Bath and Body Works have the absolute best candles. Ive tried them all, and nothing else comes close. Top 2 for me? Pumpkin Pecan Waffle and Leaves. I could burn only those two for the rest of my life. Look out for good sells! Recently, this location had 3 wicks for only 15 bucks! Great deal!

We were randomly browsing the shop but ended in spending about 100$ as they have irresistible collection of bath & Body works products. They have a vast collection from soaps, body sprays to hand sanitizers. especially liked their service: I just ame from ASICS and I had a large shoe box on my hands and the lady working there offered me a big Bath & Body Works bag so I can put my large box inside. It was a good gesture. 5★ for the friendly behavior from the staffs. Go girls.

It was my first time at this location and I really appreciate the selection they had! I went there on a Sunday morning and it was very busy! I did have 2 or 3 people check in with me as I looked around trying to decide what to take home with me. I wish I had a location like this closer to where I lived, but Ill be back!

While Ive never had an issue with the customer service and of course I love the prices. Today I went in to grab a few items, early right when the store opened. My shopping experience was great, found a lot of good deals. I got to the register, paid for my items and the sales associate was spraying this new scent on paper and stuffing the smothered gift wrap paper into shopping bags with so much as a question. So you ask why am I writing the review at a 3, because immediately as the scent reached me I started to feel strange, hard to breathe. So I asked the associate does this have citrus. She happily said yes, is it OK. I replied no, Im highly allergic. She grabbed the papers out of my bags that I had to hand to my daughter and I rushed for fresh air and medication. To some this isnt a big deal, to others allergies are apart of our lives and a little consideration goes a long way. All Im saying is offer the scent before giving, it could save a life.

I got some foofoo spray for my wife at a very inexpensive price and even picked up a can of manly foofoo for me!! The ladies in the store were EXTREMELY helpful and helped me decide what I should purchase. My wife loves her foofoo spray, and mine doesnt smell too bad either!!

LOVED this place! My first time going to a BBW outlet and I was in heaven. Thay had a good selection of current and of course clearance items. I loved that they had online exclusive items, as well as items that were test items. I will definitely be returning, after my wallet recovers from this visit!

Walked in looking for hand sanitizers & walked out with some great deals. The associates were nice, friendly, knowledgeable, & of course practicing social distancing. Store was nice & clean, of course smelling great. With being a new dog mom I love how they have the hand sanitizer holder with the doggie bags for when you take your pooch out for a walk or to go potty you can pick up their mess & sanitize right after. Definitely coming back here to shop!

Everyone was friendly, but it was crazy how many times I was asked if I needed a bag, even by the same people. Love the prices here!

While the products are superior as always, the store was clean and well organized, and the checkout quick the employees were less than helpful. First, I do not wish to be stopped at the door are fed a sales pitch for 5 min straight, when I can read the signs posted all over the store. Second, if you make a mistake, thats okay. It is the holiday season we are all busy and dealing with a lot, I can forgive that, please dont be rude. This review is so low because of the survive, not the product. The product is awesome.

Love my new acquisitions my favorite is the gingham and the white gardenia candles filled my whole house with its smell in around 5 mins also it was a buy 2 get 2 free and I love candles

I looooveeed this store, this is an outlet therefore you will find things that are not available at regular stores. The staff were friendly, and the ambiance was great. We were out of town visitors but if we happen to stop by Austin again we will come back here for-sure.

We live an hour away and came to see Santa at a different store. I would recommend making a stop if you are in the area. 😁 Staff was very friendly and our cashier (3498964 is the number on the receipt. It does not show her name) was very helpful in explaining the deals on the items we got. I was only going for wallflower refills and ended up getting soaps too.

Loved the Christmas sales and the seasonal fragrances! They were regulating the number of people in the store and they had hand sanitizer available, thanks for trying to keep us safe.

If I could give this place a no-star rating I would. I left because of poor customer service. I noticed the associate Linda avoiding me but offering service to others. We made eye contact twice. The first time was when she crossed my path to offer service to someone else. The second time we made eye contact I was walking in her direction after she was helping a different person. She proceeded to walk past me again and did not say a word. I walked behind her calling her name multiple times (I heard her give her name to the customer) and eventually she turned around. I let her know the reason I was leaving and would not be making a purchase was due to her poor customer service.

They have wonderful products

You get no reception in the store. I told the cashier that I had an email for the $2.95 hand soaps and tried to show her but it wouldnt load. She asked me to go outside to get better reception when its pouring rain. Several have had this issue before and they just simply honor it knowing about the poor reception. I went to Wolf Ranch in Georgetown instead. They have way better customer service. They dont make you go out in the rain to prove an email.

This store is amazing!! New fragrances, old favorites and unusual items all blended together in one place make this a must shop store. The manager is super sweet, and the associates are always smiling and ready to help! I love going and looking because I always find something perfect for any situation, whether a pampering something for myself or as a special gift! The store is clean and well stocked, I love that I can find discontinued fragrances and products that are unavailable in the regular stores, and still try the new scents. They also have occasional spot sales, unexpected great deals that arent advertised, like $2.50 for all wallflowers, $5.00 lotions, all soaps $2.50, etc.! If you havent been to this store....... you need to!

I really enjoyed the experience along with the help from Linda made it very easy to find and purchase all that I needed. Great sales 👍 made it worthwhile for my visit.

I shopped at the outlet for the first time during SAS, and I was not disappointed! Walked out with three bags worth of items for 50-75% off!

OMG! There have to be a million different scents in here! It took forever for me to find the fragrance that I was looking for, but once I did I fell head over heels in love with it! The scent that I am partial to is never in a category thats on sale, but I go there and buy it anyway because even at full price, its reasonable and affordable! The only thing I dont like about them is that they change their scents often, so by the time you get attached to one, its discontinued for them to bring in a whole new variety.

Its one of my favorite place to shop for moisturizer and hand soaps. Got a good deal on all products I purchased. It was mothers day sale. Love visiting again and again.Only drawback is customer representatives, no one was available to help.

I swear, this store will be the cause of my divorce lol. I enjoy shopping here every chance I get. Enjoy the new fresh scents but my all time favorite is Winter Candy Apple. A girl cant have too much of something huh

Bath & Body Works is a fun store. You are certain to find various scents that are appealing to you, each time you come in, as the selection is absolutely amazing. There is one thing I wish they would put inside their stores and that is cups of coffee beans. There is so much being sprayed and so much to smell that you will eventually get olfactory fatigue and no longer be able to distinguish between the various scents. Other than that, I absolutely love stopping in to see what all they have added to their shelves. Theres always new scents to check out!

I had such an amazing shopping experience! I have a very curious and active little boy and there was a sales associate names Turner who was very helpful and sweet plus took the time to interact with my son which was awesome. Its sales associates like Turner that will make me come back and shop at this location.

This is the outlet version of the regular store. Same selection without the seasonal aspect. Great prices on all items, excellent prices when they have a sale. The salespeople are polite and knowledgeable about the products. You can get overwhelmed by all the scents in the fairly small store, but no different than the big ones.

While known for their yummy lotions you can find that plus a store full of fantastic deals! I got the Honolulu Hawaiian lotion normally $12 for $3 ! Some stuff is 50-75% off retail. You will get double your moneys worth shopping here first!

Please fix the hours of operation on Sundays to the correct hours. It is a little disappointing when four customers are out front waiting for the store to open only to be told they open at 11:00.

Im a guy, so this place doesnt really appeal to me. I saw soap is soap, so why spend extra on some that is fancy? Well apparently women disagree and love going here. It was packed with them smelling all the different soap, shampoo and lotions.
