I love this humongous store but I wish they would have designed it so that the dairy products and eggs arent hidden in the deep, dark depths of the back of the store.You almost need a map and a guide to venture forth into the great unknown. (AKA the back of the store.) But hey, theyre not stupid. Without this well planned merchandising strategy, how else would pick up all the things you really didnt plan on buying? Dont look for this flaw in floor layout to be changed anytime soon. Just keep buying. Its only money and post COVID-19 prices!

The meat department associates were knowledge and helpful. I love the meal / wine tasting they offer. It was spacious enough not to feel too crowded. One of the Best HEBs around.

When you are shopping at an H-E-B Plus, youre shopping in the HEB store with the largest depth of merchandise. This means more variety in the grocery selection such as produce, meats, cereal, sodas....you name it... plus kitchenware, deli, bakery, clothing, picnic items, floral arrangements and a variety of other household items. In keeping with H-E-B, the prices are very competitive. They also have a pharmacy if thats something of interest to you. Beer and wine, too.

I wish theyd knock it down and build a Central Market. The recent renovations are nice, but its still an old store. Birds get inside easily.

Very helpful staff, LOTS OF DAIRY FREE ICE CREAM OPTIONS which I almost never see, and, w my allergies, it’s very helpful! The checkout lines were fast and efficient, it was easy to find what we were looking for. Didn’t find any baked Brie, better luck next time.

Great store really good service I dont recommend the H E B on university rd cause ive found multiple spoiled or rotten food from there.

The place is huge. They have everything. It can get pretty crowded, but checkout was still relatively fast.

Went into this store today to pick up some snack and lunch items for my family and I when I realized at the self-checkout register that I didnt have enough money to cover all of the items. So, I selected two items that I was going to remove and hit cancel. As I was waiting for the cashier to come over and remove them for me, a gentleman came over and asked if he could help. When I told him that I needed to remove the items he asked if there was anything wrong with them and I told him no, I just didnt have enough for it today. Without hesitation, he offered to buy it for me. I immediately assumed that it was on some company program that they had. But, he pulled out his own personal wallet and bought it for me! I was in TEARS! It has been a rough couple of months and this mans generosity put me over the edge! I am officially a faithful customer! Thank you (Azual??)!!! Your kindness will never be forgotten!

I really enjoy the wide variety of products at this particular H.E.B. Although there are many items missing from the shelves, I have been able to find many alternatives. Customer service is always pleasing regardless of the time of day. The restrooms are also cleaned regularly and parking is never an issue except during the major holidays.

I have utilized this store in the past for home delivery.I had good service and they paid attention to the dates on the meats that were being delivered which I appreciated.Cold food was cold and for the most part the delivery drivers were pretty conscientious about thier deliveries.

HEB is always 5 stars! I have been going to this store for 12+ years and I have never had a bad experience. Keep up the good work HEB!

First time here and was able to find everything I need in 1 shop. Great service and even with so many people the lines were moving along in checkout.

I love my neighborhood HEB. I could almost call it my 2nd home as much as I shop there. However, we just moved and now I have a new HEB - an HEB PLUS, bonus!! However. I was immediately missing my home HEB when I came to the produce section; ugh! 😩 Their Romain lettuce 🥬 was brown and floppy. Half of the strawberries 🍓 already had mold all through out the box, blueberries were shriveled and the Cuties were coming out of their peel. Gross. I have been there 2 times and both times were the same sad story. I don’t want to go somewhere else but sadly, I don’t think I could stomach a 3rd try.

Always a wounderfull place to shop. Just found this knew HEB not to long ago.nice staff who care for their customers. Will definitely continue to shop in the future.They always have high stock here. Big store! You can find just about anything you might need. It was ashame that a lot of the shelves were bare and dirty both on and under needed thoroughly cleaned, especially the chip isle. Im surprised that I didnt see any bugs or mice. Sorry guys, but get some cleaning done and I would have given a 5.

This store is really nice, but because Im unfamiliar with it I had to ask for help a few times. The employees seemed happy to help - except for the cashier. He didnt speak to me until it was time to pay, and then seemed to expect me to bag my items. No, I wasnt in self check. Maybe he was just having an off day. It happens.

One of my favorite HEBs. The store is always clean and well organized. They don’t have some of the more specialty sections (like the wine sections with tastings and sommelier at other stores) but it’s a great store. Great staff. Super efficient. It’s the go-to for everyday shopping for us.

I went to this store and love getting the little boxes of assorted fruit near the entrance. While I was choosing which one to get, I looked up and noticed this family of 4 eating grapes out of a bag. I stood there and watched them for a couple minutes until they put the bag of grapes back on the shelf. Nearly half the bag was gone and put it back leaving it open. I then watched them roaming around “sampling” other foods in the produce section. I then noticed that there was a HEB employee that saw the same thing as I did but literally said or did nothing.

Awesome, employees were very helpful in answering my questions. I even helped customers n not my regular store. HEB Georgetown is. I love the fact that my bank is this heb.

If you are from Texas then you would know all about HEB. If youre from out of town, HEB would be the place you would want to go, if you are looking for fresh fruits vegetables bakery items and anything else your palet desires.

Friendly staff. Stockers do not move when you need to get into an area but I think those are vendors and not HEB employees. Always find more than I need.

I like HEB. There are other choices but when you need something, they usually have it. Convenience and pricing are important to me when shopping for groceries and I feel like they have done it right.

If you live in texas then you know what is HEB means for Texan. I can live anywhere if there is HEB within 5 mile radius. One of the best grocery store if not the best in Texas.

Beside some of the rudest personal shoppers that HEB has working for them the store was a mess exits being blocked checkout stands completely blocked if there was an emergency and you need to get out in a hurry you will be climbing over pallets janitor carts and electric wheel chairs the management did not care or even acted like they wanted to when I brought it to their attention this is sad HEB is not what it use to be at all there is competition in town and they are so much better this what HEB is

I would normally give this location 5 stars, but the people that bag the groceries are terrible at their job. Bagging groceries is the easiest job ever, and yet they still screwed up Bagging my groceries.

Very good. Waitress was very pleasant they just forgot part of our order. But otherwise great! Hope they make it! Will definitely be back!

The lines are pretty long and theres only a few cashiers but the cashiers are pretty fast. I was doing a return and the front end supervisor and the cashier will both really great there was an issue with it but they handled it well and got me out.

Awsome got my state window license no problem not like the drive through downtown at brownsville. Downtown window renewal. Its like they been under a rock. They still live in the 80s. Nothing wrong with 80s I mean music. Its filthy. Nasty and just let it go. Its an old bank drive thru. Go figure..

Always used this HEB as an emergency run location although Im less than 10mins away. Organic foods selection isnt as wide/produce doesnt seem as fresh or nicely replenished. Overall store not in the best shape in comparison to University location. Staff not as friendly or as helpful either - worth the extra 10min drive. HOWEVER as I said, I do visit for emergency items or to order cakes which we average maybe 12 a year. Easier to pick up from here. Arrived at 10am on Saturday to order a mothers day cake for the next day. As usual, no eye contact from the women who work in the bakery. One gentleman looked over and i gestured for help, and he came over to the counter. I asked to order a cake and he asked the lady to help. She rudely said (to him! Not even me - still refused to acknowledge i had been standing there! You know were not taking any more orders for tomorrow.. (Mothers Day). The intent was for me to overhear but to not speak directly to me - she was literally 5 steps away from me on the other side of the counter. He politely passed on her message and repeated to me that they werent taking any more orders. I bowed out, didnt make a fuss about that terrible interaction but for the record there were not even any signs posted to suggest this was the case. Aside from the absolute rudeness of the whole situation. I immediately called the University Blvd to ask if they were still taking orders and would you believe someone from the bakery took my order OVER THE PHONE. Politely. Evidently someone who likes their job at HEB, does their job at HEB and rather than making people feel like a bother, will actually help. Now I wont even go to Palm Valley for cake, convenient or not. EMERGENCY ONLY! Take the 10 extra mins to drive to University.

I was only disappointed that they didnt have a better selection of craft sodas. Other than that I was able to find everything I needed. The employees were helpful and attentive. Check out was smooth. All in all a good experience.

If you need better customer service and Fresh items in your cart then Always go to HEB and you will never disappointed.

Was looking through bananas and couldnt find the code for the bananas I had and Lady walked up and we struck up a conversation and it was very nice talking to her we said goodbye and it was a very nice time at HEB Plus I hope I see her again

Great store to visit if youre in the area or passing by. We stopped by here to pick up some items on our way back home from Round Rock. Its a big store with a fantastic selection of items in every section... thus, HEB Plus, duh. Its almost too big to run in for just a couple of things, but great for major shopping.

This store is absolutely amazing!!!! I love visiting my daughter in Round Rock and to get to shop at HEB is like having ice cream on top of cake. We are greeted with BEAUTIFUL flowers and pottery. Next are attractive arrangements of fresh fruits and veggies. This store is immaculate. Not only is there an amazing selection of food! They also offer a COLORFUL array of UNIQUE cooking utensils. There are seasonal items to decorate your home, gifts, clothing and things for your cell phone. I live in Denton, Texas and we have only a few different places to shop for food. We have even written letters begging HEB to come to our town. In conclusion, if you didnt get the message: HEB ROCKS!!! AND I LOVE SHOPPING AT HEB!!!💖 Cindy Gajdos

Huge H-E-B with friendly employees. Store was clean but I just wasn’t liking the layout for some reason. Never really had this problem with any other H-E-B but I found the store to be odd to navigate. Like any other H-E-B the produce and meat sections have very fresh selections. Great deals with their in store coupons.

HEB in general is nasty. This location is no exception but I had to go since I just moved to Austin and thought I would give it a chance. The stores are messy, poorly stocked and the produce is literally going bad. All these people saying HEB is amazing clearly have low cleanliness standards. Look at the produce and you will see mold spores starting to form on even the nicer looking produce. The workers are nice and helpful.

We travel to Round Rock occasionally and finally checked out this HEB Plus. We were so happy we did! I wasnt going to buy anything, just look, but I couldnt resist the perfect size double handle cast iron comal. Picked up a few other things we couldnt do without. We love HEB, and this store is great!

I tried HEBs meatloaf dinner . The meatloaf was good the mashed potatoes good and the broccoli crowns .🙂👍. Perfect portions for me .

This is the grocery store I always prefer to shop at. The prices are normally better here than elsewhere. The shelves are usually well stocked. Now they do move things around more in the store than I prefer. Today I found out that they moved the eggs to a different area. Overall a very good grocery store!

Variety, comparability, spacious, great selection. I enjoy browsing at all the selection and trying new things.

I was looking for a good seasoning to go with my seafood dish. And a fish fry expert working a sample table told me about a seasoning that would bring out the flavor of my Salmon steaks. And yep it sure did. Thankyou to the unknown H.E.B. worker who went out of his way to offer advice.

Clean store. I love heb. So glad I was able to stop and visit this one. Its huge. I dont see too many heb plus so I was excited to happen upon this one. They had a great selection of everything and were well stocked. The cashiers were very nice and polite.
