I had the pleasure of placing a phone order today with Ana for some Tom ford products and she was very helpful and patient.I’ve ordered before from other cosmetic company stores and the sales reps are always either rude or very impatient and act like you owe them money or something but working with Ana was very smooth and I sensed great leadership qualities and and a kind humble person that genuinely loves her job and helping people. ! This company needs more sales associates like her and maybe should even promote her to a corporate managerial position so others can learn from her and follow her lead!For the record I don’t know Ana or ever met her I live almost 1000miles away!

I love the prices. But this place will not answer their phone. I have called for 2 days straight just to see if they have something in stock that I use instead of me driving 45 minutes to check for myself. Terrible customer service!!!!!!

Staff are not welcoming. Immediately when I walked in they watched me throughout the store constantly and I just left. The other comments are correct with staff making you feel uncomfortable. I believe they do discriminate. They prices are decent, but in no way was the experience worth it. I’d rather spend my money somewhere else.

Racially profiled ..followed me around tge store they were so close i could smell.the cigerettes on their breath. I was gifted a large budget for my birthday by hubby $1,000.00 so i was ready and willing to buy what my heart desired ...but sadly i walked out of there sad mad ..in tears by the way they acted and spoke to me ...horrible customer services.

Good customer service at least from my experience! I got the last Rust Fund by Smashbox in the store! The lady was so nice to set it aside for me as I drove to the Outlets. I greatly appreciate what she did for me! I knew it was going to be difficult to find a color that is eat-proof, compliments my couture dress w/o blending into my dress, but not conflicting with my blush and eye makeup. They have some good products there. A little low on inventory but due to Covid. They were very helpful and respectful, these two ladies, one was from Germany and the other one is American.

I love the prices but they need to work on how their customers are treated. Everytime I go there I notice that the employees always looked at you like you were go to steal something. They monitor you closely. I felt so uneasy that I wanted to look around some more but at the same time I just wantess to leave. I almost said something to them especially to the old lady. She looked like a witch watching me.

Not friendly and quite condensing actually.

Mediocre selection of cosmetics. The sales women are unwelcoming and will keep an eye on you for as long as you’re there, especially the mixed-race larger one. She also singled me out as soon as I entered the store. You will be racially profiled here. I’m Greek, but have been mistaken as some sort of “Hispanic” (not a race) since I’ve been in Texas, and was racially profiled. If you’re darker in any way, just avoid this place.
