax and lash needs. Sera is very dedicated to her craft and most importantly dedicated to accommodating clients in her busy schedule. It’s challenging in this industry dealing with demands, women’s vanities and catering to their needs even at the expense of our own needs going unmet. Our joy comes from our clients leaving our studio in a better place and looking and feeling better than when we came in. It’s the ultimate receipt of satisfaction, to witness a clients fulfillment from us giving our very best. No one works harder for the business than the person who owns their own business. I commend Sera for taking on new clients in her busy schedule and hope they appreciate her efforts to accommodate.

I have never felt so at ease with someone I’ve just met. She listened to what I wanted and took my lifestyle and eye shape into account when applying my lashes. They lasted twice as long as the other set I had done previously! She also provides great aftercare knowledge and products.The studio is absolutely gorgeous, cozy and always smells sooooo good! The prices are reasonable for the incredible quality of service Sera and her ladies offer.For me, I can’t afford to keep up my lashes every few weeks - more of a special occasion thing for me. But you can bet I’ll be going to see Sera for all my future special event lashes.

Sera is a sweetheart and accommodates my crazy schedule as best as she can! Her work is some of the best I’ve seen and definitely the most beautiful and longest lasting I’ve personally worn. Constantly asked if they are mine and I’m always tempted to say yes! Lol! However no; but they sure look real and fabulous!! As a spa owner myself I trust her with not only my look, but will and have referred clients if need be. So glad to have found Sera and this sweet little spot of heaven I get to relax in every two weeks! Thanks Sera!
